The atmosphere is very enjoyable. When I arrived, the front staff were very nice and accommodating. They were able to get me the introductory pricing. There were many different type of packages depending on what type of service and skin type I had. I wasn't sure which one to receive so the beautician chose the type of facial for me. I requested a service that will take dead skin off of my face because I explained that they're often is a lot of dry skin that is on my face. She chose a service that helped with reducing redness and irritation of the skin. The positive: the front staff is kind. The products they use feel luxurious and smells nice. The location is clean and welcoming. There are many types of services to choose from. My service was relaxing and the products did not irritate my skin which is a plus. However, there were a few downsides to the service. First, the beautician did not speak English and had a hard time communicating. At some point, I felt she got frustrated and did not speak much afterwards. It was really awkward after that. Second, I wanted my face to feel clean but after my service, my face still felt like it was not clean and I was able to rub dead skin off still... the facial did not do much for my skin at all. Third, pricing is a bit steep and although the product is nice, I feel like the service was not worth the price itself. Linda and Sophie are great and my skin always looks really good after a visit. The service is well worth the price and I especially appreciate the shoulder massage. The facials usually last about two hours, which is long but I am coming here to relax and be taken care of plus my skin usually loons great afterwards. Besides, I usually sleep through the entire service because its so relaxing or maybe its the narcolepsy... either way, be prepared to spend at least two hours here. The products Linda recommends have also really improved my skin. My favorite part of this establishment is Lindas service dog (shes had two, Teddy who recently passed, and Ian who is newer) and the family vibe that is fostered there. It's always nice to pet a puppy while waiting. It's a small shop but the staff always make time to eat together and Linda has great recommendations for foods that can help with skin conditions. She definitely has asian mom vibes in the best way. I plan on continuing to take naps at this fine establishment at least once a month.

I used to think of myself of someone who didn´t have "good facial skin" and after going with Tiffany, people started giving me compliments about my skin, something that has never happened before. What I would definitely recommend if you decide to do the acne treatment would be: YOU HAVE TO TRUST HER. On my first appointment, just right after the treatment, my face was irritated and I was about to lose my hope because I didn´t see any improvement on that first appointment, but she explained to me that on the first sessions you won´t see any results because if you want a REAL change it doesn´t happen overnight and have to be very patient. She looked at me and said that I should just trust her. So, I choose to do so and she was right. Do not get demotivated if you don´t see changes on the first sessions, I swear it´s worth it. Tiffany´s job is deep so it takes longer but is REAL. FOLLOW EVERYTHING SHE SAYS: small habit changes, like changing your shampoo, showering at night, change your pillow sheets often and of course use the products she gives really make the difference. So if you are already paying and committing to do the treatment, those small things are actually a big part of the process. BE POSITIVE DURING THE SESSIONS: I know they are not relaxing and actually they can be painful, but honestly what helped me was just to think of how beautiful my skin was going to look after this intense treatment, and that mindset helped to tolerate those sessions. It´s not a facial where you go to chill and relax, is quite intense sometimes but is really really worth it. If you want a real change, it has to cost you something.
