    I have bought or leased multiple cars here in the past 25+ years. I'm super happy with my most recent purchase (11/2025) and the team there has been amazing! Huge shout out to sales maintenance guy Isaac! And my sales guy Cam also! If you buy or lease a car here, be rest assured you are valued and Isaac and his team will take care of you!     I had the pleasure of doing business with Peter Pan BMW recently. I went there in September 2025 looking for a manual transmission M3. Met with Internet Sales Manager Javed Ahmadzai. The car Peter Pan had on the floor was a really nice Dravit Gray MT M3. But it was a 2025 model, and I was not up for it, especially this late in the year. My first impression with Javed was he did not push me to get that car off his floor. Instead, he immediately aligned with me to place an order for a 2026 model. He was working diligently to convert the Competition X-Drive allocation he had to the Base MT that I wanted, and helped through placing the order. And during the few months of waiting time, when I changed my mind more than a few times to make changes to my specs, he patiently obliged to all my requests for changes and kept updating the specs as I pleased. Fast-forward 4 months to mid December 2025, the car arrived at the entry port at Oxnard, but the timing at the VPC and trucking company to the Bay Area was very narrowly colliding with my holiday trip that I had planned with my family. Javed worked with his GM, Gary Hutchinson, to track down the truck that carried my car, gave me continuous updates on its whereabouts, with an accurate estimate of when it will arrive. We had just one day between the arrival of the car at the dealership and my date of departure for my holiday trip. He went out of his way to: (1) First capture a 10 second video of my car arriving at the dealership on a truck to show my kids - who were tracking the car all the way from Germany, across the ocean to America, and were eagerly waiting for it, (2) Finish all the paperwork needed ahead of time to save time on delivery, and (3) Arranged for finishing the PDI over the weekend when usually it is not done during weekends, to deliver the car to me the very next day - which was one day before my trip! My kids were so happy to see the car with a nice bow on top - 4 days before Christmas! Javed is an amazing communicator, who knows exactly what to communicate to the customer and when. He predicts and anticipates ahead of time what the customer would be looking for, at any given time of the vehicle purchase process, and makes sure the customer is kept informed accurately, in a timely manner. If you are looking to buy a BMW, do yourself a favor: Please head to Peter Pan, and ask for Javed. You will be happy you did! Rest assured, you will be treated with atmost care, professionalism and most importantly, with great respect! I would definitely do business with Peter Pan again, and will be calling straight into Javed, and I am looking forward to that time! Thanks Javed & Peter Pan!

    I ended up buying a BMW from here! Ok. It's been close to two decades since I last purchased a car, and this was my first BMW purchase. I was on already on edge since this purchase would be one of my more frivolous purchases and my last car buying experience of a different brand wasn't very honest (the dealership doesn't exist anymore). I gotta say, they run a very well oiled machine here. I called the night before because I found a car that had the majority of configurations on it. I came in the next morning right during opening and was greeted by Kam. To my surprise, everything I had discussed over the phone with the other sales person the night before was recorded and already set up in the system. I found Kam to be friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and no nonsense. I told him I was trying to get out on time to make some meetings and we really zoomed through the whole process. The price was the price, and there were no weird additional add ons. He showed me all the math and the pricing on his monitor. I'm sure he noticed my astonishment over the simplicity of buying a luxury car. After the pricing and set up was initiated I was moved over to the finance manager, Thomas. Same deal here. The price is the price and there are no weird funky add ons unless you choose so. Thomas was really knowledgeable since he himself has been in the industry for awhile, and honestly answered my maintenance concerns. The virtual desktop thing he uses to show you all of the documentation is super cool. We had a bit more time once I had my car delivered and I was really fortunate to have Nader give me the white glove treatment. He showed me how all the high tech features worked and has been quite responsive in my post purchase concerns. I do hope I'm able to keep this bimmer around for as long as I kept my last car, but I hope I can get a chance to buy another car here again!

He is the best Bay Area BMW mechanic!! He doesn't even have a cash register or printout of services. I understand this may be a dealbreaker. He just texts me how much everything will cost and I pay him via PayPal. But putting that aside, Edward knows BMWs as well as the dealership. He's definitely less expensive than the dealership since that's the whole point of avoiding dealerships. However, of all the independent mechanics, he's not the cheapest either. I think that's okay since cheaper mechanics create more problems. Edward gets the job done right the first time so I never have to go back for the same issues. How I first met him: I was looking for a collectors '97 M3. I came across his ad for a 2001 Z3 (same engine as 3 series 2.5i). The Carfax indicated this car was great up until 2014 when the cooling system died. He swapped the whole system like a pro and was selling it with a warranty. During the warranty I ripped the car to make sure to cooling system survived, and it did. Still works great today. Since then I've had my soft top cut by someone trying to break in. Dealership quoted me $2000 something; Edward bought genuine bmw twill top and charged me $1075. Changed my AC compressor, including freon vacuum and fill for $395. Just a week ago, my water pump failed while I was on the highway. This caused catastrophic failure of other engine components since the belt slipped of and went crazy. I checked forums and apparently the water pump bearing failure is common for the E39. The belt destroyed the tensioner, thermostat, fan, fan shroud, and radiator. Dealership quoted me $4500 since they no longer manufacture mechanical tensioners. They would have to swap all belt components to hydraulic, regardless if it were damaged. They simply can't buy after market parts for legal reasons. Dealership still charged me $198 just to give me that diagnostic (it's their typical 1 hour charge). Edward found OEM parts and charged me $1125 (belt, mechanical belt tensioner, water pump, thermostat, fan, fan shroud, radiator, generator pully, and coolant flush/refill). While the car was at his shop I decided to get other work done as well. Front rotors and brake pads for $280. Front control arm bushings for $275. With any 16 year old car, you must expect things to break. But everything Edward has fixed has never broken again. Not a lot of BMW owners who go to independent mechanics can say the same about their cars.

    My brother is looking for a car and I found a car Edward had listed not too long ago and yesterday…read moreI asked if it was available to take a look at and he said it was, so today my brother went to take a look only to find out it had been sold yesterday, (when Edward told me it was still available), and he proceeded to tell my brother he gets new cars everyday but didn't offer to look at some of the other cars he had. I'm not surprised with this experience considering the other reviews, just disappointed. he didn't even reach out to give me an update on the car before it had sold. I thought he wasn't about wasting peoples time.
