I was seated immediately with no wait, and everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming. My server, Laylah, deserves a special shout-out. She did an absolutely amazing job--friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. You can tell when someone takes pride in making sure their customers have a good experience, and Laylah definitely did that for me. I ordered the Dirty Dozen, which is pierogies and chicken wings, I opted for the boneless wings. Let me just say... WOW. The food was incredibly delicious. Those pierogies were the best I've had since I was actually in Europe. That's not something I say lightly! Between the food, the service, and the welcoming atmosphere, Generations really hit the mark. We started with our beverage orders. I went with a little something off their cocktail menu the elderflower martini which, exactly as I expected, was way more like spiked juice than a "martini" but I wouldn't want it any other way. Don't think I wasn't intrigued by the fried cheese but we have been eating a fair amount of that lately so instead of offering an app, I opted for an entree (stuffed rigatoni) and a side of broccoli. GF ordered fettuccine with red clam sauce. She got a house salad and I didn't for some reason. The broccoli was seasoned wonderfully but the texture wasn't as crisp as I would have liked.
