All they did was mount the TPMS sensor and the tires and put them straight onto the truck. Provided are the pictures that I took of the leak and the wheels showing no wheel weights at all. November, 2011 I purchased a BMW 645ci from Europa Motorcars, more specifically Abbas. Before I traveled from Marin to Burlingame I wanted to get more facts about the car, a sense of what the potential transaction would look like and the tone of who I would be dealing with. This also took into account that I was going to to do a trade-in with my Volvo XC 90 which I inherited from my wife. This is where my experience began and it was easy and enjoyable with no hassles, no BS, etc. Bottom line, when buying a car, especially a fun car like the 645 the experience should be great, no exceptions. After doing a fair amount of research, I finally found the car I wanted. I called days in advance to ask a few clarifying questions and talked numbers, including my trade-in amount. Even before I went to the dealership, the owner Abbas and I had a gentleman's agreement on the price of the BMW as well as my trade in amount. This also was pleasurable and fair. I traveled down on a Sunday. Abbas had another client onsite but after a short conversation essentially handed me the keys to the car for a test drive. EASY. I like doing business like this. When I came back the other client was gone, we sat down and did the paperwork and I was off in my new car in probably 60 minutes or less. This is how it should be. Sorry for the War and Peace style review, but this is also important. 3 weeks after owning the car, there was an issue with the battery / alternator. In short, Abbas made all the arrangements to have the repairs completed for me locally at his expense. I did no work to solve the problem. He knows his clientele. This post- modern-make-me-puke "I really tried, but you know-not my fault" B.S. always makes me angry and I have gone through it quite literally dozens of times. Add the avoidance of this stupid dance to the avoidance of the new car immediate markdown (as these are all off-lease vehicles) and the fact that nearly every vehicle has less than 30,000 miles and an immaculate record and you are getting a great deal on a great car with little to none of the usual car buying nonsense. They search for and buy rare and beautiful European cars. Not a huge selection, but every single car was pristine and recently off-lease. I am looking at a 2006 Audi A6 Avant Quattro. There is only 1 within a 100 mile radius and it is right here. I also noticed a few very nice Audi S4 and an M5 (for those that do not need to be able to put 3 car seats across the back seat). And for those who are conscious and also want performance, there was an ultra rare Lexus GS 450H. They were all in beautiful condition, much nicer than the off-lease vehicles I have seen at the dealers. Fantastic experience. Tell Abbas that you saw him on Yelp - he doesn't believe there is a benefit. I told him he was a Luddite, but that was OK by me. I think I found my car place for as long as both they and I are in the bay area.
