It's a converted barn, and from the outside you might actually think that it's still being used. There is parking behind the barn, and some seating outside. (posted signs about Bees, and some places are off limits, but I didn't see any beehives?) The lower level of the barn had been converted/remodeled into a small restaurant space. There are several wooden tables. What is so very suprising was the large selection of home made bakery and pastry items. They all looked fresh and LARGE. I love a good scone, which they had, but they also had a selection of different coffee cakes, and cinnamon rolls. It was a tough choice but I ended up getting the Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake. They also made me a Chai Latte, in a mug. A was a great combination. The coffee cake was a little dry/crumbly (which I like), so it paired well with the hot chai. The place was busy. And from the sound of it, there were lots of regulars. That's always a good sign. Some people ordered breakfast and egg dishes. They all looked goo. It's a nice place, with nice folks, and excellent baked good. I would have preferred a bit more inside seating, but they are working with limited space. The outside could benefit from some better landscaping, and seating areas.

Delicious homemade meals and bakery with both savory and sweet choices. Kind of hidden within a…read moreconverted barn.

I mean, I fell in love instantly! Soft jazz music only enhanced everything. Our server was a very pleasant young woman, who answered our questions, and brought our food and coffee drinks quickly. I also had the chance to chat with one of the owners, a delightful woman, who was happy to tell me about a few of the artworks I found especially interesting. Two of my friends had the Art of the Egg sandwich, the other had the Art of the Veggie sandwich, and all three said their selections were delicious. I selected the Turkish borek as my entree, and it was SO good with its flaky phyllo crust and spinach and feta filling, and it was accompanied by the cafe's signature side salad with apples and berries and dressed lightly with a vinaigrette. And I firmly believe the hot latte with a shot of almond flavoring was the best I have ever had - so creamy, with a perfect head of foamed milk on top. Absolutely incredible meal - I'm going back next week to introduce another friend to this unique cafe.

The place is still as cute as ever, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, their lattes come across more like warmed milk with foam on top. The temperature and flavor were good, but the texture below the foam was flat. Maybe I need to request extra frothy next time. I also had a chance to try one of their specialty pastries, the Fig Kurabiye. That was amazingly good. They warmed it up a bit, and it was moist and delicious. Like the best Fig Newton you'll ever have. Next time, I would definitely ask for an upgrade if ordering a latte.

Golden Mango Bliss Smoothie: 5/5, it was just a perfect blend of mango and sweet without it feeling overwhelming. Ancient Brown Sugar Milk Tea: 5/5, just as amazing as the smoothie, in its own way! Again might've been the fresh tapioca pearls :) Inside is so clean and roomy, great for getting some work done. Parking available.

The place is small, and nicely furnished, with some natural light coming through the front and rear entrances. The server was friendly and did a great job to answer my questions. (thanks Emily). This is not your typical coffee shop or cafe. There are some very interesting drinks and food items, that you will not find anywhere else. I typically get a hot Tea Latte (London Fog or Chai Latte), but they don't offer those. I was initially disappointed but I quickly got over it. I ended up getting the Creme Brulee Croissant, and a Ancient Brown Sugar Tea. Let's first talk about the Croissant, truly amazing. Like a Creme Brulee (which I love) it has a layer of caramelized sugar on top. The taste and texture was amazing. The Brown Sugar Tea, was very good, but very sweet. I skipped the boba part (tapioca pearls), but might try it next time. The place was quiet and cozy. Some other customers came in and were either working or having quiet conversations. Great environment to bring a book and read. I'll be back, and this time with a friend.
