The third person was just standing there not doing anything, not even participating in the conversation. There were no other customers. Zero. None waiting, none already sitting. We waited over 5 minutes for someone to help us or even acknowledge us, frankly, and we finally asked the third person not doing anything if we could get some slices. She told us there was a line. Ummmmm ok. I responded that it seemed like their order was placed and chit chat was happening and thought maybe she could help us. She was not amused. She never smiled. She never welcomed us. She did get the slices and rang up our order. The pizza was barely ok - we threw most of a slice out instead of finishing it. Maybe a whole fresh pizza would be better but we won't find out.
