Just a really good sushi place. The interior is kind of an aquatic theme with blue walls, and the windows make it feel like an aquarium. I like the setup, a lot of room between tables, and the service is great, very attentive. At our table we did three smoked salmon nigiri, one seared sesame tuna nigiri, a rainbow roll, Philadelphia roll, and music roll. The smoked salmon nigiri was a personal fave of mine. The music roll was lacking heat, almost like there were no jalapenos, but good flavor. The Philadelphia roll is a classic, you can't go wrong with that. The rainbow roll was awesome. One little section had some super flat cooked shrimp on it that I just pulled off, and the salmon and red tuna sections were amazing. I wish I had gotten a picture of the rainbow roll, it was nicely done. I also like that the wasabi cream and spicy mayo were piped onto the side of the plate. Everyone's been raving about how good the sushi and other items are at this place...so I became a follower last night and it was well worth the try! It was quiet when we arrived, however the to-go orders were moving right out the door. Pretty sure it was the owner who greeted and sat us. We ordered the Dancing Eel, The Arizona Roll, The Austin Roll and some chicken fried rice. All the rolls were amazing and the fried rice was perfectly done and super yummy! We decided to come here and it was their first day opening. First impression walking in was that it was a friendly and clean atmosphere. You can tell it was a local family own place and not a chain restaurant, which we love supporting local businesses. They were all really nice and still learning the systems and guest services. Presentation was appealing and the taste was satisfying. We were all happy with everything we order. We were all hungry and couldn't wait to dig in, so no pictures were taken. We ordered the vegetable tempura, crab and chicken spring roll, Asian salad and seaweed salad for appetizers. For our entree we ordered the Kenny roll, Austin roll, HK roll, teriyaki chicken, and chicken fried rice. It all came out on time and all disappeared fairly quickly. Our daughter who is 6 does not like sushi rolls but the Austin roll she devoured the whole thing by herself. I was so surprised because instead of wrapped in a seaweed wrap it was a fresh raw salmon.
