If you dig Hulk Hogan obviously you want to check this place out. Back in the day he would visit often which is pretty damn cool. On some of the TVs they have old wrestling playing of events he was in that is pretty cool. I only had a few of his branded beers which are quite good if you dig a little tastier version of busch with a IPA twang to it. Great souvenir if you can sneak it on a flight home haha. It has an outdoor wall bar where you can sit or on the inside looking out people watching that corner which is fun. Bartender we had was friendly and attentive and put up with our antics. Visited for the first time with a friend, for Wrestlemania Saturday. We paid to reserve a spot at the bar. The cost of the reservation was then credited towards our total tab. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We asked to be moved from our bar corner assigned seats and they allowed it. They sat us at a spot in the bar where we faced the street side bar area and until the sun was fully set, we were blinded by the sun unless we turned around. Not all the TVs were playing Wrestlemania, which seems weird considering it was booked as a Wrestlemania viewing experience. The crowd was not as engaged with Mania as we'd hoped. For that reason and the sun in the eye thing, we decided to not return for night 2. Bar tender was kind and helpful. Drinks were fine. The food was a bit disappointing. I ordered two batches of chicken wings. First batch of wings were tiny. I order wings everywhere I go and these are by far the smallest wings I've ever been served. Came here to hangout with friends. I understand Hulk stops in on Monday's when he is in town. Summer was our waitress, she served us and frequently checked in with us. We enjoyed our cocktails, people watching & all of the huge wrestling television screens. The specialty cocktails for $20 each and came in plastic tubs. We parked in the lot behind the restaurant and gift shop. We were told it was $22 for the day but happily we parked for five dollars for a couple of hours. HOLIDAY FAMILY VACATION IN CLEARWATER ADVENTURE!!! We stopped here for lunch as they had a Thursday special @ 10$ for a Philly steak and fries. This was a great deal price wise for us. The ambiance was dismal & dated. I am not sure if it's from the recent storm or if it always looks this way. It was like we were in any other beach eatery. Rather than in a famous wrestlers pride & joy restaurant. Sodas & tea are 5$ with free refills, but they only had soft drinks and unsweetened tea, nothing else offered on their menu was in stock. Most of us got water as we did not want soda or unsweetened tea. The Philly steaks were actually yummy and so were the fries. We all enjoyed our Philly steak sandwiches & fries. Service was ok we had a pretty simple order with only two changes. No cheese on 1, no onions on a second and the other 3 were as they came. I had to repeat it a few times to make sure the server got it right. The food all came out correct!!! We would def eat here on a Thursday Special again, but would most likely not return for the other menu items offered. Most dishes were around 20$ or higher and for the dish options offered at those prices, none were really enticingly prompting us to want to return. You are definitely paying for the name of the establishment. Rather than the food and its quality. Most dishes they offered I felt were at a 5-10$ mark up, compared to other establishments that offer the same dishes. All in all it was a nice meal at a Special Thursday price and we enjoyed the food!!! Food to value ratio for this special = great!!! Drink to value ratio = Poor. Service was OK at best. Not to mention Jimmy hart and hogans son stopped in and our waitress disappeared for a while. I will give it to her tho she did acknowledge it and apologize for the delay as she was informing us of who came in and why she had a prolonged absence from the restaurant floor. Came with the neighbors to toast our favorite neighborhood celebrity Hulk who sadly passed recently. The place still looks great. It was a nice night and all the doors and windows were open. Love that! Food was all delicious. I got the Philly cheese steak and it was very yummy. Just the right amount of cheese and bun nice and toasty. The chips were a little stale but not a big deal. Hubby got the same with coleslaw for the side and it was nice and creamy. Neighbors got the cuban (good portion of meat) and wifey got the lobster ravioli and she gave it the five star rating. I would never expect it to be that good but I even think I will order it next time we come. It came with a salad. Lettuce looked a little wilty but again no big deal. Trust me, Hogan isn't eating here. The staff were friendly and had good personalities -- no complaints there. But even during non-peak hours, service was incredibly slow, both in terms of getting seated and receiving drinks or food. Unfortunately, the food was some of the worst I've ever had. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich, and it was practically inedible -- the chicken tasted like it had been soaked in salt, then over-seasoned with even more salt. On top of that, it was so tough I had to tear it apart like a dog -- not exaggerating. I sent it back and opted for the quesadilla, thinking it would be a safe backup since the burger was probably going to be just as salty. That was a mistake too. It came drenched in grease, loaded with bland cheese, and served with a sad little brown scoop of guacamole. The space itself is interesting -- the downstairs has a cool vibe -- but the upstairs is pretty underwhelming and feels half-baked, especially for a place with Hulk Hogan's name on it. I also had a drink, which cost about $16 and was tiny and forgettable. This was hands-down one of the top 3 worst food experiences I've ever had. If you're curious, maybe stop in for a drink just to see the interior and grab a photo -- but do yourself a favor and avoid the food entirely. The lobster stuffed ravioli was a very large portion and was so mouthwatering and creamy. A friend of mine had the blackened salmon with cole slaw and said it was fresh and delicious. The chopped steak with mushrooms and gravy was the perfect comfort food and flatbread pizza was crispy and delicious. This is your typical Florida beach touristy spot, with lots of overpriced bar menu options. However the restaurant itself is huge and they have a rooftop patio so you can sit outside, with TV screens all around. For the downstairs, the windows were open so a nice breeze came in! I would say go for the Grouper Sandwich, because this sandwich is valued at Market Price, so it is comparable to any other restaurant. AND they give you a nice decent size portion of grouper!
