I've been going to HK Cycles since the first time I need a service on my bike. No one else has touched it. I refuses taking it to Harley for service because you never know what you will get with with them. Dan and his wife are good people. Recently I had accident and Dan took care of everything. No need for me to talk to insurance company's. No headaches at all. Lance did all the work nice a clean. Dan and Lance kept me informed of the progress along the way. We ended up installing a 103 kit with cams and tuning Progressive Mono tubes in the front and blacked out the front end. The bike runs and rides like a dream. Met Jeff for the first time today a real nice gentleman and very very helpful Google Lance was still there which made me smile because I have a lot of credibility and his work which is very very very good place looks different inside it's opened up very clean took my friend's bike down to have it serviced and I rode with him he was very happy they found a few problems you made another appointment because he was happy with Jeff and with lamps and how he was treated keep up the good work just keep those texts coming next year for your bike nights will try to make it. All I can say is HK cycles are world class. They made buying my 1st harley the best possible experience. No pressure, professional. Dan has been around Harleys his entire life and there is no hidden agenda. Jane handles the DMV and Stella is the greatest watchdog ever. I prefer to buy local and give my business to hard working folks that worked their tales off to be successful. If you check Craigslist, cycle trader etc.. there are lots of Harleys out there. Your crazy not to go into HK and meet Dan and discuss what you need. He will help you. Remember they are a small shop working hard to help all local Harley owners. Dan usually greets you within seconds of walking in..... if not, wait the few minutes. Worth the wait. I didn't wait at all. my total time with Dan and Jane combined over 2 days was less than 60 minutes. Lance is awesome and one of the few mechanics i would trust with my bike. Does great work and knows his stuff, top notch. i was interested in buying a consignment bike i waited for at least ten min before anyone even acknowledged me i asked for help on a particular bike the blonde lady at the counter offered to help me but couldn't tell me much about this particular custom built bike so she got a sheet to read all the features on the bike but sill didn't even know what they meant if you have a bike on your showroom floor that your selling for a customer do your homework no wonder the bike is still sitting there read more

Brought my bike in right before thanksgiving for a bar job, picked my bike up and there was a problem with the throttle grip. Also my clutch cable was routed wrong. I asked Jeff about this and he gave me nothing but excuses about these issues. Looked down at my front fender to find a giant dent that was not there before and when I confronted Jeff about this I was told that I have really high expectations. Why say this to a customer when one I'm paying 100 per hour and two my bike went in without a scratch and now has a giant dent and numerous issues. I asked the owner if I could speak with the mechanic who worked on my bike and was told absolutely not. I have been going to this place for years and referred numerous people to this place only to have the new owner treat me horrible and accuse me of lying. I will never go back to HK Cycle and will be sure to let people know what to expect taking their business there. read more
