Many of the dishes are great but these 3 dishes I order consistently. -any of the Pho soups - good flavor, not too much MSG, very large bowls, fresh add in veggies, perfect amount of meat -Pho Ap Chao - very large serving with tons of veggies, beef and seafood. The shrimp is good quality not that pumped up, weird textured stuff. And this is how pan fried wide thick noodles should be prepared, crispy and a little burnt on the bottom -Cảnh ga chiến nước mủm (fried chicken wings in fish sauce and garlic) - savory, a little sweet, not a ton of breading.
