I'm a single mom and was struggling financially in December 2020. The weekend before Christmas, I cried knowing that I just couldn't afford to purchase toys for my two kids because money had to go towards January's rent. Shout out to HMS plumbing. Our air conditioner went out. Two years ago Chris and his crew came out to look our air conditioner and had to recharge the system and said we were lucky if we got 1-2 more years out of it before having to replace the system. Two years later it stopped working and had to replace. Of 5 bids HMS was the lowest out of the 5 and the closest was a $1,200 difference. I have used HMS in the past for an exploded pipe under the foundation and have referred them to friends for work. All of the experiences we have had with HMS have been nothing short of great. The crew is professional, courteous, clean and they have great response times. They follow through with their commitments and their pricing can't be beat. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!! Very professional, courteous, and very clean work. I called them in order to get my water heater replaced and they arrived within an hour. They replaced my water heater and brought it up to code. They were very efficient and finished in a timely manner. As they were installing my water heater, I was telling them about my bathtub faucet and how another contractor was unable to fix it. He took the initiative and asked if he could take a look at it and without a doubt he was able to repair it!! I was also happy to know that they are a company who handle multiple trades.
