How are you going to charge $18++ for steak and give it to customers very burnt you can clearly see in the photo and it was taken with flash ..... very disappointing I use to love this place .... Didn't even eat it it was so hard

    2.Teriyaki Chicken

Ordered three orders of the Chicken Teriyaki to go, and the whole experience was awful. The chicken in all the orders was completely burnt--dry, bitter, and nowhere near the teriyaki flavor I was expecting. The vegetables were soggy and overcooked, and the rice was bland with no flavor whatsoever. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they flat-out told me they "couldn't help" because I ordered through Uber Eats. No apology, no accountability--just a brush-off. Horrible food and even worse customer service. Never again.

Every single time I order, whether through Uber eats or dine in, this food is so spot on its ridiculous! Everything is perfectly portioned, warm, fresh, and so darn good! They never disappoint! When I done in or pick up, customer service is always fabulous! They consistently prepare my food quickly every single time! I would have given 5 stars if the inside of the restaurant were cleaner. That's the only downfall. Floors are sticky, tables need wiped down. Clean up and 5 starts you'll receive!

Hibachi express is one of those places you go, when you would like An Eastern dish but mixed with the taste of a homecooked meal. I am in love with the rock shrimp (tempura), and their fried dumplings (gyoza) are really yummy. I swung by for my order and it was a breeze to pick up. While waiting, my eyes were bouncing off each wall, and each decor piece. This location has a very humble feel; cozy, yet historic. I'll be back soon.

I was looking for a good quick dinner late at night and found this spot to be opened. I found the atmosphere to be dark and not very inviting. However the quantity and quality of food was on point for the price. I got the chicken and steak which was full of flavor. I would suggest doing takeout and calling ahead because I found them to be a little slow.

This place is excellent. Had the hibachi steak. Was great. I got the large. Almost splittable . Definitely had enough rice. Think a large hibachi with a roll would be good for two. The 10% off for military was an extra bonus. Will definitely be back

Looking for some reasonably priced (less than $10.00) Hibachi?? Check out this spot during lunch hours which ends at 3.30pm. I stumbled on this place from another Yelper's review and it has been no turning back since. I've only had the hibachi; each time with all different modifications (less rice or more veggies or add shrimp) and it has been consistently good! They don't skimp on the yummy yummy sauce either! What more can I ask for! I'm hoping the sushi is just as good whenever I try it. Yep! This place is a winner in my books and you really cannot beat the price in the Wesley Chapel area.

My husband and I decided to try this place out since it costs a fraction of our local hibachi spot. The food was okay. I had the steak and salmon dinner and hubs had the steak and chicken. The steak was very chewy in both of our dinners. He wasn't crazy about the chicken and my salmon was very dry. The rice was good and the veggies were excellent. The side salad was just like what you would get at a regular hibachi restaurant. Even though we weren't over the moon about the food, we wouldn't write the place off. They have other things on the menu that we would like to try. The lady who took our order over the phone was very friendly and they were just as friendly when I went inside to pick up.

I'm not a big fan of hibachi but this is my go-to spot for takeout hibachi. I have never sat in but have ordered delivery several times and every time the food is steaming hot and fresh. Everything has always been tasty and I absolutely love their compartmentalized containers, perfect to take leftovers to work for lunch the next day.

I ordered two rolls: the tuna tuna and the Smokey dragon roll. On the menu it stated the tuna tuna was spicy but I wasn't ready for how spicy it was! Really good with a nice punch of spice. The Smokey dragon was my favorite out of the two though. The lemon zest was such a nice flavor that stood out and made the seafood in the roll shine. My sister ordered the tom kha soup and the pad see ew with shrimp. The soup, which I tried as well, was so delicious. It tasted so fresh, it's the best version of this soup I've ever had. As for her see ew, I couldn't give my opinion because she ordered it quite spicy so I didn't try it, but she said she loved it. She really enjoyed it. Service was great, food was fantastic and the restaurant was cute and clean. Can't ask for anything else. Would definitely come back here if I was in the area!!!

The menu does have a lot of options and also I will say most of them look very appetizing. Another thing I really liked was when we came in we were asked if anyone had food allergies, which is great because you know from reading my reviews if you have that I do. Our server was full of personality and very helpful and went over every detail on the menu with us to make sure that we were happy with our choices. We also ordered Coke, zero which they said they had I really did not have Coke zero instead it was definitely Diet Coke. I'm only mentioning this because I am sensitive to Diet Coke but not Coke Zero. The food was good. I had steak teriyaki with white rice and it was full of flavor. The soup was ok, and the salad was large and pretty high quality. My partner had salmon hibachi with fried rice and a side of noodles, and notes that the salmon was fresh and that the rice had decent flavor, but that the noodles did not have a good hibachi flavor. My partner also had fried cheesecake which was fine. Service was excellent. If you take the AYCE (all you can eat) option they have rules. 1. Finish what you order before ordering more or you may be charged. 2. 2 hour limit thu-sun. Recommended

The dish was very good and stands with any quality hibachi I have experienced. The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly, providing that satisfying crunch as you bite into them. I would highly recommend Sushi Time for lunch as you cannot beat a meal like that for $10. The food was great and I would love to try more. The restaurant was awkwardly quiet as there was nobody else there at lunch time. I also noticed that there was a sign "Ginza" behind the sushi bar. It is my understanding that this is the name of the restaurant previously, so it is just out of place.

They were packed shortly after we arrived -- on an early Saturday night. My husband got a selection of sushi and sashimi -- choosing each by the fish/option he wanted. He said it was very fresh. I started with their kani salad. I'd asked the server how spicy it was and she said "not too". Sadly, it was a bit too peppery for me to totally enjoy. I shared some with my husband. There was a nice mix of cucumber and krab in it. After the salad, I had their lobster roll. It was tempura lobster with lettuce, cucumber, and avocado. On top was some eel sauce. It was very good. My friend had tuna tataki stack. There were three types of caviar (fish eggs) on top of avocado. And then sushi tuna in the middle and a layer of avocado on the bottom. It's her "go to" dish. She said it was delicious. We weren't rushed. We enjoyed our food and some good conversation. But as we realized there were a lot of folks waiting for a table, we decided it was time to leave. I might have even asked about dessert.
