I ordered the vegetarian ramen since I've been more plant bladed lately. I was disappointed with the lack of flavor I had in the ramen. I think if I ordered a different kind it would have had more toppings that had a depth of flavor like the seasoned egg and marinated mushrooms. There was a lot of attention to detail and a lot of care in this place and I really do want to come back and try the hibachi or a different ramen in the future. For the price I expected more.
