Miss Hinal is definitely a Professional. Appointments are easy to set, she manage her time extraordinarily well. She will explain what she is going to do, and the cares afterwards. We came for a Henna tattoo for my daughter, brought some designs, she immediately went to work and upgraded the design in a sober yet very classy and elegant way. Overall, will 100% recommend her. Place is spotless BTW.

Hinal and her team did a great job for our Mehndi night! Hinal actually closed her shop on a Thursday night to come with another one of her staff to do Mehndi for my wedding and for all my guests! She's seriously the BEST! She was very attentive and she's really good at what she does. Hinal was able to finish my mehndi in a timely manner and she even asked about what sort of designs I favored and how much I wanted. Additionally, she brought an assistant that was able to do mehndi for my guests. She's reasonable with per pricing and did a beautiful job! Additionally, I've also used Hinal for other services which include eyebrow threading and waxing and she has done a great job! I've come down to her shop and she's always professional and does her job in a timely manner! I can't imagine going anywhere else for my beauty needs. I would highly recommend using Hinal for your beauty needs or using her for Mehndi night! She's the BEST! read more

We each got henna on one hand and showed Hinal the design that we wanted. She is so nice, works quickly, and did a beautiful job. Hinal is the best in the area by far! I moved to Diamond Bar and was frustrated not being able to find decent threading. Then the universe sent me Hinal, she is AMAZING!! Hinal's beauty studio represents the perfect combination of great service, quality work, and affordability. I have been going to Hinal for years for waxing for years. I have never once left dissatisfied. She is very thorough, discreet if you're shy, and fast. Her wax is all natural, and even though I have sensitive skin, I never had a rash or bruises EVER. I love the way she does eyebrows as well. She always gets the shape perfect. I recently went in with a bridal party for henna/Mehndi, and her designs are beautiful. Went here recommended by a friend for a Brazilian wax i gotta say it was my first time doing that and i can say it was not pain full shes so good and fast. The service wasn't bad, but I did leave feeling like it was a bit overpriced for the level of detail. The salon itself is pretty, it's modern, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere. Parking was also a little difficult since the lot is shared with several other businesses. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I'm not sure the quality matched the price point. I'm glad I gave it a try, but I may explore other salons before deciding if I'd return.

I used to drive all the way to Koreatown to get my nails done but Yukari's salon is conveniently located, well priced, and her attention to detail makes it well worth it. Michelle is calm, patient, listens to what I want, and also gives helpful recommendations when I'm deciding what to do. Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. The owner failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the conduct and instead appeared more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue appropriately. Consumers have a right to know how concerns regarding sanitation, customer treatment, and professionalism are handled at this establishment. Based on this experience and the owner's response, I no longer have confidence in the integrity or management of this business.
