I understand employees lunch breaks-but, to have staff in room where there is no one and not paying attention to customers. I started with the Roti Curry dip and am pretty sure it was pumpkin. The roti was slightly undercooked, but the curry was so good I wanted to put it in a cup and drink it like water. Absolutely superb. I was not aware that they charged for extra roti ($6 ouch) so be aware. I ordered the Khao Nuer Yang with Jaew and was so impressed. Loved the bowl it came in as the rice was sizzling in it. The beef was cooked perfectly medium rare and the flavors were on point. Truly a wonderful place to enjoy a meal and would go back anytime I am in town.

I think it would have been much more flavorful if it was thicker or more concentrated. The menu also says this dish is spicy, but I only detected a little bit of heat to it. Normally I find myself needing rice to go with curry, but this was not the case. There was some fried eggplant in the curry, which was fantastic, but the green beans seemed undercooked and overall, I was underwhelmed. (I get some very flavorful and delicious Thai Red Curry with tofu for almost half the price at the Chinese place up the road, so I was disappointed with both the food and the portion).
