I searched around, this store was nice and more comments. So we decided to come here. Midland is a well known location that not hard to find. There was 1 more hours to be closed, when we walked in. But the casher was not rush me. She just let us know we could scan the QR code for the menu on the table, and come up to the counter to order, when we are ready. We were debating which one to get, Golden Mango or Matcha Mango Bingsu. The cashier said Golden Mango is giving different texture, even though it's all mango flavor; the Matcha Mango is using matcha shaved ice as base, then top with Mango fresh fruit. So we final decision was the Golden Mango Bingsu. Once we ordered, we got a electric alert board. We won't wait long, the alert board was beeping when our order was ready. I went back to the counter to get my Bingsu. This desert is not big that costs $12.55+tax. Sago has no taste. Fresh mango is on the top, mango base is mango flavored shaded ice, which is like ice cream that smooth. Mango sauce as layer is in the middle of the base, which makes stronger taste. Overall, it's pretty tasty and fresh. That's another type of ice cream for me. The store was open until late night, and I was seeing couples coming in. That reminded me long time ago when we were young. Enjoy the desert and also enjoy the late night life.

The wait time is horrendous, and the workers all seem to be in their own space and timing for when they want to get things done. Finished tables took forever to be reset.

The owners were so excited to see her and showed me pictures of all their dogs. They allow up to three samples per person, I tried a few different flavours. I got the hojicha ice cream which was a $1 more but very strong. Also got the chrysanthemum as my second scope. They were both really good, the ice cream is more of the ice-y side instead of creamy. I love how they have a collaboration with Hatch. Lots of local products for sale too. This place definitely has awesome ice cream flavours and I will definitely be back to try more. There's some seating inside but limited. This place is a little hard to find, it's located inside an industrial-ish looking plaza, but it's worth it!

I really miss eating creamy ice creams as I'm lactose intolerant and sometimes sorbet just doesn't cut it. Was surprised at the cilantro icecream option... I had a sniff and immediately crashed out. Service was standard, they had 3 servers behind the icecream bar because of how busy it was. I wanted my icecream in a cone but they didn't present me options - they just put it in a cup instead. The shop literally operates from a warehouse so it smells like warehouse coming in, but they have nice seats and cafe tables. They also had a fridge to bring home ice creams too.

I genuinely think this place has the most underrated & DELICIOUS gelato in the GTA. This is also coming from someone who has tried the most popular spots downtown & elsewhere. The quality is unmatched, pricing per portion is reasonable, and half of their flavors rotate according to what's in season so it's hard to get bored! Dairy & non dairy options are available as well. The texture is smooth, creamy, not overly sweet, and made in-house with high quality ingredients you can taste. You can sample max 2 flavors & also buy their products pre-portioned to take home or give as a gift. In my opinion they've got the best TRUE pistachio gelato of you're into that. Some notable flavors I've tried that I highly recommend are yogurt, yuzu cheesecake, blueberry, and asian pear. I also love that they give you a little waffle cone shard if you order a cup.

From the traditional flavours of Chocolate and Strawberry Gelato, you should also add Yuzu Cheesecake and Injeolmi to your gelato cone/cup as it's a fun and great way to stay cool and fresh for the summer! This family owned business always aims to bring quality into everything they do from the gelato (vegan options included too) to their homemade desserts such as their delicious tiramisu!
