Run and don't look back, is all I can say.We called them on February 8th to report the heating system they had just fixed a few months back for over 500 dollars, was not working again. Since it was in the middle of the cold snap, Tom asked us if we could be patient, we said sure.Tom calls us on Feb 9th to say Tim will be calling us and will come probably the following day.Well we never heard from Tim.I texted him on the 10,and 12 of feb.we then called and got their answering service.We then spoke to Tom on the 13th,16th,he said he would be there on the 17th.We were then told by Tom that Anthony would be coming over at the end of the day. No show again .Finale call was Tom on the 18th of February telling me he would be over at 11:30 NO SHOW again.We just wasted 9 days waiting for this very inconsiderate, unprofessional person.Tom does not stand by his work. a quick money grab is all. read more

It is my day off, just after I wake up my wife let's me know the heat is not working. I get my phone and called Highland Plumbing, It's 7:50 am the operater ask for my info and tells me, I'll get a call shortly with an eta. 90 seconds later, the owner calls ,his tech will be assigned just after 8am. 8:15 I have a knock on my front door It's AL from Highland Plumbing. My heating unit is 32 years old, he gets to work, replaces a cooper wire which he had is his truck, and 8:50 am done. Heats on all clean. The fee was very fair. My heat was broken. It was Saturday morning at 7:00 am and the house was freezing. i called highland plumbing and they came shortly after. Rip off. Charged for Moen shower valve cartridge and diverter. Upon further review it was only the diverter that was changed. I got a real plumber to drill out the old cartridge that was left behind(because it was too difficult or risky? You weren't willing to discuss with homeowner?) Ask to see the old parts. read more

Thankgiving Miracle! This past Thanksgiving eve, our boiler went out. We called Highland first thing in the morning as it was very cold out and we were having guests later in the day. Highland arrived within the hour and replaced the thermocouple and advised that my boiler was leaking and to call the manufacturer. This is why we use Highland!! read more
