I haven't thrown up since I was 7 years old. It is actively very painful for me to even try throwing up due to some physical abnormality in my esophagus that prevents me from burping. I could not sleep at all the night after eating here. I had diarrhea and episodes of vomiting or coming close to it. To add on top of all of this, I had a predicament come up at the establishment where they had mixed up my friend's glass and my glass after refills. At this time I believed my friend had oral herpes, so I was mortified when I tasted a small hint of his Pepsi in my water and noticed that the glasses had been swapped. I am the worst. I just can't say no to a Chinese buffet at lunch time no matter where I am. Hibachi wasn't too busy when I arrived at 12:15 and I was seated at a clean table. My drink order was taken and it was time to dig in. It would have been great if they had disposable gloves on the buffet line but I had planned ahead and brought two of my own. I added protein to my plate - chicken and broccoli, beef and peppers, double cooked pork, pork ribs in red sauce and the like. A few good choices and the buffet line was tidy. Most items were well stocked and refreshed during my time here. My waitress did clear dirty plates and refreshed my water without being asked. Good service. I really love this place. Have eaten here a couple of times and the best time to eat here is Sunday lunch because that is when they are the most busy, have the most food variety, and all the food is running out super fast so everything is very fresh. For Sunday lunch they are 5 stars with a great selection of yummy, fresh classic American Chinese, hibachi, and other foods. I've been for Saturday lunch and their options are more limited (they didn't have my favorites of fried shrimp and coconut chicken) and the food is not amazing like it is on Sunday but still solid. Their eel nigiri is top tier and their rolls are okay but their other nigiri is absolutely awful. Their fried donut and pudding is my go to for dessert and it is very delicious. I have never been there for weekday lunch when I assume they are the least busy but I assume that is when the food is at its worst but even then it's still solid food all you can eat for $15. I saw the ad about this place on a coupon book . I decided to take wife for mother's Day and my family. The food was real good love it all you can eat. The service as far as filling drinks was great. The servers themselves were the problem. They worried us about the bill continually who going to pay, who going to pay. I told them I was. When I was going to pay she kept worrying my son and trying to take his wallet out of his pocket. They also raised the prices for the holiday and would not except discount or coupons for holiday. Although the recent reviews were low scores, I thought I would check it out anyway. I stopped by and looked over the first two rows of the steam tables and a portion of the sushi area and decided to get my wife from our airbnb and bring her back for lunch. The food was good and the service was helpful. (Only the fried fish was not real warm, but still tasty) There were several items I didn't have room in my stomach to try, only because I was full. The goyza and cheese ragoon were both packed with filling and have a good flavor. Not sure what the recent low scores are about. I would like some of our local Albuquerque oriental buffets to offer this variety and quality. Overall, a very good experience for my wife and myself. read more

This is our favorite Americanized Chinese buffet. They have a big and wide variety. They have a hibachi grill and a sushi bar included with the buffet. Sometimes the service can be spotty. We went yesterday and our drinks were never refilled. She came to our table 2 times and never even asked if we wanted a refill. She did ask when she brought the check! So don't expect great table service but what do you expect from a Chinese buffet. I didn't leave a tip just for this very reason. Overall it's a quick meal and it's really inexpensive. Pretty good buffet for the price! It for sure had more variety than most buffets I have been to and I will be returning! They even had bao that looked like peaches! Super cute and it was good- just not a fan of red bean paste(super sweet) but if you do like it I recommend them! The sushi was decent too, of course you're getting what you pay for and I don't touch raw nigiri/rolls at buffets, but to each their own. The last time I came to this buffet was two years ago. This time, I noticed that the chef had changed, but the food is still just as good, better even. Don't even waste your money here. The seafood was still cold on the buffet and the place was dirty. The bathrooms were filthy (I won't even go into detail here). The moldy air vents on the ceiling were leaking water onto our table. The staff was friendly until it was time to pay. The hospitality at this place is great. We came in 30 minutes before they closed and tried to eat quickly, but everyone was nice and didn't seem to mind one bit. The food was good, and there are plenty of good desserts and options. When I was trying to get the last of the lo mein, one of the nice young guys offered to make me some fresh, despite the fact that they were 5 minutes from closing. Although I felt bad and said he didn't have to worry about it, he went ahead and made me some and brought it to me on a plate. The name on the restaurant is a lie but the food they serve is good. There is no hibachi to be found. It is only a buffet. However, the food they serve is quite good. You can get as many plates as you want for a single price of about $15. There is a sign that says you may be charged for wasting food if you don't eat it but I haven't had that yet. I can't say it's the best but the buffet style and the quality make it worth going back. Please ignore how sketchy it looks outside. read more

Ok, I'm a Chinese buffet grazer... I'll admit it. This place was clean, but the food selections were sub par and all looked the same. Chicken this, chicken that, beef this, beef that, all with a different sheen of that industrial-grade Glistenium added to them to make them look presentable. A friend came up with this term... "Glistenium - (n) The food additive found in most Asian buffets to make dry, overcooked, or questionable meats look coated in sauce or glaze. Generally tasty, but not good for you" I tried the sushi, which was not really cold enough to seem proper, although it moved off the serving area so fast, I don't think it would have been a problem. There was no Gen Tso's chicken AT ALL on the buffet, so I was disappointed at that alone right there. Their hot/sour soup was decent, not too thick, and not too loaded down with excess filler like cheap mushrooms. The dumplings and dim sum were dried out from being uncovered under a heat lamp and on a steam table that was WAY too hot for them.
