Oddly enough I had to pay the store a visit for another failed trailer tire. This time it was on our RV. The valve stem failed and left our RV stranded. I took the loose/flat tire to the store and was promptly greeted by Dylan. He listened to my predicament and sprung right into action. He personally took my tire right into the bay and swapped out the valve stem. Took no more than 20 minutes from when I came in to address the problem. I can vouch that not all super hero's wear capes nor seek validation. Dylan was humble and helpful. I got to speak with Sal during drop off. He took a look at the wheel and said that while the damaged looked rough, they would be able to make it look "pretty" good. He was straight forward on what they could and couldn't do in terms of reshaping the lip and matching the paint. This was an understatement, when I came to pick up the wheels, I could not even tell where the original damage was. These guys worked magic. I did end up finding some spots that had some minor paint pooling when drying but they were quick to schedule a follow up for touchups. I got to speak with Francisco for a bit as well and he was also great to work with. If you have expensive forged wheels that need repair and want a shop that offers fantastic repair service, great communication, and very reasonable pricing this place is it.

Edgar called me the next day telling me he wasn't pleased with the result and whether it was ok to leave it for another day. Told him no problem. Next day, he said the OEM paint doesn't seem to match, which entailed him going back to the paint manufacturer to work out a more suitable color, so he asked if it was ok to leave an additional day, to which I said ok. Third time was a charm and result was perfect. So what made this a uniquely positive experience was the fact that Edgar seems to want to take pride in a providing his clients a perfect product; and is willing to do what it takes to make it right.
