I ordered the short ribs and the five-onion soup again, and both were excellent. The service was spot-on and impressively quick--my food arrived in under 15 minutes. The owner is also really cool; he personally greets guests and makes a point of chatting with the performers to ensure they're comfortable. This is a wonderfully romantic spot. The beautiful flowers add such a nice touch (as I mentioned in my previous review). While it's not fully upscale, it has an elevated, sophisticated vibe that makes you want to dress up for the occasion. Highly recommended!

The floral displays are fun and are probably the highlight of the visit. The space is clearly designed for photos, and I can see why it would be popular for birthdays, showers, or other special occasions. They seem to go the extra mile when it comes to creating a celebratory atmosphere. Service was excellent from start to finish. The staff at reception and at the table were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Food-wise, we tried the Kung Pao calamari and wagyu meatballs after seeing other reviewers rave about them, but both felt a little gimmicky to me. Our group mostly stuck with more traditional brunch items, including breakfast burritos and omelettes, and those were fine. Overall, I would not necessarily come here just for the food, but I would recommend it for the atmosphere, service, and special-occasion vibe. It is a great spot if you want a pretty setting, good hospitality, and plenty of photo-friendly areas.

My appetizer and entree were hot when they arrived to the table. I enjoyed my menu choices especially the buffalo wings because they are one of my favorite foods. Our server Vivi was absolutely amazing and constantly checked on our table to make sure we were okay. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice. It was decorated for Valentine's Day which was cute. My friend enjoyed her birthday at Sugar Factory and stated she will be back soon. The Sugar Factory candy store is located next to the restaurant. Photos of celebrities who visited various Sugar Factory locations adorn the walls. Candy galore for the sugar lovers.

The line was out the door, we waited about 10 minutes just for someone to take our order, and then another 35 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. My sister ordered a BACON EGG LETTUCE (without the tomato) and said both her sandwich and the home fries were overly salty. The host wasn't very welcoming and came across as rude, which wasn't a great first impression. On the positive side, our waiter was friendly, attentive, and provided good service despite how busy the restaurant was. With better staffing, faster service, and a friendlier greeting at the front, this could be a much better dining experience.

The wifey jumped out to get a 10pc mixed no sides @ $17.99 We made it home without opening the box while driving wasn't easy the chicken smelled delicious. I whipped of some of my home made hot honey dipping sauce for dipping !! FYI, they only gave us two lil 1oz containers of their BBQ sauce ??? Their chicken was super crispy & moist inside and not greasy just the way we like it !! We also put our chicken in a large bowl and hit the chicken with some salt, onion & garlic powder the chicken was still piping hot so it mixed right in with a few tumbles !! They have a very large menu with a lot of other food choices..... This review was solely based on their fried chicken ... Definitely would come back to explore the rest of their menu ... The wifey sad the restaurant was very clean and the servers were very nice & polite ... Parking is definitely challenging at times over here so do like we do have some one jump out to pick up the food ezzzz peezy !! Lol !!! Just a heads up that Popeyes chicken is opening up just a few stores down not good for this chicken joint !! Thanks, Greg D & family
