Relaxing, laid back and peaceful place to grab either an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. I sat in one of the upholstered chairs across from the bar and ordered two drinks, first, a really tasty Fisher Ridge cocktail which was tangy, fruity and flavorful. After I ate the luxardo cherry that came with the drink, I switched to a non-alcoholic ginger hibiscus kombucha. It was also pretty good, although I'm not an expert on this type of brew. I did enjoy it though and it was very refreshing, a little fizzy and had a nice balanced flavor. I like this place and I'll try and make it back again, I guess no food is available but the drinks hit the spot. read more

Hands down my favorite place to hang in SLC. The drinks, booch and cocktails, are fantastic (Hans booch is honestly the best in the state). The vibes are immaculate. They have fun community events every week. Women-owned, LGBTQ-friendly, great staff - what more could you want?! Oh and there is plenty of free parking, it's never an issue. A cute little brewing spot. After a half day of snowboarding, we wanted to explore SLC. We found this spot and tried it out. Love that they have Kombucha. I ordered the High Noon Hibiscus Mule and it was good. I did find it weird that it cost more than the HK Mule.. because it doesn't have alcohol... you would think it would be opposite. The service was excellent, and there was plenty of parking. We chose to sit indoors, but outdoor patio seating is available. A friendly dog roams around, adding to the cute little vibes. The establishment is clean, and the bathrooms are notably well-maintained and accommodating for ladies.​ I didn't realize this, but it's a women founded company. Love supporting woman and local places! They offer a variety of games and we had fun playing Flip Uno. We ordered the hummus and black truffle chips. Although these snacks aren't made in-house, they were super good, and we especially enjoyed the chips with the hummus. Since they don't have a kitchen, they typically have food trucks that come, but when we were there, the food truck wasn't available until the evening. Great little setup at HK Brewing Collective Taproom & Bar. Cute setup inside and small patio in front of the building. We were not expecting this place tucked back in this business strip by Target. Strawberry Basil Kombucha was probably the tastiest I've ever had. We went for a Pride event and it was absolutely packed. Staff did an amazing job taking care of such a large group. Adult beverages available and a few food options. Honestly just a little bit bigger space and some additional food options would make this place unstoppable. This place is exceptionally chill and has a great quiet vibe. You could bring a big party or come by yourself if you wanted. Casual and laid back they don't disappoint. HK has parking right outside which is easy. They have indoor and outdoor seat too. Also free WiFi if you ask! Fisher the dog is happy to say hello and then have nothing to do with you. Lol he is sweet. It's not dog friendly tho inside only outside on the patio. The service was friendly and prompt. I liked the ginger hibiscus the most. I did try the spiced pear and pine an cactus nectar and they were close runners up. They offer growlers, flights ($9) and pints($6/7). As a frequent brewery-goer, the aesthetics of this place did not disappoint. Plenty of seating and no need to worry about street parking since there's a lot. And the option to get a flight is always appreciated. Before committing to anything, I tried my cousins' drink. While she enjoyed it, I've never really been a fan. Seriously cannot get enough of this place! It's so cute inside with so many thoughtful touches. All of the decor from the bar to the seating areas, and even to the bathrooms! Everything here is so thoughtfully curated. They just recently got their liquor license, so they serve kombucha cocktails here now! I didn't get to try a cocktail, but I'll definitely be back to try one another time. They have limited hours - open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but they are open later into the evenings. I wasn't sure which flavor to get, so I got a flight! All of their flavors I tried were delicious - not too sour/tangy like some kombucha can be, and they had just the right amount of bubbles too. There wasn't too much carbonation in them either. After getting the flight I decided to get a larger glass of their El Tigre - which was orange and cardamom and really delicious. They also have Tina's Bakery empanadas! Like what! Could this place get any better? They have wifi and I came here to work around 3pm. They have great wifi and it was a great place to get some work done. It started to pick up and get busier around 5pm. I'm excited to come back here and try the cocktails. SO HAPPY to have stumbled upon this place. It's a little hidden but don't let that fool you. It's tucked behind the Tesla dealership. You walk inside and it's wide open, tall ceilings, and I love the adorable southwest decor. HK is a perfect place! I have been visiting HK at least once a week for at least 9 months. I have never had kombucha that I liked, let alone loved! I get a growler of booch for my fridge weekly (Cheers Queers is my fave, but it was Cozy while they had that) Not only is the kombucha great, but the atmosphere and staff are just as amazing! I love the girls (plus Adam) and we always have a fun time goofing around. If you have not tried HK, get your butt down there! PS Its a great option for your sober friends!!! I really enjoy the ambiance here, and the boochmosa special. They have a lot of very well done drinks, at fairly normal bar prices. I didn't really enjoy the egg rolls (spring rolls?) -- i'm almost positive they're just the frozen ones from Costco, and marked up to over a dollar each. They aren't all that good for that price. I've heard good things about the Empanadas, but don't eat beef. I wish the food selection was just a little broader and priced lower.
