I've been here just a few times (which is a good thing) and always have had great service. The front desk is pleasant and efficient. Just enough chit-chat to make you feel comfortable but not so much that you feel they are wasting time. The technicians know what they are doing and are friendly. If you need an ultrasound in a reasonable amount of time, go to another imaging center. Hill is booked for 3 months out. This doesn't really help when your follow-up appointment to go over results is in 3 weeks and the imaging in necessary immediately. Spent over 30 minutes of wasted time on the phone. read more

Had two scans done at Hill Imaging in Glendora this morning. The office staff and check in people were great. They were polite, engaging, & helpful. The process was quick & efficient. The person doing the scans was impolite, unfriendly, & impatient. She was hard to understand & not personable at all. She was rough. I waited 5 weeks for mammogram results and was told every time I called not to worry. Each person I spoke to said that the tech will escalate suspicious cases for faster processing, and that no news is good news. Well, now 5 weeks later, I'm being called back for additional imaging due to asymmetry being noted on the screening mammogram. It's unacceptable to have to wait 5 weeks for a mammogram call back. That should be done within days. Plus, it's very unprofessional to have the receptionist call with results that they can't explain and only say you need to come back in with no further details. Totally stressful situation that shouldn't exist. read more

When it comes to medical facilities, just getting the job done right deserves 5 stars. I don't even care about them going above and beyond because I NEVER had a smooth transaction at any of the medical facilities I've visited. Either the wait times were too long, staff members were rude, received incorrect diagnosis, or had problems with billing. This place got everything right the first time. I was able to speak with someone when I wanted, got the appointment date I wanted, was checked in at my appointment time, and received my CT scan at the time I was promised. I even got to view my results online two business days after my scan. It was also easy to find, and parking was a breeze. Staff members were all pleasant and seemed content. I like the fact this place always has someone that answers the phone. There isn't a lunch gap where you can't get a hold of anyone like at other medical facilities. This was probably the biggest determining factor for me in choosing this facility over others. The other two locations also quoted me $100 more than this facility for the same CT screening. Facility is clean and has a nice modern decor. Appointments are required for all services except for x-rays, but I would still recommend getting one. I don't want to become a regular here, but if I have to get any other screenings done in the future, I would definitely come back here. read more

Today was my first time here. I came in for a prenatal ultrasound (mind you the one where you find babys sex). I pre-registered online, confirmed my appt via email. My husband took the afternoon off to attend this ultrasound and upon arrival I was informed that only the patient was allowed in, no one extra. I understand covid protocols but I do wish I would have been notified ahead of time. Nowhere in the online registration or the confirmation email did it state that no extra persons were allowed. read more

Most likely your here because your required. I've gone now three times and it seems I'll be back again in May. I will say their appointments fill up rather quickly so when you get a referral don't wait too long. I think they will try to make adjustments if it's something very serious though not just keeping an eye on something. I like how they give you same day results and recommendations. I appreciate this instead of having to wait for my doctor. I usually have to remind my doctor hey I need a referral again for that follow up. Staff has been friendly and helpful even when I ask them ton of questions. They make you feel comfortable and explain what they are doing. They also chit chat if you need a distraction. read more

The only thing good about the Glendora location was the tech for my ultrasound. I was actually one hour early for my appointment. It was close to 1 1/2 hours after my scheduled time before I was taken in. I only get ultrasounds. This time and last (Pasadena office), I got nothing but grief. I have one partially remitted body wide spreadable pain condition that can very possible be set off full blast permanently by having a mammogram. I also have a nother health condition that requires multiple X-Ray type screenings every year as well as fibrocystic issues. At least the Pasadena office mailed me actual test results. Glendora couldnt be bothered and just sent me some form with nothing on it. I have the same thing show up every time and have for thirty years and 4 ultrasounds and two Sonocine. Go dig money out of someone else's pocket! read more

I am handicapped and it is very difficult for me to do anything that requires movement, however my visit was really great as Asgen helped me and put up with my disabilities and problems with a positive attitude and a smile. Went for a few test reception area the girls were nice the technician made me feel very comfortable I even got a cute little thank you card and a follow up survey. I would like a better follow up on my mammogram I went 2 times and the found a spot and now they want me to wait 6 months to follow up. Came in with my mother for her appointment and WOW! So very unprofessional, the receptionists were disrespectful and and loud while talking about their personal life in front of about a dozen patients. There's a time and a place for personal talk and it's sure as hell not at work in front of patients. Lily and Rebecca were the Receptionists Very rude! And the wait time here is a joke. My mothers appointment was scheduled for 7am, she wasn't seen till 7:30 because the staff showed up late to their shift. How rude and disrespectful for other ppls time. We weren't the only ones to complain about the wait time. I'm not sure what it is about providers feeling as though they are on a pedestal and feel the need to show up to work late and make everyone wait! HORRENDOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES! Had an appointment for a woman that I care for scheduled at 9:45am. We arrived 15 minutes early and check in. At 10:30 I finally go up and ask when we will be seen and they say that they can see our appointment had been moved to 11 am. We were never notified. No one thought it was weird we were checking in hours early???? The whole thing ended up being an over 2 hour ordeal in which every person who walked in behind us. The technicians were nice. But only come here if you don't have plans because they just move your appointment on their own accord, without notice. Who knows how long you'll end up waiting. read more

I have been here for different tests (ultrasound, CT scan, etc) over the best few years and I have had a positive experience each time. I have PPO insurance. They have great availability whenever I schedule they can get me in pretty quickly at a time that works for me. The staff is usually professional and nice. I was having a CT scan and the technician was very helpful when getting me off the machine due to my having vertigo right after I was done. I think his name was Kenny(?). I don't recall well. The check-in process is simple and can be done online before your appointment. I would highly recommend this place. Free parking right next to the facility. They have results quickly from what I can tell. It looks clean to me and organized. The reason I always choose to go to this lace is because I don't recall ever waiting very long. I'm usually in and out in less than an hour for my tests. It's ran efficiently when I have gone here before and after covid. I prefer the glendora one for all these reasons. read more

I got a call from their customer service to confirm the appointment and my insurance. I showed up at the office for my MRI. they said my co-payment is $500 that's 20%. I almost had a heart attack. I had to double-check with reception orTech about the co-pay. That means a MRI for the elbow cost $2,500. I have PPO, I understand there's inflation and medical cost. A full body MRI scan is $1500. It's either somebody made a mistake or the imaging centers is ripping consumers off. It was a wasted my time and gas to Glendora. I would appreciate it when customer service calls they would inform patients about copay before making a trip out there. I should contact Better Business Bureau or some news channel have them investigated about business practices. read more

I waited several days to write this review. Honestly, I was hoping the staff at the center would, AT A MINIMUM, reach out and apologize for putting my life in danger. The silence is absolutely deafening. Even my primary care team cannot believe how I was treated and my treating physicians will no longer be recommending HILL imaging. I went for an MRA of my ascending aorta as I have an ascending aortic aneurysm and we had some troubling symptoms that made my care team want to verify the aneurysm was holding steady and wasn't dissecting. My team gave me a STAT order. They spoke with Crystal on Wednesday and I was promised to be gotten in first thing Thursday morning at the Glendora location. We called at 830 am to try and get the appt scheduled. We told them we needed an MRA to check on the ascending aortic aneurysm and that the stat order was received by Crystal the afternoon before. Only to be told they couldn't see me until several days later (mind you I'm already pushing the envelope waiting this long as is). We reiterate that this is a STAT order. They have to check with their supervisor bc they cannot make same day appointments. 11:00 rolls around and I still have heard NOTHING whatsoever. I call back and they place us on hold. Come back on the phone and decide they are going to make an exception but it's for a 330 appt in Glendora. Perfect. I walked in at 315. The waiting line was out the door and into the lobby. I'm disabled and cannot stand more than ten minutes but they didn't care. I ended up having to take my full course.ofnpain medications this day because of being refused a seat to wait in. At 3:45 I finally am up to get checked in. I start filling out the tablet(after handing them my driver's license, doctors order (bc they swore they had never seen it) and my insurance card (even though I'm already established in the system). At 405 some horribly crude person comes walking up to me "Mrs pachekoooh (not how you say my name and the tone of her voice put me on notice that this was not going to end well) YOU will not be getting your imaging today." Mind you, she did this in the lobby in front of everyone else that was waiting (so many people there was.standing room only) I proceed to ask what's going on and why. I explain what a life threatening situation this is. I am then told "I don't have to say anything else to you! The tech will come talk to you!" Please bear in mind, I was tearful at this point because we had been fighting all day for this appointment, but no anger from me what soever. Desperation, yes. Anger? None. I was nice to everyone involved. The tech comes out and informs me a scheduling mistake was made. That my appt that THEY scheduled showed for a CT of my head. Seriously?!? Even though my physician called and talked to them the day before, faxed the order the day before and we told them several times what we needed done. Allegedly an MRA can only be performed at their Pasadena location and they would be closed by the time we got there. But don't worry. They would try to fit me in no later than Friday. Since all of my health information had already been spewed to the entire waiting lobby, I called my PCP right then and there in absolute tears. She could NOT believe what was going on. She told me they never even mentioned Pasadena to her the day prior when SHE called. My doctor called and spoke with them. Got absolutely no where whatsoever. My doctor ended up having to direct mentor the emergency room (which we were trying to avoid in the first place). So I ended.up in the er for six hours. Ungodly bills from the ER and not so much as an "I'm sorry" from this place. I come from the schools of thought of "know better, do better" this center does NOT. They go out of their way to gas light patients and make the experience absolutely wretched (we had another awful experience in January) Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. read more

This place is awesome! Fast and efficient team, from the call center all the way to the technicians. Booking an appt is super easy, and they always answer in a timely manner. Been here a few times for Mri's and and Ultrasound, and each time wait was very minimal, like 5 minutes, and you are greeted by the technician. They are very professional and will answered all the questions I had. Parking is also very easy, since they have it in the front and the back of the building. Parking in the back is easier if you are handicapped, since the door to Hill imaging is right next to the back entrance. Would definitely get future services done here. read more

This place is not what it used to be. I've been coming here for a few years now and for the past couples years I've noticed some changes and not for the best. Today I had scheduled a mammogram at 1:00 pm. Got there around 12:45pm checked myself in because now they only have one person at the front desk but they have a bunch of iPads to the left right when you come in , so you can check yourself in! Then the person at the desk takes your order from the doctor and your insurance info. You go sit down until they call you. While I was waiting , there was this patient yelling at one of people there because they told her she didn't have an appointment today and they couldn't see her . The lady was so upset screaming at them saying someone had called her yesterday and that they had left a message and bottom line she was saying they screwed up her appointment so finally after a lot of yelling they decided to see her but told her she was going to have to wait 30min. So I'm sitting there thinking to myself how lucky I am I'm not in that lady's situation. We'll I guess I was wrong , after 30 min some lady ( didn't see her name tag but just to describe her she was Hispanic and had a nose ring and other piercings on her lips ) comes and says she wants to talk to me so she had me sit down at one of the desks and asked me If that was the only order I had from the doctor? , I said yes and asked her why. She told that the appointment they had me schedule for was for a screening mammogram and that my doctor was requesting a diagnostic mammogram which I guess takes a little longer than a regular screening? and she said they couldn't do that today because they were running late and they double booked and that they were closing early today. So she asked if I wanted to just do the regular screening , she could get a verbal authorization from my doctor over the phone , but why would I want to do that ??!!! When clearly that's not what my doctor had requested??!! If the girl at the front desk had been doing her job right she would've seen the doctor's order when I handed it to her she would've then noticed that what was on her computer and what was on the paper were two different things so maybe at the point they could've planned for it and make time to see me today! Or just tell me there and then that they couldn't see me today instead of having me wait for 40 min ! Because by then I had already been there for that long! It seemed to me that they were just rushing to get everyone out, they were just trying to get rid of me so they could close early for whatever reason. If you read the "about this business " section here on Yelp it says that their mission is to put the patient first and to accommodate their needs treating them with respect and compassion. We'll that's not how I was treated today. The lady I was talking to was very indifferent to the fact that I had taken time from my busy day to be there and it was all for nothing. I had to find someone to pick up my kids from school so that I could be there and all for nothing! With all honesty this place does not care about the patient at all, they just seem lazy. The one on the right had horrible attitude as soon as I told her she has everything needed for my visit. Pre registered and workman comp papers. I wanted to give them a second chance but same outcome. I scheduled my last mammogram with them 2 years ago and waited over an hour. When I inquired why the wait was so long with an appointment I was told they were having problems with their software. Here we are 2 years later and I try again. I check in 15 minutes early as requested, wait 30 minutes more (total of 45and then go ask the receptionist how much longer it will be. She was very nice and called the tech to see where I was in the line up. Unfortunately the response was unacceptable. I was told it will be another 30 minutes because the tech was "by herself today". As a medical professional let me tell you how unprofessional it is to make your staffing issues my problem. I don't know how many techs you have on a given day. Telling me that makes no difference to me. I cancelled my appointment and scheduled in the Pasadena facility as I have always had a good experience with them. Won't try Glendora ever again! I received a call from the manager in Glendora apologizing for the inconvenience which I appreciated. I had my mammogram today at their sister facility in Pasadena and 5 stars all the way. Checked in at 7:00 am and out by 7:15. That is respect for other people's time!! read more

Had a fantastic overall experience with Hill Imaging in Glendora. I contacted them to make a imaging appointment and I spoke with a very professional scheduler who asked a few questions and offered me several next available appointments within 5 to 10 days. I then received a link to complete pre-registration ahead of time and after completing that I had a question and their IT department called right back to assist me. Upon arriving there, I was immediately greeted by a nice man (Cesar I believe), who was warm, professional and very helpful checking me in right away. I have to add after years of coming here, it was the best, most professional, approachable reception I have ever received here. After a few minutes, my technician (Cindy I believe) came right out to get me and take me in for my exam. She was also extremely approachable, friendly and professional making my overall experience 5 stars. No one looks forward to having tests, we are all busy, but it is nice to do business with real people who are trained professionals and I appreciated the quality service I received today. To other customers, service goes both ways, every business can have a bad day, so be gracious to the hardworking professionals who take care of us. read more

And then I was told I have to leave her a voicemail and wait for her call back. If she didn't call me back in 2 business days, I'd have to call her back. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? I came in for an MRI. I scheduled it fairly early in the morning and was greeted by an empty parking lot. As a note for those in crutches or having issues getting around, all the signage for Hill is towards the side by the Glendora hospital sign. However, the office is actually in the back, so park on the other side of the building. If you don't, you can't even park in front of the building since it's all handicap parking only and it might be tiring to do this. The staff is super friendly, super sweet. Clean facilities, short wait times, locker rooms / changing area in the back. They play your favorite tunes on Pandora into headphones while you're in the MRI. They actually gave me a thank you card with everyone's information (MRI tech, front desk) and contact information of management if I need to talk to anyone. Would definitely come back (but hopefully I won't have to). read more

Apparently the only thing that works here is being a NAG **UPDATE** After waiting 30 min for my 1st appointment of 3 I was informed my 2:00 appointment had been given away without notice. Needless to say I was annoyed! However the clerk at the front desk found a tech and asked them to get me in. The techs and front desk were so helpful and great. Just had my 1st MRI of 4 and it went well . You're staff was great. Jay greeted me at front door and let me in and gave me my paperwork to fill out and Megan was my MRI tech and Nick was my tech aide.They were extremely helpful as I was a little bit nervous because I am claustrophobic but they assured me if at any point I started feel uncomfortable to press the button and they bring me back out of MRI machine .
