I have nothing negative to say about the cleanliness of the place or politeness of the staff. I unfortunately, did have a horrible experience with a peel. I received there. I take care of my skin. I have a good skin regiment, I believe. I visited Hello Beautiful, because I wanted a good facial and thought a chemical peel would help revealed nicer skin, which they promote; worst mistake ever. I should've known better when the esthetician started applying the peel and I felt my face burning but she kept reassuring me it was normal. I should've known better that it wasn't normal for your skin to feel like it was being dipped in acid. Perhaps, I'm just one in a million that this happens to and I'm sure they provide other services that they have success with but my experience was very negative, extremely negative and the responsiveness of it seem a bit uncaring. I received my peel a Saturday before the freeze, so I understand they were closed but took them a bit to respond. I just believe, us as consumers need to be more careful on who we allow to work on our faces and ask questions and if it doesn't feel right don't continue even if you are being told it's normal. As I've stated in beginning the place is nice, is clean the staff is polite; I even tipped my esthetician; But they are not very knowledgeable of skin reactions to peels, or have been very responsive. I was offered another peel for $500.00 to fix the damage the first peel has done; and the explanation that since I have mature skin, perhaps a peel wasn't the best option. A manager didn't reached out to me til, I mentioned I would write a bad review. I didn't respond because I have lost trust in them; and I would rather spend money on a dermatologist to help me. The peel the second peel, they offered, the $500.00 didn't warranty that my skin will recover fully. I've visited other MedSpas for facials, hydra facials, and never have I experienced any damage to my skin or have I ever written a negative review for anyone. I'm sharing my experience because we need to be aware and ask questions and if it doesn't feel right ask for the treatment to be stopped and do not proceed. I'm just very upset my face looks bad. I know it'll take a while to get it better but I'm going to a dermatologist to get my skin to how it was before getting the peel. This review is not intended to get anyone in trouble or anything but to help customers be a bit more aware and ask questions. I did received a text and call from Ricky the manager after a week or so of me exchanging messages with the esthetician. The place is nice and clean , peoples in the front desk are friendly. My aesthetician she's not professional, My procedure ( derma Fusion and derma-plane ) has to take 1h30 min , she's done in 45 min. (This review is for the Westheimer location specifically) Upon entering, the office is very nice and clean. All of the receptionist i encountered were very friendly and able to answer most questions i had regarding precautions, procedure and billing. Procedure: (microdermabrasion & dermaplaning) This is where I give the 3/5 stars. The environment was relaxing for the most part. The receptionist who walked me to my room turned off the lights and played relaxing music but i could still hear the loud house music booming from outside the room; Kind of a vibe killer considering it's supposed to be a relaxing pampering experience. My aesthetician was pretty knowledgeable on what products to use for my skin and which i should stop using. She was very sweet, but very heavy handed. I was nicked multiple times during my dermaplaning which caused every part of my facial afterward to burn pretty badly. Each time she lathered on a new product and during the microdermabrasion my face burned, overall super uncomfortable. I've asked multiple friends who've had the same procedures done at other offices and all said they never had these problems! The worst part was the extraction phase. I had bad bruising on my skin from how hard she was applying pressure. I finished the facial expecting to see my skin bright and glowy, vacation ready. Unfortunately, when i saw myself in a mirror, I immediately noticed all of the small cuts and where she had forcefully extracted everything causing bruising, swelling and overall red splotchiness. When i walked up to pay, I wasn't told or given anything regarding aftercare or what to expect for my skin the following days. It took about two weeks for all of the bruising and redness to go away. I left feeling like I didn't get my money's worth & stressed from what was supposed to have been a relaxing experience. I hope the aestheticians there can improve on the aforementioned. I would go back to give them another go, maybe this is a rare occurrence, but it was my first time there and i wish i had a better experience. read more

Service is definitely exceptional here. So far, I've got microneedling, dermalinfusion, dermaplanning and teeth whitening. I would say that microneedling is the only one that should the most result for what you pay. They have great monthly packages and promotions if your interested in getting more than one thing done! They have a new location at westheimer but the staff is very attentive and the location is clean. Angélica and Carolina are very nice! I got a teeth whitening session and my teeth look really good. Definitely coming to check out their facials next time, they also sent me back with brochures and a lot information. And this place accepts Apple Pay also! read more

I am so very pleased with my treatments from Hi Beautiful aesthetics, Luliana and Ricky are amazing and made me feel so comfortable.
