Rudest assholes starting from the owner to the little idiot workers. We live in the neighborhood, and probably 10 years ago. The Owner women was so rude for no reason. She has this holier than tho attitude, and acts like the customers are a bother. After experiencing this twice, plus watching this unfold between this women and other customers, we decided not to go back. We're a family of five. So add all those pizzas, beers, drinks, and side up for 10 years and that's what they lost. Not to mention our kids play travel ball multiple sports year round, who's teams look for places to hold team events which we always made sure never to suggest H.F.P. One rude bitch who has the highest state in the company pushed many thousands away. After a couple years we tried it again, long story short, the only change was now her employees exhibited the same damn rude ass attitude with us, and with other customers. It would be so great to be able to see just how many hundreds of thousands of dollars this place has lost due to their F***ed up attitudes. Fast forward to tonight. We decided to try again after not being able to get into either of two other pizza places we go to with awesome courteous employees and owner who realize that their lifeline is their customers, we decided to once again try H.F.P. out. My wife called ahead, they answered and asked who they put us on hold and before we could answer they did. (Strike 1). We were on hold so long we had to hang up and call again which we were put on hold again. When they finally did answer, the little skinning manchild asshole with glasses on the phone was rude and asked "AM I ON SPEAK, I CAN BARELY HEAR YOU!" "WAIT WHAT WAS THAT, I'M CONFUSED LET ME REPEAT YOUR ORDER!" All we ordered was a pepperoni, sausage, and garlic Pizza, and a chicken supreme w/ white sauce, and 2 baskets of fries. SIMPLE! After getting off the phone my wife is now pissed because he was an asshole on the phone, so now she's in a bad mood. Great!!! We get there, and while paying my son ask for the wifi password. The same little idiot manchild says with an attitude "we don't have wifi." Because we'd had sodas out during the day we decided to drink water instead of more soda. My wife asked "do i get water here now, or over at the bar?" He say "You get it over there, you don'tpay for water." With a rude ass condescending attitude. (Strike 2). We they get to the table, they both are upset and proceed to tell me what happened. Not half my family is in a bad mood because of these people. I tell my son go back and ask for the pass word again that can't be right. He did and the next lady say "oh it'snot for the public." With an i don't give a damn attitude. Now I'm starting to get pissed because what should be an enjoyable family night out is not gone horribly wrong and ruined. What freaking restaurant sports bars doesn't have wifi!? And since when are we "the public!!?" I thought we were paying appreciated customers. (Strike 3). After them bringing out our fries first and like 15mins before the pizza when we wanted it with the pizza, and bringing 1 pizza out 6mins earlier than the 1st so half my family ate while the others sat. Last, my wife went up to ask for a spoon to fish something foriegn out of my daughter's glass. The fat glass guy looked and said "we don't have any spoons." WOW!!! This Establishment, starting with the women owner, and most of the employees are GARBAGE!!! I HAVE NO PLANS TO EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! This is not an isolated incident, and has been the status quo for YEARS!!! Don't waste your hard earned money on these people or a family night out at this place. Do your family a favor and pick one of the thousand other places to go for pizza and other foods. THEY ALL HAVE A ATTITUDE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE A PROBLEM AND A NECCESSARY EVIL TO DO BUSINESS! I recently revisited High Five Pizza after my previous review got removed, hoping for a better experience, especially since we've chosen it for family gatherings. Unfortunately, my second visit was just as disappointing as the first. A few months ago, my wife and I were in line to place our order while our kids held a table for us. The place was getting quite crowded, so we wanted to secure a spot for our family. To our surprise, Mike, the owner, approached our kids and asked them to vacate the table because we hadn't received our food yet. He insisted that we needed to have food before sitting down. This situation left me baffled and disappointed. It's essential for businesses to maintain professionalism, especially when dealing with families. Asking us to give up our table for another couple, without any consideration or understanding, was unprofessional and left a sour taste in our mouths. Regrettably, my experiences at High Five Pizza have been less than stellar. I'd rate this place a F+ based on professionalism and customer service alone. I feel like it was only a year ago that my friends and I used to cry about the death of quality pizza in the San Jose area, but nowadays, it seems like we are going out for pizza two to three times a week, and it's all at High Five Pizza. With that said, High Five Pizza , last night, is at the top of the pile thus far. Small space, but kitschy décor that seems kewl And with all of the amenities taken care of, the pizza was incredible. For our first time, we got the Peperoni Pizza. The slices were perfect, the cheese blended very well with the garlic and sliced tomato. I'm a huge fan of cheese, and found the combination of garlic & cheese to be even better than I was expecting. Be careful with parking. it can be challenging at peak times. I have been going to High Five Pizza three or four times a month. I have had nearly everything on the menu, some items several times. The thing that is consistent is how fresh the food tastes. The pizza is a pleasure to eat but I have never been disappointed when I have gone to the sandwiches as well. The bar has a good selection of beer and the wine offerings are well selected. I have found the staff to be very friendly and efficient, especially the employees working the bar and the main manager who often gets his hands dirty helping out cleaning tables and making sure your visit is a happy one. It is a very nice place for kids too and you will find the cost of your meal to be very reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

This place is out of control...everyday. Which is unfortunate because the food is delicious. The night staff is out of line, constantly screaming, cussing and yelling. They yell at customers, doordashers and eachother. The manager or owner argues with customers and everyone seems overwhelmed, drunk and unhappy. Service is TERRIBLE...here is a hint, stop orders when youre backed up. This place is chaotic and unstable...its more like a disfunctional family than a proper restaraunt staff. Last night(Friday) was the last time we will ever go there. The cashier yelled at my daughter meanwhile she's screaming for manager assistance but the manager was screaming at a customer. If you are looking for the best pizza in the bay area then High Five is the place to go. My first impression of High Five pizza was very positive because the place was very welcoming. The pizza is excellent and very tasteful. It is the most delicious pizza I have ever tasted. The service was acceptable and very fast. The people that worked there were very nice and polite. There is also a lot of big screen tv's so you won't miss your favorite sports. When you go there make sure you try the pepperoni pizza. It has very good tomato sauce and you can add meat or fresh veggies if you want. If you want good food and service I really recommend you visit High Five pizza soon. read more

High Five Pizza has been one of my favorite spots for as long as I can remember. Their pizza is seriously some of the best around -- even the cauliflower crust pizza is delicious! Honestly, everything on their menu is good, from the salads to the sandwiches and all the way to their amazing BBQ. The BBQ is only on Wednesdays, and I always try to make it in because the steaks, chicken, and ribs are absolutely finger-licking good. Definitely get there early if you want a good seat and to make sure they haven't sold out of the specials! High Five Pizza is a great pizza place that I would highly recommend. Their pizza is always fresh, hot and delicious. They have a variety of toppings to choose from, and their crust is perfectly cooked. I particularly love their veggie pizza - it's loaded with fresh veggies and the cheese is always perfectly melted. Their garlic knots are also a must-try - they're soft, warm, and garlicky. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It's not just great pizza that makes High Five the place go when you..... -want to watch the game (too many flat screens to count) -are thirsty for a beer (ya, there's a bar also!) -meet up with friends (perfect location in case you don't want guests to overstay their welcome at your place) -want your kids to let you finish your meal (arcade games like air hockey, skeet ball, basketball, etc.) -watch live soccer, roller hockey, lacrosse (how can there possibly be so many fields inside this building!!) This is the absolute worst abhorrent, abominable, awful, distasteful, dreadful, foul, gross, hideous, horrendous, horrible , nasty, and nauseating place I've ever been to. The attitude of the managers at this place were so heinous and disrespectful. The managers made me feel horribly discriminated against. The way they spoke to my boyfriend was completely appalling. First of all I would give 5 stars to their food, esp. their pizza (the best in the west))...but...there is one gal working there who is very unfriendly, rude, never smiles, hardly speaks to customers, etc. When you want her attention, you get the bum's rush or I'm too busy (too please you ;) attitude. Good pizza! I just didn't like that they didn't let us buy a pitcher bc a football was on but yet another was serving other customers pitchers. Our beers cost more bc of it. I asked the manager about it and she just said the other server shouldn't be serving pitchers. They should have offered us some money back or let us get or a pitcher or something. While I understand its appeal and decided to give it a try, I've had better pizza elsewhere.
