The chocolate on the top and bottom is very thick and sweet. The filling is the worst. The kadaifi/kunefeh wasn't crispy like the bars that I had it was only slightly crispy. The major problem was that there was barely any pistachio spread. It was so DRY. Very stingy with the filling and spread. Not worth your time or money. I see that a lot of vendors were capitalizing off this viral food trend but don't do it if you can't do it right.

When I first started visiting Sunbeams, my go-to was (and still is) Green River with condensed milk. Green River is such a nostalgic flavor for me and reminds me of my childhood. There is a single bench along the wall of the establishment that I make my kids sit on while they enjoy their treats. Shave ice is also available and Sunbeams has saved me trips to Haleiwa when my kids feel like having shave ice. Customer service is excellent. It was a wonderfully sunny day with a cool breeze! I sat at a picnic table with bench that had a great view of the customers and the great service by Wes. Wes is very friendly and thoughtful. He would make each order by himself and deliver to vehicles parked on the other side of the road. I ordered the Pono Bowl and substituted banana for kiwi - no extra charge. Wes offered to top it for free with Nutella or Condensed milk if I was an Instagram follower... yes, I am! Nutella, please! The strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi were sweet and fresh! My Bowl was beautiful and filling! The honey and Nutella were perfect compliments to the granola! I'll be back!

We ordered the açaí bowl, (small $12.50 and large $14.50) and also ordered popsicles (10 for $15). Already the price of this was way cheaper than W&B. Liked it! I apologize for the lack of photos of our açaí bowls, but I have a bad habit of digging in right away then realizing that I forgot to take photos when it's half gone. I'll attach photos when I go back...because I most definitely will be back! I think I still prefer the taste W&B açaí, but the açaí here is really good and satisfies the craving! The popsicles on the other hand, were just ok. It was described as large otter pops and while I wouldn't go THAT far, I don't think I'll get those again.
