I had the same concern as a few. I had my baby in my carrier and asked the worker if they provide something to carry the bowls PRIOR to me ordering because I knew my hands would be full and I couldn't find close parking (ward location across longs!) I wanted to make sure I could carry what I ordered! I ordered three bowls and when it came out, I said can I get something to carry it she said we don't have anything. I was confused cause I asked prior loudddd and clear and she said YES they do have something. Anyway that was a big buzz kill! You spend the money but can't take care of a simple act of gesture to ensure your customer leaves w some kind of connivence! I had to walk back and forth and my car was parked far. Being that we're supporting a mobile business that you need to check in on time/location and make a purposeful intention to get there when the truck arrives, you would think the least they could do is give you something to carry your big bowls! Don't get me wrong I love the açaí bowls! Texture is awesome and the toppings are what make it! I wish they would update on their social media when they run out of something! We drove all the way to Kapolei on our day off, craving the cookie butter topping which in my opinion; just does it for me! And when i ordered she said, there out! I was like awww Man! I get it things run out but if we knew beforehand then i guess we would've had a heads up and wouldn't feel much of a bummers! but it was that and also, EACH time I've ever went to get a bowl the customer service is NOT the BUSINESS! No smiles, no friendliness, no kindness to even ask if we have any questions on the menu etc! It's as if they're mad they that they even have to be there! One of my experiences w the one making the bowls, she was pissed. The girl taking the ordered was sweet and i asked prior to ordering "do you know how long it will take" and she said about ten mins and the girl in the back SNAPPED and looked straight at me and said, "NO actually it's gonna take a whole lot longer i got a lot of bowls before you." The tone was ridiculous and i literally told myself, don't say anything just be kind! She's busy and her flesh is what's acting out! No ones perfect i get it but she chose this job! I feel redirection needs to happen w the staff! & While I came for the açaí bowl, the customer service honestly comes w it! It could save a business! I don't understand after reading so much reviews about this concern, you would think it would change the customer service aspect but it continues! I still go and support because I simply bypass that and I know we're all human! But wanted to send the feedback because all it takes is customers who don't have that same mindset or outlook that can lose a lot of good paying customers! Thank you Jess for all you do! These guys come out to the back of windward mall every Thursday thru Sunday (I'm not sure what time they get there but I go around 3-4pm) This is the Best Açaí bowl. Fresh fruits and the price is ok. read more

First of all. This shit is like crack. Soooo addicting. I love Ekolu bowl so I can choose 3 blends. I love the Bliss Bowl so I don't have to make decisions. Love the cookie dough. My kids love the stuffed pretzels, perfect blend of sweet and savory. My wife is sooo happy the the lehua honey is now their standard honey. And she loves that they have a snack size now as it helps her cure a craving but not get too off track of her diet. Again what we love her is small local businesses supporting other small local businesses. All locally grown ingredients. You gotta follow them on IG for current mobile locations. Really love the mango blend from here! I always get a bowl at least once a week. But I do want to mention that there was a couple pieces of almonds in my bowl which I don't mind but could be really bad for customers with a severe allergy. Unlike most açaí places where it's only one or two blends and it's only açaí this one have various ones. From traditional açaí, to strawberry guava, and many more, with coconut sorbet being my favorite!. I found this mobile location in front of the embassy, while I was enjoying a staycation there. And let me tell you nothing beats a tasty açaí bowl on a hot Hawai'i day. All of the bowls coming with the standard granola, honey and mixed fruit. If there isn't something you don't want that comes with it, all you need to do is let them know and they can take it out. They have various toppings as well, to seasonal fruits, to candies an different sweets. During lunch times it does get pretty busy, but the wait is worth it. UPDATE: I appreciate you investigating this, BUT that is NOT how it played out & you & your team should be ashamed of trying to sugar coat it.. we know exactly what happened & should have recorded it. If I could give no stars, I would. On Saturday morning, March 20, Geiger Park, it was unfortunate that we witnessed such an act of racism. A man wanted to order, but was unable to because, "they were closed".. a family of 3 comes shortly after him, & was not told that they were "closed", BUT rather "if they wanted to order".. my husband & I could not believe that happened right in front of us. We even said to ourselves, if they take their order, that's messed up & we will not support a business that denies service due to the color of a person's skin. If you don't call that a racist act, I don't know what you call that because perception is everything. I'm upset at myself for not speaking up right then, because we witnessed it all happen right in front of us. He was 1 person & you just served a family! That was not right on so many levels. She was very helpful, and I appreciate her so much for being able to accommodate my order for a party tray on such a short notice (the very next day!). Second, Jess, the owner, was very professional and so kind to let me know in advance that she would be bringing my delivery 30 minutes after my request time because of traffic.
