So so so so good!!! Best sushi I ever had. It's Brazilian style so expect lots of cream cheese and salmon, but also other options as well. Definitely will come back when I come back to Orlando! Service it was also 1000/10!

Came here recently and honestly had a really solid experience overall. From the moment we sat down, everything felt easy and relaxed--good vibe, clean space, and staff that actually pays attention without hovering. It's the kind of spot you can come to casually but still feel like you're getting quality food. We ordered a mix of things to try a little bit of everything: a poke bowl, a bento box, some sashimi, and a sushi roll. Great move. Everything came out looking fresh and well put together, especially the sushi and sashimi--super clean cuts and nicely plated (those orchid touches were a nice detail too). Flavor-wise, nothing disappointed. The poke bowl was fresh and filling without being heavy, and the bento box was a great value with a good balance of items. The sashimi tasted clean and high quality, and the sushi roll hit exactly how you want it to--nothing overdone, just solid execution. What really stood out to me was the value. Prices felt very reasonable for the portion sizes and quality, which isn't always easy to find with sushi spots. On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive the entire time--water refills, check-ins, and food timing were all on point. Overall, this is an easy recommendation. Good prices, good service, and consistently good food make this a spot I'd come back to without thinking twice. Whether you're stopping in for a full meal or just craving sushi, this place definitely delivers.

This is my 4th time coming, and it always amazes me -- the quality and diversity of flavors. Renato and Beatriz were exceptional, very attentive, and made sure that we were having a great experience. Can't wait to come back next time for another fun and amazing rodizio!

American Japa Sushi Millenia was a whole vibe. The presentation alone deserves its own standing ovation. Our sushi literally came out on a wooden bridge with a bowl of tuna sashimi surrounded by dry ice smoke like it was about to headline Coachella. The Bridge Platter The salmon nigiri melted like butter. Rolls were neatly done, fresh, and satisfying. That dry ice show on the tuna was pure drama in the best way. Appetizer Round The spring rolls came out crisp and clean. Croquettes were little golden bombs of creamy goodness. Shrimp tempura was thick, crunchy, and paired with sauce that made me forget anyone else at the table even existed. Handrolls The salmon handrolls were packed, not skimpy. Fresh salmon, perfect rice balance, and the seaweed had that satisfying snap. Sashimi Platter The salmon sashimi was plated like art. Fanned out beautifully with an orchid in the middle. Every slice was fresh and rich without being heavy. Crispy Wonton Bites These were a surprise hit. Crunchy base topped with salmon, drizzled sauce, sesame, scallions. Crunch plus flavor explosion in two bites flat. Verdict Fresh fish, sharp presentation, and attention to detail. American Japa Sushi Millenia nails it both on taste and visuals. Definitely worth a visit if you want sushi that looks as good as it eats.

We asked them to "surprise us" and we got the delicious and lovely plate of sushi. Amazing presentation too!

I really enjoyed the AYCE option for dinner. We met with friends and I loved how they paced it. We were able to spend lots of time talking and enjoying our evening. The food was really good! The presentations were fun and beautiful! The service was excellent. They did their AYCE a little differently than we are used to, with just one piece of sushi when you order instead of a roll, so we just told them how many pieces we wanted. The pepper jelly was my favorite. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Did the all you can eat experience (AYCE).

While visiting Florida, I came here with my boyfriend and his mom. Viviane was our server, and she was amazing very friendly and super helpful when explaining the menu. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The food was delicious; I had never tried sushi prepared in such a unique way, yet it had incredible flavor. The desserts were my favorite it was hard to stop eating! I would absolutely come back every time I visit Florida.

Ordered the Super combo, perfect for two very hungry people. Surprisingly good quality of fish. We enjoyed dinner, manager came to check on us to make sure our meal was right.

A small nice hidden gem. We decided this place as a dinner for my sisters birthday. When arriving, we weren't sure if it was open due to the blackout windows and the sign was not lit up. We saw someone walked out right when we were about to leave. Even though most of the staff didnt really speak english, they were really nice. The food was amazing! My mom and i did the all you can eat for about $35. It was worth it. Chefs choice and once they are done then you can continue to order from what you had! The drinks were ok. They did a special dessert for my sisters bday. Definitely recommend their food!

Food was great but our server Lorena was AMAZING. She walked us through the menu and we felt so welcome. She was quick and professional. She provided food with exceptional presentation and listed out what we were eating before starting. We choose the all you can eat option at an amazing price. You also have an option to go a la cart if you wanted more of a variety but we felt the all you can eat was plenty. The restaurant was clean and I observed the line consistently cleaning and getting other tables food out quickly. Also bonus points for an extremely clean bathroom. We can't wait to come back! Stop in and ask for her!

We got their mocktail of the day, Nikutama Udon, and Spicy Miso Tantan Udon. The Nikutama broth was rather bland and the sliced beef was too chewy for my liking. I added the toppings on the side but still found it underwhelming overall. The Spicy Miso had much better flavor. They best thing was their mocktail, it was refreshing for a hot day! Service was mediocre, it was Saturday lunchtime so it took a little to get acknowledged/order and there was some waiting for the boxes/check too. Ambiance is superb/clean and the decor is modern. it's not the biggest restaurant but utilized the space with bench seating against the wall. I feel there are better options in the Mills50 area, but it's worth trying if you haven't since its a Michelin bib restaurant.

We started with the crispy chicken dumplings--crispy on the outside with a juicy, tender chicken filling. Perfect way to kick things off. We continued with three items: Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), Orange Chicken, and Sautéed Cubed Beef "Shaking Beef" (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc). The Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho) was heaven on a dish. The beef stew was easily the standout--rich, flavorful, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The vermicelli noodles were just as impressive. Just reminiscing about it makes my mouth water. The "Shaking Beef" was served over white rice (highly recommend), and every bite was better than the last. The garlic butter sauce really takes it over the top. Don't be fooled by the Orange Chicken--Boneless chicken, fried perfectly and coated in their authentic sweet orange sauce. The best Orange Chicken in town, hands down. No chance of leftovers here--you won't want to put your fork down.

One negative is the "one waiter" who seems like he's been there too long. If he knows you......if not.... Enjoy...
