They diagnosed the issue (had to use nitrogen to search for leaks since completely out of refrigerant due to a leaking valve stem). They replaced the stem and recharged my refrigerant. Looked on Yelp and decided to call AirEsthetic. We spoke with Spencer and he came over to our home right away and was so knowledgeable and really listened and understood our concerns. Some of the split ACs were so bad since purchasing our house I didn't even want to turn them on as the smell was horrible. One had so much Gecko poop yuck lol.
