Despite visiting during the off-season, when the restaurant was not particularly busy, it took approximately 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. One member of our party waited nearly 50 minutes for what was simply a sandwich. As a result, several people received their meals at different times, forcing some guests to eat alone while waiting for the rest of the table to be served. They were clearly short-staffed. The food itself was inconsistent. Some members of our party enjoyed their meals, so the kitchen is clearly capable of producing dishes that satisfy customers. However, my Chicken Alfredo was extremely disappointing. The sauce was so bland that if I had not known it was supposed to be Alfredo, I would never have guessed it contained any cheese at all. More concerning, the chicken was significantly undercooked--nearly raw in places--which is unacceptable from both a quality and food safety standpoint. While others in our group had a more positive experience with their meals, the combination of excessively slow service, poorly timed food delivery, and undercooked chicken made this a restaurant I would be hesitant to visit again. There is potential here, but significant improvements are needed in both kitchen execution and service consistency.
