    Spicy Beef 10/10

10/10 -- absolutely incredible sandwiches. Hidden Peak Provisions does not miss. Every sandwich I've tried has been top-tier, but the spicy beef is hands down my favorite. Perfectly seasoned, bold flavor, and seriously satisfying. The sides and soups deserve just as much hype -- they're amazing and clearly made with care. You can really tell that everything is made in-house, and that attention to detail shows in every bite. If you're even thinking about stopping by, do it. Hidden Peak Provisions is a must. Also, I DM'd them to get an idea of what's in the spicy beef. Here you go: Spicy beef. house roasted roast beef, Capicola, american cheese, burrata, house made giardiniera, house made hot sauce, house made aioli, house made chili spread, (that makes the sauce). chopped romaine, toasted hoagie. (lots of things made in house m, but thats what we do!!).

Walking into this gem we were met with an eclectic splash of decor and food options. You can dine in or takeout. Everyone orders from the counter. There are outside dining options and indoor dining options. This is a casual setting so no need to dress up fancy, feel free to come in after your ski trip or your bike trip or just to grab a bite because you're hungry. Soups and sandwiches are what they specialize in. The nice thing is if you want something to go they'll be happy to serve it up, including their famous wasabi, potato salad, and boy was it delicious. Not too hot and a kick of flavor. They have a cooler that has to go, soups and chili. Know that they work hard to have things from local growers, including the local butcher. They have a lot of different beverages, but all of them are bottled or canned, they include sparkling, flavored waters, Diet Coke, bottled Coke, European lemon beverages, Beer and more. We had the American and Spicy Beef sandwich. Both had good flavor but the Spicy Beef was a bit stronger. The meets are fresh so don't expect over processed extremely salty meats. The breads are made locally and they were divine. The aïoli sauce is made fresh and it is not very strong. Just how we liked it. The service is outstanding. The owners are very kind and take time to visit with you learning about you and also sharing about their restaurant. Their staff is outstanding, making sure that service is fast as well as cleanup is also fast. The restrooms are clean, be sure to press the button beneath the bass fish and he'll sing you a song They also have items to go, including things like mushroom, growing kits, turmeric chai, books, and so many more unique items.

This is a gem! My favorite place to eat in Midway. The food is always fresh, excellent and inspiring. We enjoy the pop up dinners they host as well and love taking friends to Hidden Peak Provisions for lunch.

Busy artisanal sandwich shop. In addition to signature sandwiches, they also craft sides like pasta salad, potato salad with wasabi mustard, etc. Cute, homey, little cafe. They also sell hot sauces, canned seafood with cute pictures, apparel, and reusable shopping bags. Abby was friendly, sweet, and helpful. She will bring out your sandwich if you dine in. ROMAN SANDWICH: Porchetta, arugula, Scallion aioli, pickled red onion, cheddar, hoagie. Drop the mic! This is one of the best tasting sandwiches I have ever had. Another yelp reviewer said somewhat the same thing. Every ingredient in this sandwich works so well together. The thinly sliced porchetta is so tender yet seasoned so well. The Scallion aioli is tasty on the meat. The hoagie bread is crunchy on the outside, yet soft in the middle. Thomas worked at Red Bicycle Bakery for over 7 years, so this recipe is his. Well done! Side: Beet salad, nice and tart with pickled onion, radish? I'm not sure, but whatever was in here was delicious! House Chips - crunchy. Potato and Sweet Potato. Some were a bit oily. But good. Come stop by and experience Thomas' artistry of sandwich making! His shop is fairly new, so we wish him luck! Come and you won't be disappointed!!! If we lived in Utah, we would come here every day!

The front side of the menu. There is a back side of the menu that has the sides and the beverages.

Super cute place in Midway! The seasonal Sammie had crispy balsamic soaked mushrooms, peas, and chili and cashew cream sauces. We chose the English pea soup to stick with the seasonal theme. It was alright - pretty nice flavor and very light. Slightly watery with some sunken chunks - not sure if they were garlic or cashew pieces. Would like to try the cauliflower bahn mi next!

Amazing staff and food. I got the Chicago sandwich and wasabi potato salad and was dazzled by how fresh and fun this deli was.

What a cute place with lots of local goods including cheese, snacks, vinegars, bottled milk (old school... I loved getting my milk like this when I was younger), and ice cream! I wanted to buy some cheese, but it was so hot yesterday, I didn't want it to spoil before I got home. I went with some white peach balsamic vinegar and indulged in a scoop of Aggie Mint Ice Cream . It could have been a tad more minty, but still so yummy! I even got a cute cow sticker to put in my junk journal! I'll be getting cheese on my next trip to Midway, and will be prepared with a little cooler to secure the goods! Thanks for having all the cheese and jam samples to try, so I know what to get next time!

We stopped here on the way to the crater because everything we read said it was a must stop…read more Honestly, I don't really get the hype. The store is pretty small. They had a good selection of handmade cheeses, and the ice cream looked really good, but it wasn't homemade like we expected. Looking back, I think this place is probably more about the tour. We didn't do it, and I have a feeling that's where the experience really is. So if you're planning to stop, I'd recommend doing the tour. Otherwise, it's a quick stop, and I probably wouldn't go out of my way just for the store.
