Called Chris and his crew and just had Jose come out today to fix water coming into our kitchen. We thought it was a broken pipe but turned out to be just clogged. Jose was awesome! He came the same day when we had our faucet break in the bathtub where we could not turn off the water. He was able to fix the problem and replace the broken part on the that same day. He also replaced the water inlet valve on our dishwasher that day for no additional charge. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jose and Chris are fantastic!!! I have used them several times for all of my plumbing needs. We came home from a vacation to a flooded bedroom, apparently, we had a slab leak and the water had been running for several days. I called HMS, and Jose and Chris were at my house within 20 minutes. They got the water under control, placed fans, and even helped me move a few pieces of furniture. They truly go above and beyond. WOW! This company is amazing! We found HMS on Yelp and trusted the good reviews so we called them because we had a huge leak in our front yard and we needed help ASAP on a Sunday morning. My hubby, Tait, called Chris the owner, and Chris had a detailed convo with my hubby. He was super helpful and very transparent about his rates which were very reasonable. Chris Salazar at HMS Plumbing came out to help us fix a leak in our wall. He had to cut into the drywall but was very conscientious and cut the smallest possible hole, which we appreciated. He showed us exactly which pipes the problems were in, explained in detail what he'd do to fix it, and communicated clearly and professionally when to expect him. The work he did was reasonably priced and on top of that, and what made him an absolute blessing to us, was that he caught a problem while he was out with our pool drainage. Because of his testing it, and walking us through what to expect and how to test that it was built with the correct slope/grade, we knew how to test it and explain to the pool company what they needed to fix and how. He even came back at no cost to us, just to do a kind deed and give us peace of mind, to check the pool drainage after the pool company made the changes he recommended to make sure that it was all set to have decking put over it. So far so good! I discovered a water leak mess in my kitchen/dining room area it ended up being discovered in the wall that divides the two rooms. Hot water pipe leaked under slab causing water damage & having to pull up flooring... Found this company on local Facebook page with a lot of wonderful fantastic reviews. So I called and spoke to Chris he said they're here for me the customer and has dealt with home owner insurance so can handle all of it. I was literally having the highest anxiety until I spoke to him and then felt so much relief. He sent out Jose and he is top notch! He was and is so much of a perfectionist he discovered where the leak was cutting out my wall repaired the leak, it was under the slab . After the leak was stopped he had set up fans to pull out all the water and moisture in the area. Jose is for sure an asset, he explained so nicely the steps of what he was doing never annoyed, he even told me he didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. I was impressed that he wasn't in a big hurry just to get to the next job, he showed me he wanted to make sure it is done correct. At this time we still have the fans up it's still in the process of drying but I will be back to add to this review when the rebuild gets going where they fix all the ruined parts of my house caused by the water.
