I contacted Hibachi Queens only 5 days before our team's holiday party and they responded within an hour. They were continuously responsive and Chef Roy and Gabe were just as on point w/ their customer service! They arrived 2 hours early to set up, put on a great show and served the best tasting food. Chef Roy was hilarious and so entertaining and Gabe was always right there making sure everyone was taken care of. Everything from the edamame, fried rice, chicken, filet mignon and lobster were cooked to perfection! Everyone had way more fun than expected and walked away satisfied w/ super full stomachs. I found them online and I texted the number on their IG and website to get more information. They were prompt and polite, after some basic info, they sent over the information for different packages. I ended up going with the Queens package! A week before my party, we had a phone call to go over the specific details and finalize the color scheme. Day of my party- they arrived around 5pm and Erik and Rachel introduced themselves to me and my family, and they started setting up. As my family and friends started to arrive. They started their presentation! FOOD WAS BOMB and Erik did a wonderful job cooking everything to perfection and keeping us entertained. We laughed so hard, and enjoyed our time. My assistant has been trying to get a hold of the ownership of this business since May of 2022 for a copy of an itemized receipt on behalf of an NBA client. Every time she calls, her request is ignored, or they tell her to "call back tomorrow...email this person". For over a year, they kept telling her the same exact thing. This is a bad look for whoever has a question about a charge from this business. Seems VERY suspicious of a company that won't send an itemized receipt. Leaves me to believe they do not want us to see exactly what they charged. Therefore I presume I was charged for items I wasn't supposed to be if they won't send her a receipt. We need this receipt for accounting - our company represents professional athletes, movie stars, and musicians so this is a VERY bad look. I do not recommend booking with these people - they are SCAMMERS that won't let you look at your receipt!! read more

Their food is well seasoned, which I personally look for in any food that I try. You get the same flavor in each bite.
