A big screen available near one of the tables and an intement environment assures an enjoyable laid back atmosphere. They may be new but the quality of their food is well practiced and studied. Just something different about this teriaki sauce you GOTTA try! Also, rest assured it comes complete with sushi choices and that Yami Yami sauce everyone knows and loves! This place is clean, food is pretty quick, and I love the bus window to watch your food being made in if you don't feel like kicking back at a table. Overall a good experience. I kinda wish I would have went to the restaurant and picked it up myself but I used the yelp app which uses Grubhub to complete the order. Too slow and the delivery guy got lost but onto the food it was good. It definitely isn't top chef hibachi but I'll definitely eat it again. I was kinda surprised that you have to pay extra for veggies. And when I got the veggies it was just more cabbage than anything and a couple of pieces of broccoli and onion. This is my go-to spot. I eat here at least once a week. It is located in a plaza with ample parking. They have about 5 tables but most people are grabbing food to-go. The prices are very decent. 3.5 stars, but I'll round up for these guys! I order lunch from here through a separate food delivery service that my workplace sponsors. My go-to dish is the bulgogi, and it tastes like home. The presentation is very unassuming, but who cares because it tastes great lol. The bulgogi is marinated beef mixed with sauteed onions and carrots. They give such a huge portion of it on top of a huge portion of rice; so it's also a really good value. I'm borderline food-comatose if I eat it all. From time to time, I mix it up by ordering the hibachi meats instead; they have not disappointed either. The sauce is like a teriyaki sauce, but it's a little thicker and sweeter than I would like. Note to self: request light sauce or sauce on the side in the Special Instructions. I also appreciate this place just because you can tell they keep things simple. For a simple, quick meal, Hibachi Stop isn't bad at all. I don't think it's as good as Fugu Express right down the road, but they do a perfectly fine job at reasonably healthy, cheap, and quick meals. Dining space is fairly limited though.
