This is a good buffet for the amount of food they give you for your round of eating. I enjoy the seafood section of this place, although the seafood that they put mayonaise on can actually fill you up pretty good. So be careful in not consume too much or you'll lose your appetite quickly. Make sure you would on Valpak for they have groupons for your lunch/dinner. I actually wanted to try the crab cakes I have heard about, but I was there for lunch and was told they are served for dinner (dang it!!). This spot is open during COVID-19 dine in. They are using gloves to pick your food. Upon checking in, one person goes to pay while the rest of the family are seated. They serve food in one side of the bars. So you gotta kind of reach over. Food wise: it was ok. I'm not a big seafood eater so I didn't really have any of that. They did have a variety of it. Clams, mussels, crab, shrimp, etc. I love me some cream cheese wontons, theirs are not crunchy how I like. Rice and chowmein were ok. Food over all: ok. Wouldn't come back. Don't think it's worth it. Cleanliness: seemed clean. Including the bathroom. Didn't have that weird smell to it. They have sinks outside of the bathrooms as well for hand washing. My favorite buffet that I've been to in Washington state! It has all your standard American food & a good variety of Chinese food. Lots of seafood options too which is my go to. Salt + pepper are my best friends wherever I go, but this is the first buffet I've been to out here where I felt just about everything was really flavorful on its own. Towards the end of our dinner service my wife found a baby roach crawling around her hand after grabbing one of the "clean" plates from the stack. My wife notified staff and just said okay. One of the staff members was cleaning one of the counters where the food is and collected the crumbs off the counter with a towel, but then he threw the crumbs back into the food. Gross AF. Loved that we came in on a Saturday niggt and was able to get in immediately. I though the price was fair and for the 6 of us (3 adults and 3 children) we all ate to our heart's content. Just like any other buffet, plenty of good dishes and mediocre dishes. I like that they had real ice cream and not soft serve, so there was more that just vanilla and chocolate. I appreciated that. Great price but food could have been better. I knew paying $17 for Sunday Dinner I was signing up for and OK meal, so I'm not dining them on it. With that said, it was not close to the pictures I saw on the Internet. We came in 2hrs before close and were there for some sushi. I even called to see if they offered sushi and nigiri, they said yes. Told me they had all kinds. When I came up to the sushi part of the buffet, there was literally 3 very very simple rolls. West of the area was empty. My wife asked if they were going to make more and the chef asked which ones she liked. She didn't want a full roll just a few pieces of each type. Fresh/ hot food refills as it is low. Stuffed mushroom was my favorite. I might have eaten like 12 mushrooms. Deep fried crab/stir fries were all good. Rolls were alright. Fresh fruit choices. My 10-year-old granddaughter wanted to go to a buffet. So this was our first visit. The place was crowded and we had to wait a little bit in line. The line moved quickly and we were seated by friendly staff. Because we had not been there before we asked a few questions and they were very helpful. It has a wider selection of food. I like seafood and checked out the nice collection. I've read about a negative statements about the food. I think because the place was crowded that the food was being replenished quite often. That meant we get freshly cooked Buffet style food. I found all my selections quite tasty. My granddaughter enjoyed the grand selection of food. After seeing what she came back with I didn't think she could finish it. But she did and went back for more. I gave it five stars compared to other Chinese buffets I've I have visited. read more

The food was fine. Servers quick to clear dishes. The servers wore masks. Buffet has sanitizer and serving gloves available. However, restaurant guests do not wear masks when visiting the buffet. Witnessed many not use the provided sanitizer too. When I asked the hostess about this, they said it was optional to wear masks indoors. Affordable and great food. It is very clean and has lots of seats. The servers are pretty friendly and always comes right when you're done eating to collect your plate. Weekends are usually packed with large families. Absolutely love their chicken on a stick, Thai chicken, and chow mein. For one of the rounds where they brought out coconut shrimps, I think they forgot to drizzle the sauce because the shrimp was salty and just soggy. They had a huge selection of everything from spring rolls to good bread, some sort of cray fish thing, and a nice selection of teriyaki style dishes. The atmosphere reminded me of a fire house banquet hall. I am not a fan of buffets but for w good cheap filling station, it wasn't that bad. You get what you pay for basically. Vs all the other local all you can eat buffets this one is half the price, if not less. The food is good, not great. Some items are better than others, so choose wisely. On busy days the food is fresh because they constantly have to refill the containers. I like to go for the chow mein, crab Rangoon's, mussels, shrimp, soup, sushi, and ice cream for dessert (and more I can't remember at the moment). I've also tried the chicken wings before and those are good as well. Take a look at their prices, if you want a variety of options + all you can eat, I'd give it a try! read more

This is a cheap Chinese buffet so don't expect too much out of it. When we went to grab a plate, there was a dead bug right on top of the supposedly clean new plates. Immediately grossed out. Foodwise, there's your standard stir fry, seafood, american food, DIY Mongolian grill, sushi, and ice cream. The Chinese selection such as the vegetables, tasted the best to me, even if it was a bit oily. Except for the terrible sushi, the rest of the food isn't bad, but it's not great either. This was our first visit to Hibachi Buffet, and I was very impressed. My husband and I love Chinese food. We love having the option of getting many different types of food. You get a warm welcome when you go in and the staff is always on the floor replacing empty plates, refilling pans and offering any help that you may need. I sampled food that I had never tasted before, and to my surprise I enjoyed most. My favorite is having the "Chef" cook up steak in Mongolian Sauce on the grill. YUM! The place is bright, clean and spacious. Not only was it clean, a real nice addition is a hand washing station outside the restrooms. The steam table items were just that, steamy. You could see the steam rising and the cold items were on ice. This restaurant is a buffet and there is A LOT to choose from! They have Mongolian Grill with lots of meats and veggies and 4 sauces to choose from (Teriyaki Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Mongolian Sauce & Chow Mein Sauce). They have sushi which is hand made on the premises. They also have a huge selection of entrees and veggies and more to choose from on the buffet. They have super good hard ice cream for dessert along with several choice of fruit and pastries. Drinks aren't included in the meal price but they are only .89 each so that is a good price. Nice to finish with a little hard serve ice cream with about eight different flavors... You scoop yourself. This place is worth a try if you are in the area. Even if you are a picky eater, I am sure you will find something to your liking. Life is too short for lousy Chinese food (and carry-out). My recommendation to folks in the Auburn area... A lot of food (all you can eat) at a reasonable price ($14.99 for a Saturday). This is a huge place with many buffet serving rows and a very large selection of dishes. The sushi is good, but not great. There is a Mongolian BBQ section (you select the ingredients and choose the sauces and hand them to the chef who cooks them for you). [By the way, Mongolian BBQ was invented in Taiwan and has nothing to do with Mongolia]. There were a few dishes that were exceptional, but most were ordinary in flavor. What you are getting here is the extremely large selection and unlimited quantities. You can take a small bit of many things or pig out on your favorite. There is no way you can have a bit of everything as the selection is too large! All the kids in the restaurant were enjoying the ice cream bar (with many different flavors) and the dessert tables! They do have a take out option, but it is priced by the pound. We did the dine-in unlimited eating option. This is a great place if you are hungry! read more
