During the demolition we discovered that there was extensive water damage and that the source of the leak as the walls around the deck. Oscar's team repaired all the damage, installed a new roof, replaced the waterproofing on the walls, and redid the siding, followed by installation of a redwood deck. Arcenio arrived swiftly, put a ladder directly on the front of my house, inspected the roof, and proposed that the old dutch gutters could easily be replaced. They cut the rafter tails, added gutters, and completed the project in 3 days. Plywood was also added on top of the decking, which should add some structural stability. Overall I had a great experience with Leon Brothers and am looking forward to seeing how the new roof handles what could be a very wet El Niño winter.

This company installed a new roof on my condo building a few years before I bought my unit. Not…read morelong after I moved in, we developed a leak, and they came right back out to investigate. They were incredibly thorough. They ran multiple flood tests and found nothing wrong with the roof itself. Follow-up spray tests traced the leak to where the roof meets the siding. The siding had been replaced by a different contractor after the roof went in, and that connection wasn't done the way the roofers had recommended, yet they still ended up replacing almost the entire roof under warranty. I honestly can't think of many roofers who would do that. Most would have pointed to the siding and moved on. They worked closely with a siding contractor I brought in to fix it, and the two of them problem-solved together really well until the issue was fully resolved. These guys do great work, show up on time, and keep showing up until the job is done. I couldn't recommend them more, and I'll be using them for all future roofing work in the city.
