Blue ginger is a good take out restaurant but an AMAZING dine in restaurant. Tea is included. My boyfriend and I got crab cheese which were pretty good. summer rolls (lettuce, rice noodles, carrots, and BASIL!) with a sweet spicy chili sauce- SO good! like almost a perfect 10 good. Take-out order was once again wrong. Missing portions of the order 2 of the last 3 visits. When I call to complain, I get an insincere sorry and am told I can drive back to the restaurant to get it corrected. Why should I waste my time and gas. Maybe they need to learn how to reimburse the customer? They seem to be more concerned with the tip amount on the receipt than doing their job correctly. Not happy, greasy (old stale) vegetable fried rice Mongolian beef with small pieces, mostly the white puffy stuff & onions & oily. Sweet & sour chicken without being in sauce,& this strange burnt thing. We ordered potstickers fried & got some type of meat cooked to death in the folded up burnt wontons. I traveled to the area from out of state, this restaurant is hands down the best Chinese I've ever had. Our family enjoyed the Sweet Sour Chicken, Sesame Chicken, General Tsos and fried rice. It all tasted so fresh. read more

Ordered takeout. The Happy Family we ordered had no Shrimp included despite description saying there would be shrimp. No Shrimp! Scallops were super small. I always tend to order form here. It is good food and service but my most recent order was not the best. You couldn't pay over the phone so you had to do so in person, inside the restaurant. They were not wearing masks or gloves at the cash register. I ordered sesame chicken and it wasn't that hot. Also the chicken was very fatty. It was kind of a bummer. Good choice for some fast and easy Chinese food. Fast service for take out! All of the food was piping hot when we got it home. There were good size portions. I will definitely be coming back again. My girlfriend and I were NOT impressed at all by our food. I had the orange beef and she had the beef pad Thai. My orange beef had barely any beef as it was mostly breading. Also, the portion size was not what I was expecting for the price. The orange beef had good flavor, but it wasn't significant enough to compensate for the lack of beef. She thought the beef pad Thai was okay, but not great. Overall, we probably won't come back unless we're desperate for Chinese food. read more

I really wanted to love this place because it looked really good and had a promising menu. Unfortunately, most of the food we ordered was bland. For appetizer, we got chicken pot stickers pan fried. They were not bad, a little doughy but still good. The dipping sauce was great. I got a lunch order of coconut curry chicken with crab ragoons. And my significant other ordered sesame chicken with egg roll. The coconut curry chicken had no flavor. The fried rice and the crab ragoons were good. The sesame chicken was way different than any sesame chicken we have ever had. It was very soy sauce heavy. The egg roll was not bad either. We got pick up on a Friday night. The wait was only 15 minutes. I got the chicken fried rice with extra vegetable medley. I liked how they gave me another small container to put the extra rice in since I added extra veggies. My fiancé got the beef and broccoli and the beef was very tender. The rice for the chicken fried rice was cooked perfect. A few downsides- the crab Rangoons didn't seem as filled as usual places. And both of our dishes were slightly under seasoned. I ordered extra veggies, and as you can see in the chicken fried rice it didn't seem like it was add more veggies. Otherwise- food is appropriately priced and nice portion sizes. I love this restaurant. We order from here or eat in restaurant maybe 2 Sundays a month. The order is always right and tastes so good. Their ingredients are always fresh. The interior is clean and it is nice and cool in the summer. I love their chicken summer rolls and the sauce that comes with them. They are very fresh and so good and sold at a food price. The other meal I love from here is moo goo gai pan. The sauce isn't super thick and I like that. It's a nice white sauce. Their meat is never dry and very tasty. I have had several things from here and they never disappoint. Their wait staff is always friendly and accommodating. I recommend their moo goo gai pan, sizzling rice soup, and chicken summer rolls. The parking here is really easy, they have a nice big lot that is shared with many businesses and they are right off M6. Go there! Try it! It is so good! read more

Burnt egg rolls, rude server, high prices, poor taste with entrees. I was a customer with them for over 10 years spending about $100 monthly even during COVID. The server I had 3 times during the Christmas break was absolutely rude every time and when you asked to be moved to other section he would be loud and say you have to stay here. Every time I ordered an egg roll it was well done or burnt and if you send it back and explain please don't cook so done he would say it's fried that's the way it is. Entrees that week where also overcooked and same excuses. That week out of 16 entrees with different meats we finally found a piece of chicken the size of a teaspoon. After paying an average of $16 a meal with no meat and dried up rice and the horribly rude server I will never go back instead I will find a Chinese restaurant that wants my business along with my large family's business and where we get food that is good in every way. read more

It was okay, but both dishes had a lot of dark meat chicken and heavy fried breading. Neither of which I like. And neither meal came with vegetables. A few cabbage strips as a garnish but not even a few token pieces of broccoli with the meal. Dining room was moderately clean. Servers and hostess were friendly and efficient. It's your typical American-Chinese Restaurant. The food is alright, cheap and the lunch is served fast. I had the lunch Orange Chicken..... it was overly breaded (but I have yet to find an American-chinese restaurant not do that!), the sauce was to sweet for me but it was edible, it came with fried rice & 2 crab ragoons (why can't any of these Chinese restaurants actually put more filling inside of their ragoons!!) it cost me $6.95.
