Oddly enough I had to pay the store a visit for another failed trailer tire. This time it was on our RV. The valve stem failed and left our RV stranded. I took the loose/flat tire to the store and was promptly greeted by Dylan. He listened to my predicament and sprung right into action. He personally took my tire right into the bay and swapped out the valve stem. Took no more than 20 minutes from when I came in to address the problem. I can vouch that not all super hero's wear capes nor seek validation. Dylan was humble and helpful. This is the America's Tire experience that made me a fan when I first became a customer 30 years ago. Kudos to Dylan for his help!

This is the second time ( different vehicle) they wouldn't rotate tires for me with the "free coupon" but instead tried to upsell me. Bait and switch won't work on me! I know what a "wear bar" is and these tires have more life. Go to an ethical shop that gives honest evaluations.
