Really enjoyed the resort, location, and pool area. The only downside was that some of our belongings were stolen from the pool while we were away for about 30 minutes using the waterslide. Future guests may want to be extra careful with valuables and personal items around the pool area. Overall, we still had a nice stay. read more

Hilton Vacation Club is an awesome place to stay in Maui, location is great, service is superb and just a great positive vibe. The place is built great so I never heard any neighbors, the views are just gorgeous. The rooms are really big & they have everything you need to be comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated but its super clean and they are working on updating. Every one that works at the hotel is nice & very helpful. The pools are refreshing and one of the best in Maui. Sunsets are right in front of the hotel and just so dramatic. It's nice to just chill on the beach, lots of room & not many people. Lots of options for walking. The food was really good, the restaurant on the beach was always packed with people. They have live music on the beach during happy hour. When visiting Maui, come check out Hilton Vacation Club you won't be disappointed. read more

PROS: Nice rooms. Great views (ours was partial pool area/beach/ocean. We had a corner unit which was great! Pool/spa area is lovely. Entire property is clean. Quiet. Beach area is nice. Parking is included. Washer & dryer on each floor & is free. Detergent is not included but our suite provided it. Kitchenette is sufficient. CONS: Pool is open 7am-10pm but towel service is 7am-7pm so if you go after 7, you have to bring your own towel. There's no restaurant onsite. There's a snack bar. There's a buffet breakfast that is nice but not great. Parking garage is confusing when it comes to finding your vehicle. Space is limited. Overall, the entire Ka'anapali area is quiet and nice. Everything closes down by 8/8:30pm so if you're looking for an active night scene, Ka'anapali isn't the spot for you. They will try to get you to go to a presentation about timeshares. Everything about our stay started out great. The view was beautiful, and the room itself was very nice. Unfortunately, our experience took a major turn when my family and I tried to take a nap in the middle of the day. We were completely surprised to discover that the resort was undergoing major renovations from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM -- a full eight hours a day -- from August 1 through December 17. The tower we were placed in was apparently the first section undergoing a three-level renovation. The construction noise was so loud that none of my family, including myself, was able to get any sleep. What made this even more frustrating was the lack of communication. When we checked in, nobody mentioned the renovations. There was no clear warning from reservations, check-in staff, or signage at the property. When we complained, we were told, "Did you get the email? It says it in the email." We went back and checked the email, and while the information may technically have been there, it was buried in extremely small print with no highlighting, warning, or indication that we were going to be staying in a tower undergoing major construction for eight hours a day. This is not the kind of information that should be hidden in fine print. It should be clearly communicated before or at check-in so guests can make an informed decision about their stay. We were also told to check the website. However, we are Hilton Grand Vacations Club members, and we shouldn't have to independently search a website to discover something as significant as major construction at the property. If the information is important enough to affect a guest's entire stay, the reservation system, website, check-in staff, and property management should all be communicating the same information clearly. I also tried contacting management to discuss the situation, but unfortunately, my calls were not answered. I understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests deserve to know about major construction before they arrive, especially when it takes place during normal daytime hours for eight hours a day and directly affects their ability to relax and sleep. The room and view were great, but the lack of communication and the constant construction noise made this a very disappointing experience for my family. We found a killer deal to stay here for $239/night in July and had to take advantage! The room was great. We were able to hangout in the living area at night, enjoy some meals in the room, and I loved the huge bathroom. The kitchen doesn't have an oven/range top but there is a microwave and they do have a plug-in skillet type of appliance you could cook on. I love that they provide cleaning supplies for laundry and doing dishes. The laundry is free and there are machines on every floor. I also appreciate that they provide coffee. We enjoyed a cup in our room every morning. This location is awesome. You can enjoy both the pool and the ocean. It's super walkable to several areas nearby. You're also able to bring your own drinks to the pool, which is great. We took advantage of their Happy Hour one day, but the drinks were still $12 each. I love the boardwalk near the hotel. We walked that several mornings to enjoy a view of the beach while still getting exercise. It goes for a pretty good distance! Parking is free at the hotel. We were told Hilton will be renovating this entire building soon- once permits are approved. I'm sure it will be gorgeous. The exterior does feel a bit outdated. The pink could definitely use some sprucing up. As well as the blue tile everywhere. The staff working here are very friendly! We enjoyed everyone we met. read more

Beautiful Amazing Paradise views. We stayed on the 11th floor. We had what's called a studio but really looks like an apartment! Very spacious in all areas. I highly recommend it! If you stay in Maui, this would be a perfect nice stay. They also have local food trucks outside and yummy local foods! Gosh we had stayed here many moons ago, so it was kinda nice revisiting. Parking was located underground across from check in. As a Hilton timeshare owner, we were upgraded to an ocean view room, which was absolutely amazing! The room was very outdated, but the fact that we could sleep with an open balcony door listening to the waves crash on the beach, made up for it. Our room was located in a corner on a special floor, it wasn't easily accessible. The resort had a breakfast buffet and a few places to pick up fast easy meals, but all were not worth it. A food truck lot sat right in front of the resort area- many food options. But, across the street , you'll find a few casual restaurants and a local supermarket. Remember, being in a resort area...nothing is cheap. This Hilton has a large pool, but be aware there are a many lounge chair hoarders that place their towels early to save spots. Ugh, it should be illegal lol They've got a very nice large hot tub area, it was welcomed after a long hiking day. There's an awesome massage area near the pool, where they've got the most awesome massueses. We booked, and it was well worth it. There is beach access and a small walking trail, before you hit private access. Miniature golf area- I can't imagine playing here as it is sooooo windy. Ka'anapali is known for being located on the windiest side of the island. I had the best ube cocktail during happy hour! Note: Can NOT cast apps to their television!!! Awesome stay! Front desk was very nice and helpful. We arrived early since we had an early flight and they offered us to go to a king bed 1 sofa bed since it was ready or we could wait for 2 double beds and we took the room that was ready. We actually didn't know the rooms were suites. We booked on a third party hotel website and it didn't even state that it was a suite, so we were shocked when we went to our room. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The kitchen in the room came with all kinds of things, utensils, cooking equipment (toaster,cooking steamer,glassware,etc..) plates, cups , etc.. there is even a dishwasher! There is also washer and dryers on each floor. The pool and hottub are also amazing! We enjoyed using them. 2 hot tubs a pool, a kiddy pool, a waterfall pool, and a slide. They have a bar and food court by the pool as well. When you check in you get pool towel cards so don't lose those! You trade them in for towels and then once you're done you return the towels and get the cards back. They also have a mini golf course that we played on, super fun! There is an activity room for other things to do. We were given a welcome package from by conceirge, shell leis, a packet of the activities that will be going on during the week, local foods, and gave us some excursion idea. 1 thing we didn't like, was the beach. We tried snorkeling and we just couldn't see anything and the waves are rocky. But that's not the hotels fault! We just enjoy being by black rock since it's a perfect snorkel spot. But we were able to just drive over to black rock which wasn't a problem at all! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and already planning our next trip and probably will be staying here again! read more

When I booked this hotel, I didn't know what to expect when I reserved the panoramic ocean view room. It was the most expensive type of room on this property. During early check in, they did not have rooms available. Then within 30 min, they assigned me to the 3rd floor. What was very bizarre is I specifically asked for a higher floor but they said my reservation indicated I wanted a lower floor. I don't understand how they could make that mistake, so bizarre. I had to escalate this to management if they could not get this resolved since Lorna told me no rooms would be available at a higher level. Finally closer to 3pm, they got us room 712 on the 7th floor. The property has 12 floors total. While getting the 7th floor was not ideal, it was better than getting the 3rd floor. Once we got into our room, we were amazed by the panoramic ocean view, visible from the living room and the master bedroom. It was a perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids, as there are 2 beds (one is a pull out bed from the living room sofa). We immediately saw 4-5 medium size sea turtles swimming right below our wrap around balcony. The beach and ocean was immediately below our room. We can hear the ocean waves every night. We also saw shooting stars on our first 2 nights (likely caught the tail end of Perseids meteor shower), which was so awesome - the night sky was very dark and the moon was not visible. What's great about this hotel is self parking is free. Laundry washer and dryer is available to use for free, available right down the hall from us. We stayed at the Ohana Tower, and immediately below us was the access to the pool on level LL. We could conveniently walk to the beach to do bodyboarding ($35 Rental for all week or $15 per day) or even snorkel to see the sea turtles and some fish. It really depends on the tide but turtles are usually around during 12-130pm daily when the tide is low. The pool is big and we swam in it on one day, they also have some kid activities which we did on Friday, kid won the water balloon toss and also won the hula hoop contest. Got some nice tiny prizes, courtesy of the activities center. Pool towels available per person but cost $25 if you lose it. Housekeeping only occurs once during our 6 night stay. The rest of the time - you just toss your dirty towels outside the front door and they can drop off clean ones for you at the door too. Most communication happens via text message if you need anything, we liked that. Aside from the annoying error they made during our check in -- the rest of our stay was pleasant and our view was so nice. read more

I'd give it a solid 3 and a half stars but not quite four. So it's a bit dated on the outside somewhere between Barbie Dream House and Miami Vice with the pink and white exterior. It's not luxe or grand but it is comfortable and if you stay in someone's unused timeshare it's a good value depending on when you stay and how you book. The suite is comfortable and it was crisp and clean with a clean and nicely made bed. This is a huge deal to me. The shower did have a leak but the bathroom was gigantic and had all the bells and whistles. Private toilet closet, two sinks, bathtub and a shower. It also came with a blow dryer, ample towels and attached shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was trickier and they could definitely update appliances to stainless to improve the interior look. It had a raised griddle sort of cooking top to use which was alright for making bacon but consider this if you're wanting to make foods in suite. Theres a toaster, but no oven. Water kettle, coffee machine, typical plates silverware and even a tiny tiny salt and pepper shaker. The view was nice even for not being ocean. Parking was a bit tight but included and still available just took a little looking. Laundry was free which is awesome and even included some laundry detergent in the bathroom drawer. The downside was that it was a long walk and a few floors up to get to a an available machine which are not so well kept one dryer didn't dry whatsoever so watch out. The place felt kind of dead walking around but has some peak times. The pool is nice but finding a few chairs was also at times tricky. If you stay here bring any pool things you might need such as tanning oil or sun hats because they can be way pricy at the towel shack. Here you also exchange cards for fresh towels and it's almost on a sort of honor system to give and get the cards and fresh towels. The resort is a skip away from the beach but not the best beach and also close to lots of food places in walking distance. It's a good place for what we paid but I'm not sure id stay here again compared to other hotels in the area. read more

I've been holding off writing this review because I wanted to make sure I get everything correct. I found this place on Airbnb a few months before I was planning a trip to Maui. It was a great choice because it was right on the water and was close to other shopping centers and restaurants. The Airbnb stated there was an additional hundred dollars that we needed to pay once we arrived on the property. I'm assuming that this fee was to cover the Wi-Fi and the parking which wasn't bad. If you're used to Vegas you're used to paying resort fees. The parking garage is pretty big and a few levels and there's access from the garage into the hotel itself. The resort itself is super big and you can drive up to the front where the employee's help you with your bags and your Costco items. I went up to the check-in counter and talked with a nice employee who helped me check in. I booked the room with a scenic view and that's exactly what I got. Even though I asked politely about an upgrade and didn't get it. Our room was on the fourth floor and a what was pictured on Airbnb was exactly what we received. The price for the Airbnb wasn't bad at all since these are all timeshares and I think these people did not pick their weeks so they sell on Airbnb at a very inexpensive price. The room itself had a kitchen with all the utensils. You needed a dining area that sat for a living room area with a TV and there were two double doors that went into the bedroom. The bed itself was a king band and comfortable. I wish it was just a little bit softer, but for Hilton it was good. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very large with a soak in tub. They provide you with all the things you need for a shower and bath, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash. The room itself is very large and spacious. There is a huge balcony that you can enter from the living room and the bedroom. I would say that these rooms and the hotel itself is a little outdated and could definitely need a sprucing up into this generation. You can tell that it was remodeled maybe in the early 2000's and definitely need an upgrade. The grounds itself are very well kept gorgeous and beautiful. The pool itself looks like something from the Bahamas. The place itself is very pink. The resorts location is super close to the ABC store, a grocery store and multiple restaurants. There is even a food truck area that is open daily and has an assortment of different options. The only reason I'm not giving this place five stars is because one, being a Hilton I would expect a little bit more service such as early check-in and or late check-out. I called down stairs and was just asking and she said unfortunately they were booked, which was a complete lie. They seem to really wanna push you out of the resort. The other thing that happened there was a maid that randomly walked in when we were getting packed and ready to leave. It wasn't even time to check out yet and she just walked right in. Again this place seems like they wanna kick you out and there's a whole bunch of timeshare people. I definitely would not pay for Hilton prices for barely any service. That's why I would definitely go through Airbnb maybe very last minute to see if I would get the same price. read more

For the price of the hotel im not impressed at all. 2 days into week reservations they denied cleaning service and questioned asking for towels. Food is average at best. Buffet rules are ridiculous! Its 7 - 11am and you cant leave the eating area to go get your child at the pool and come back and eat again or get juice or fruit. Thats what my cousin did. Once you leave area youre done which is ridiculous. No vending machines for snacks or water anywhere so once convenient stores closes at 8 youre on your own for snacks and food. No entertainment evenings or night time. Its a ghost town with nothing to do. Id never stay here again. read more

My first time in Maui was absolutely amazing, I was worried since there were hurricane warnings but the weather finally cleared up. My room was a suite with a mini kitchen, living room, large bathroom with massive tub and a king bed. There was a thermostat to adjust the temperature of the room and a fan over the bed for extra air. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, laundry detergent and dish soap provided. Room was very clean. Unfortunately I did find a couple of bugs crawling around in the bathroom. The beach is right outside the pool area and is extremely easy to get to. Bar is open 10am- 10 pm and food window is open 8am to 8pm. Prices are decent for what you are getting but keep in mind there are grocery stores local and a grill outside if you prefer to cook and eat your own food. Staff were always so warm and welcoming. Bartenders were outstanding (Dave, Tony and Ray just to name a few). Although some may say it's dated I adore the 80s look and feel, they are always upgrading infrastructure and repainting. I adored my stay! Oh and there is a small area to smoke right next to the grills on the side closest to the beach. read more

Stayed here again in Feb 2024. Always enjoy our stay. I should clarify my earlier review try at the paved beach path ends at Honua Kai resort, two buildings down, but an easy walk on paved sidewalk. We enjoy how relaxed and quiet this resort is compared to others, with a spacious pool, lots of poolside lounges, and a nice adjacent pool bar. However, we like lounging on the beach to watch the whales and this timeshare doesn't have many beach front lounges. The individual rooms also don't include beach chairs or snorkel gear although you can rent or purchase this equipment. We would definitely stay there again, but do wish the rooms had full kitchens and in-room washer and dryers. read more

We come here with my parents because they are owners and have a timeshare here. We were able to reserve the 2 bedroom/2 bath suite and it was wonderful. The room had a bath tub, 2 showers, and 3 sinks, plenty of room to move around in the bathrooms and not feel cramped. The kitchen had a good size fridge/freezer and has a microwave, sink, dishwasher, and a electric skillet. We went to the Safeway down the street and grabbed some groceries and were able to make meals in the room. They have plenty of silverware/plates for you to use in the room. The front desk is super nice and friendly. I love how they text you when you contact them about more towels or pillows, they give you an update via text. The hotel does have a breakfast buffet but only Saturday - Wednesday and it is expensive. We tried to go back for a second plate a little later in the morning and they denied us entry. It was advertised as a breakfast buffet from 7-11 AM, so I thought we could go any time in between there but apparently not. Which was fine, but then I would've ate more during the time I was there. Anyway, they use a wristband system so make sure to get your wristbands. There is a Maui market place at the hotel that has coffee, muffins, fruit, etc. but it is pricey. I went every morning for an iced caramel macchiato and it was $9 each morning which was worth it for me to start my day. The kids loved the smoothies they offered and the canned drinks too. Parking was great and we had no issues finding a spot every day. We LOVED the activity center! If you have kids, it is a must. We checked the times/activities each day and we were able to feed the koi fish, play bingo, use the inflatables, make bracelets, etc. Susan was awesome and we will definitely be back the next time were there! Thank you Susan!! Also at the activity center is bowling, mini golf, and ping pong. I recommend checking this place out! The only thing I didn't like is there is nothing that is cheap or inexpensive. It seems every time you turn, another charge for something. It is nice that they have everything you could need, like snorkels, life jackets, fins, everything. but it all comes at a price. Seems overpriced, but I haven't been to a resort in awhile so it could be normal. I liked the staff and how many there were of them. Seems they were always around ready to help which is nice. Christian from food and beverage is the real rockstar! He helped my mom when she needed specific food because she is a diabetic and we were stuck in our hotel room because of the tsunami. He came in and handled our situation like a champ. We really appreciate it and it shows how awesome their employees are. They use apple pay so that was super nice instead of carrying my wallet everywhere or you can use room charge too. Will probably be back if we go with my parents again, but it was a spendy trip. read more

We had a wonderful spring break week at the Hilton Vacation Club Ka'anapali Beach. This place has it all: comfortable rooms, an easily accessible beach, an oceanfront bar, a great swimming pool, spas, and barbecues. I'm not normally one to say this, but staying at the resort was just as enjoyable as going out and doing activities on the island. We spent more time than usual here just relaxing. While the building design is straight out of the 1980s and definitely shows its age, the facilities are all well maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious and had a small kitchenette that allowed for some light meal prep. The balconies were long and offered pretty good views. Hotel staff were generally friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We used lots of towels and made many requests that were satisfied right away without too much hassle. The downstairs cafe and bar had tasty food and pretty good drinks available. While none of it was cheap, it also was not bad quality. The swimming pool is borderline huge, with waterfalls and a slide, and two hot tubs. The pool is heated in the evening and while the temperature was a bit cool during the day it was still enjoyable. The kids really had a good time with it. There is also an adults only spa. The oceanfront bar is a perfect place to enjoy a drink and watch the beautiful sunset. The deck is raised so you can see over the fence and bushes and watch it clearly. We enjoyed a few sunsets this way. Finally, the beach is small but there is a boardwalk in each direction which allows for further exploration and access to other beaches to the south. Of course it is the classic Hawaii beach with perfect sand and beautiful water. Every now and then a turtle or seal will visit. There's also a small area to go snorkeling at that same beach and although the water can be a little bit rough, there are some interesting things to see out there. We had a great trip our first time, but it seems they allow locals to take over the pools with no manners or consequences. After 7 kids were jumping over my head in a waterfall spa, I got out and called security, only to be pointed at, clapped at, and waved at by an apparent mom that has no control over her kids. Maybe Hilton should just have customers at their pools and it would actually feel like a resort. So disappointing. read more

We love staying here as it's away from the crowded hustle and bustle of the main area of Ka'anapali just to the south, yet still close enough that it's only a 5-10 minute drive to all the food & shopping spots either north or south. We love the spacious rooms and friendly staff, however the property's age is definitely starting to show and could really use some updating. Despite always having a pleasant experience, we always comment about how dated things look each time we come. So this is a timeshare property, and they will find a way to get you to come to the presentation. The property is dated, pool is okay, there is no wait staff, or pool attendant to make sure things are kept in order. Pool loungers start getting the picked off as early at 6am, with folks placing their towels on them and disappearing for at least three hours or more. There is plenty of kids running around and old people crisping in the sun to make it undesirable for those wanting peace and quiet. Beach in front of the property is not really swim-able, and has a steep drop into rocks and coral. Along with rip currents. There is a nearby grocery and shopping center. Rooms are huge, but lack a stove/oven for cooking or a washer and dryer. There is one washer and dryer for each floor, along with a ice machine Save your money and don't buy the breakfast buffet, not worth it. Additionally there is no sit down restaurant on the property, just a quick service food window for burgers and such. There is also an outdoor bar with drink averaging about 17 dollars. There is a daily resort fee of about 20 dollars, self parking underground that fills up fast at night. The outdoor hallways can get noisy with kids running at night and the music and waterfall noise from the pool at night. Pool closes at 10pm. Nights can get windy in the area It's been three weeks since I returned home and have received multiple telemarketing calls from Hilton, it's ridiculous. Never booking Hilton again. read more

We really had a wonderful time staying here. The staff was really helpful, even helping us move luggage and check out late since we had a late flight. The only thing to consider is you're a bit of a walk from stuff like Whaler's Village. I'd recommend getting a car if you're staying here. read more

I'll start with saying that the workers at this hotel really do an amazing job. It's just that Hilton has really not given them the tools to be super successful. First off Hilton needs to remodel this hotel completely. Very outdated from the exterior to the lobby to the rooms. The pool area has potential but the heater has apparently been broken for months. On top of that there is no pool side service which I think is a basic perk of a place like this in Maui. The beach area behind the hotel is not great - narrow and has a deep incline. The beaches south of black rock are the ones you want to visit - they are within a short drive. Lastly and I know I am nitpicking at this one...they have two loud waterfalls by the pool which totally drown out the sound of the relaxing ocean sound. I for one would love to leave the sliding door open while we slept and listen to the ocean. Price is pretty good for Maui but I think we spend more to be in one of the resorts south of black rock read more

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. We visited in June 2024. We exchanged some of our points from DVC to stay here. The building is a little dated although well maintained. Hilton recently acquired the building from Diamond and were working on some painting while we were there. There is parking garage with a nice amount of parking. We stayed in a one bedroom which includes a "kitchenette." There was a good size fridge so we could buy our gallon sized milk or juice and have lots of refrigerated items on hand. The room did have microwave, a crock pot and a skillet as well. I will say we did miss having an oven in our room that is typically included in our DVC rooms. There are grills outside as well so that was an option as well as we didn't want to eat all our meals out. The rooms were nice but a little dated. There is a separate shower and tub. The shower is smallish but good water pressure. They had crabtree and Evelyn products for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Not bad products but I do prefer my own and pack accordingly. Their products weren't a bad option for me to use when my conditioner ran out. We had a gorgeous view with ocean and Mountain View. I enjoyed sitting on the lounger on the balcony. My only big complaint is that the bedding and sheets were pretty low quality. There is a washer/dryer and ice machine on each floor which was super handy. The activities were super fun and reasonably priced if there was a charge. My daughter and I did a bracelet making and painting activity. The pool was super nice. It was spacious with lots of loungers and tables. There was a good combination between sunny and shady spots. There was a water slide and 2 hot tubs. The hotel was right on the beach and has a walkway to get to it. We enjoyed our stay and would consider another stay here again. read more

The food here is absolute processed garbage! Everything is just subpar, breakfast, snacks, pizza, fries and etc. Hilton really dropped the ball on this one. Highly recommend this spot for several reason!! We were visiting with our family and we had a baby with us. When we arrived, we had a lot of luggage, groceries and just lots of things. Someone came up to our car and helped us with everything. We went to park our car and check in. The process was quick and upon request, you can get a high chair and baby bed for the room. This was such a plus for us! They have a parking garage attached to the rooms so you can walk right in and take the elevators up to your room. The rooms are huge and so comfortable. Our room had a beach front view and it was breathtaking. We also had 2 restrooms and the most important thing I want to say is that the water pressure was amazing. They also have several pools, bars and you can access by foot to the other hotels and restaurants by the water from the hotel. It's just a quick walk away. Lastly there is a food truck park right on the venue where a hand full of food trucks are open for you to go and grab food/coffee/desserts. You can just walk there and grab a quick lunch or dinner. read more

First time in Hawaii and really enjoyed ourselves. Great staff from easy check in to the delicious drinks at the bar. Wanna give a big shout out to the porters out front also. Thanks for calling us a cab with the BEST driver ever! He was a life saver. If in town, call Lam! (808-276-0136). The sea turtles where so close up, it definitely felt like Hawaii. We've had an incredible day here. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by staff who took our bags to our room. Tips are welcome. The resort is Hawaiian and for some reason people attribute this to being dated. lol it's traditional Hawaiian art decor. Huge waterfalls everywhere on the property. For the price you get more than what you pay for. We didn't get harassed for timeshare classes or anything. Not sure why people experienced that. Definitely coming back read more

good location lots of stores around the place. The beach is good for snorkeling and other water activities. Not a lot of strong tide good for kids. It is 45 minutes away from airport and Kihei. Sorry I forgot to add the hotel comes with washer and dryer in a designated area. So don't overpack like us. read more

Loved the resort! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Parking not an issue at all. The room was clean and spacious-perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the pool and slide. Easy access to many tourist spots and beaches. Would definitely come back and stay again! read more

Check in was super easy and fast. Lady Ann helped check us in and she was great! I booked a room with a partial ocean view. We lucked out and ended up on the 10th floor (of 12) ! It was perfect! We had a great view! There's beach access from the hotel as well. Somehow it wasn't even crowded! Parking is a little difficult, but so far that's the only draw back. read more

Very poor customer service. Had a plumbing leak for 2 nights that they didn't fix and didn't want to take any ownership for. Manager offered a 1000 Hilton honors points as compensation for 2 nights of disturbed sleep...how pathetic! Plenty of better properties to spend that kind of money that actually care about customer service! read more

My family has been staying here for over 15 years and this is my first time staying here since Hilton took over. First impression when we pulled up in our rental van with 7 people and a car loaded with bags, no one offered to help with our bags. The employees at the bell desk just watched us and didn't say anything. Definitely disappointed and was expecting more. The pool bar was unfortunately closed for construction which we also were not informed of prior. There is no sit down restaurant only food to order at the pool snack bar. That being said, the food was good and we did enjoy having meals at the pool. There also wasn't anyone at the pool coming around to take food or drink orders. Hopefully with time, they offer more services that would be expected of a Hilton vacation resort. read more

This hotel has a pink exterior and looks very old but it's very nice inside. The service is amazing and they can give you extra room keys whenever as long as you have your ID. There is a restaurant next to the pool as well as a beach within a two minute walk from the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and can help you whenever. The sheets in some of the rooms are a bit scratchy but the staff can replace them easily. There are 12 floors with a lower lobby with an activity center that you can get mini golf clubs and you can play ping pong or foosball. They have a weekly Luau that you can watch. Overall, this hotel is a place you would want to go. read more

The entire visit was perfect. Clean great beach pool is gorgeous. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time on Maui at the Hilton vacation club. Sea turtles right off the beach. Pool and multiple food options. The staff was friendly and room was beautiful. There are upgrades happening currently but we didn't hear anything while enjoying are stay . There is so much to do here on the island and the Hilton vacation club gives you a great location to start. read more

Hotel has become quite run down. Repairs going on for months with no progress. Pool heater out for weeks, and hot tub tepid at best. Staff is great, but the are plagued by Hilton management neglect. No longer a great family destination. Stay next door at Kaanapali Shores instead. read more

We loved this hotel! Right on the beach with great access to local restaurants and right on the beach! We didn't dine here, but the pool and beach were beautiful, the room was great (very spacious and clean!), and the views were beautiful. The staff was accommodating and friendly too. The only caveat is that there were A LOT of families staying here while we were here, which meant a lot of children. Good to consider if you're looking for a family friendly resort or an adult only resort. read more
