He took the time to find the problem and discovered significant corrosion in the positive battery cable connection. He took everything apart, thoroughly cleaned the connection, put it all back together, and got my Trailblazer running like a champ. He also inspected a tire that had a nail in it. Although it could technically have been repaired, because of the location of the nail he wasn't comfortable making a repair he couldn't stand behind. I really appreciated his honesty and concern for safety rather than simply taking my money for another repair. Alexander was professional, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and an absolute pleasure to talk with while he worked. He showed up at 7:00 on a Sunday morning and spent far more time on my vehicle than either of us expected. It is not always easy to find someone who combines mechanical knowledge with honesty and genuine concern for the customer. The Chevy dealer said it would be a minimum of $1,000 to just replace the wheel, and that I'd probably also need to buy one or two tires (about $400 each). I wanted a second opinion hoping for a more affordable solution and a coworker recommended for me to ask Rocky at Napa Tire Experts for help. He was able to quickly identify that while the wheel was indeed cracked and could not be repaired, the tire was undamaged. In the end, they got me back on the road for less than half the cost of the dealership, and were honest about the fact that I didn't need to buy any tires. Rocky also took the time to explain to me what types of tires work well on electric cars so that I know what to look for when I need tires next time.

And again the issue I had requested be addressed the first time was again not addressed, but bring it in and they would do it some other time.
