Just updating my review. Still waiting for my car after 2 months with this shop. I have been told I would get it the last 3 weeks running. each week they have a new reason and have caught them several times with "un-truths". Have found out they farm out a lot of work. They are basically a sub-contractor. They have now sent my car to the actual car dealership because they can't figure it out. Estimated time to return car was 12/8/25. It is now 1/7/2026. I am paying for a rent a car so this has cost me considerable out of pocket. read more

What a mess!!! I understand supply chain and labor issues are a real thing post COVID but this place is an organizational disaster. I scheduled my car to be repaired with an appraiser. The date I was supposed to bring it in, they hadn't even put me on the books. I was offered some lame excuse and rescheduled about a month later. I called a week ago and they still had trouble finding me in their records but ultimately confirmed me Bringing my car in for next Monday. I called again today to confirm we are still on and was told that they can't fit me in and I should look for another shop! They already have been paid by my insurance and it's been about 3 months and my car hasn't been fixed. This place is a disaster and I have zero confidence that they can organize themselves or provide quality work. read more

Absolutely the best and kindest people I've ever met. I was having a very hard time finding a place that would work on my car and once I got on call with the owner, Tod, he told me to just bring it in the next day. It was truly such a relief that he actually took in my car. Once I brought it in they told me about what could possibly be happening to my car and gave me an estimate. I was shocked by how cheap the estimate was after hearing from other body places that it would probably be too costly and take too much time. I dropped it off for the day and came back ready to pay the estimate and they told me it was not a big deal and that it was free. I could not believe it. If it were possible to give six stars, I would give all six to Napa Collision Center. Four words: honest, friendly, affordable, and fast. My experience: I was in a fender bender with my Mercedes. The back bumper had popped out and had some scuff marks and some scratches. It looked pretty bad, but repairable. I was afraid that I would have to replace the entire bumper though. We called and were answered within two rings. The man on the other end of the line was very friendly and said to stop by whenever convenient. Which I did. I pulled in to Napa collision center about 30 minutes later and was in a hurry. I walked into the office and Johnny was sitting there waiting on another customer. As soon as he was done (within two minutes) I introduced myself to him, explained what had happened, and he came right out to my car to take a look at it. He totally understood that I was in a hurry and didn't bat an eye. He took one look at my bumper and knew what to do. Right there on the spot he basically fixed my bumper. He first popped it back into place. He then went back in the office to get a buffer tool that eliminated 90% of the paint marks. It was a miracle. He basically fixed my bumper there on the spot within five minutes. I asked them how much it would be, and he smiled and said no charge. If I had replaced the bumper it would've taken a few days to order and then cost probably anywhere from $500-$800. Hallelujah! Thank you Johnny and Napa Collision Center. I hopefully won't need to go back there ever again but if I ever do need collision repair this is the first place I'm calling. read more

He gave me a financially reasonable quote rather than encouraging me to repaint the entire roof. He was honest and fair which made me feel comfortable. He cleaned up the rust and patched the paint. Really, really bad customer service. The guy was nice enough to pop a small dent out for free, but when I tried to make an appointment to have my front end looked at (as I was in a fender bender and believe there is some internal damage) they treated me like I was crazy! I would have paid you for popping out the dent and clearly for any diagnosis. I spoke with someone on the phone the day prior and they made it sound like scheduling this would be no issue. I simply do not understand a business turning away money like this. They Were completely uninterested in helping me. I will go elsewhere clearly. read more

They could have taken advantage of a desperate situation, but John and his awesome technician made it sound that it is no big deal. I was skeptical about this shop at first but it was the only shop in town AAA was able to provide for me. Went in for a simple bumper refinish. I got my car back with a bunch of scratches all over the trunk and passenger side body. There was also a few paint chips along the passenger door handle. The interior was cleaned but I have no idea what they use to clean because the leather seats were slick and greasy. As a car enthusiast I pay more attention to my cars than the average person. Shop owner mentioned they did not place a toolbox on my trunk (ummmm why did he say that) so therefore according to him the scratches were cause by me. Once confronted about the damage. He was unable to prove me wrong with the pre-fixing images taken by the estimator. Please save your time and take your business elsewhere. read more

They called the rental car over for me and kept in contact with the insurance as well. I went there on a Monday. They took pictures of the hail damage, sent it to a secondary dentless repair person who came one week later to actually look at my vehicle and then another week goes by with no word from them. I called and was told they were working on the estimate and would be back to me "tomorrow". Well tomorrow never came as I never did hear back from them. If they would have said in the beginning they did not know how to fix my vehicle, I would have felt their honesty was good but the three weeks of stringing me along really does not make this a very reputable place of business. read more
