Instead of asking me a simple question like "who is your regular stylist?", I got a laundry list of questioning; what is your length (normal question), what is your style, what is your texture - curly, wavy, or straight, then started repeating at the beginning...what is your length? When I said I already told you, that's when she starting lecturing me how much of a difference ALL of that detail would make for my making an appointment. This low IQ person decided my business wasn't nescessary and the owner didn't care anyway. Is this salon so desperate to book every single second of their time? All I wanted was a trim for shoulder length hair. Message to owner: Take some time to train whomever is answering your phones on providing good customer service. It should not be this difficult to book a hair cut. And especially to be treated so rudely by your staff!

Second they focus 100% on health and hygiene. They use gloves, masks if necessary, tub covers, clean utensils with every guest. They take their time, they are patient, listen to your concerns, you are never rushed. The massage chairs are not old and broken but instead comfort you. Your end result is getting the service you wanted just as you wanted and for an affordable fee. Our toes have never been happier!
