I dropped in 30 minutes before closing and got a great haircut. I am not one of those folks that knows what they want in a cut ... I dont know whst a #2 on the sides means or even how long I want the top ... I just want it to look good. I told the barber as much and he went to town and nailed it. I am new to the Dublin area & was in desperate need of a barber for my son. So I went online and found Hog's Breath. Based on their reviews I decided to try them and boy was I sorry. I asked for a number 2 all around and to shape it up around the edges. Pretty easy I think. They chopped off my son's side burns!!! Never coming here again!!! Everyone was nice but maybe the language barrier is the cause of the problem. The good thing about them is they're opened 7 days a week. read more

Absolutely horrible. It's 10 bucks but u get what u pay for. They don't take direction well because their English is limited. Then they get upset and scoff because they didn't understand you. The extra 5-8 bucks you pay elsewhere is worth the headache of dealing with these inevitable communication break downs. I waited one hour and when they took someone ahead of me, I made a fuss and she quickly said ok thank you very much. Very dismissive and rude. Plus they talk smack about you in their language for sure. Don't like the vibe from them. Will never go back. They shaved the sides of my head with a 0 clipper. I asked for a trim using scissors and a hard part! Clearly didn't understand ENGLISH! After the hard part with the clippers he ran the clippers at the base of my neck up the back of my neck. I stopped him but it was too late. I'll be wearing a hat for the next 3 weeks. read more

Got my hair cut here a few times. Very pleased. Amy (first chair on the right) is great. I wish they took plastic, but I understand the tax implications, so it's all good that they only take cash. I also wish they were consistent. At times you get a brief shoulder massage with your haircut, and other times you don't. If they skip the massage, I give a lesser tip. Only fair. read more

Got my hair done yesterday from Sophie, she is sweet, very carefully and details my hair. Her English is quiet very good too, we had a good chat during the time she was cutting my hair, and she gave me neck massage after hair cut. The only thing i put this place 5 stars is when i was ready to pay and all of sudden i didn't have enough cash. So she didn't turn to indispose to me like the other vietnamese place that i had gone before. She showed me in which i can get cash, and then i can come back and pay her later. Been going here for YEARs for all 3 of my boys. Today they charge me an extra $2 for the "line" they put on my two sons. First of all, I know it's just $2 but nowhere did they post on their prices that it is a new charge. Also, simply inform the customer FIRST, so we can decide if we want the "line" or not. The only thing going for this place is the renovation and live sports. Went in anticipating a good haircut but went out with terrible service. One stylist was beyond rude saying "oh my god" and "ugh" after requests to fix my hair as well as insults in Vietnamese. Not sure if the lady forgot she worked at a barber shop or what. At first the haircut was going smoothly after a request the haircut seemed rushed. All in all might go back but not promising. read more

First time coming here and absolutely loved the place. Very clean and good atmosphere. Barbor greets everyone when they come in and has ESPN on. Amy did a great job with my haircut. You can tell she's well experienced and judging by what I've seen with the other barbors, they are experienced as well. Then I go over to see what the price for the haircut is and it's only 12 bucks..12 bucks for a great haircut and service. Found my new barborshop. I have been maybe 20 times and have had just a haircut or combo cut and hot shave. Have been to 5 of the barbers, male and female, and I have to say they are all great at their craft. Yes, some are better than others, but I have never left unhappy. I have been in only one uncomfortable situation when another customer and a barber got into an argument over discomfort from a straight shaving service. The owner immediately came over to offer new tools, apologize etc, but there was a major language barrier on both ends. A soldier in uniform actually had to step in to calm the customer down. Still, I left with a flawless fade that day. Just note, you are getting well beyond what you pay for so tip well. read more

You get what you pay for. The WORST customer service. I've been going here for well over a year and am finally done. I tolerated their constant unprofessional chatter, but I had a more difficult time letting things slide after my usual barber nicked my nape and didn't tell me. (He even angled the hand mirror so that I wouldn't see it. My sister pointed out the wound later.) On my next visit, I asked one of the women who worked there (I don't think the word "ladies" is appropriate in this instance) if she could cut my hair. She told me to wait for my usual barber and I told her I was in a hurry (true) and couldn't wait. She then gave me more attitude, telling me that she wouldn't be able to give me the exact cut I'd been getting from him. I told her I didn't mind as long as she had an idea of what I wanted. She stared at me and at that moment I realized that I didn't trust this rude person who handles sharp objects. They fade in pretty good and it's cheap but their customer service skills are not up to par...they are always rushing you out of the chair! I went in for a low fade and got seated in the chair next to the register. That lady cuts good hair but when she was done she didn't line me up... so I requested if she could line me up with a straight razor, she didn't seem to like that I asked for it and that was the beginning of her attitude... she started to put on the shaving cream, and I felt it too high on the back of my head so I flinched forward and proceeded to ask, "you're only doing the line up right?" She didn't seem to understand my question, so I simply said , "just the line up ok..." this girl got upset and yelled at me and said "I know it!"... and gave me the fastest half-assed razor shave I've ever gotten.. I have been in here multiple times and each time with a decent result.. I went in today and got my haircut. After looking in the mirror my hair on the right side is round and left is blended square. She asked how long I wanted yhegop and I said trim it just a little she then pulled out clippers cutting my hair much shorter than I mentioned and didn't ask or say anything. After shaving my head she left a long patch in the front, which when I asked her about she pulled out scissors and cut it even shorter than the rest of my hair. Over all terrible experience and I am not someone who normally leaves reviews but she has no business cutting hair.. if I could leave negative stars I would read more

My 3rd time coming to this place and had bad cut on all 3 times. The first time was cut uneven so I went back to get it fixed. They look at me if I was crazy. The 2nd time was cut wrong. The 3rd time was cut to short and uneven again. I will not go back again. Gave them 3 chance. Do not recommend this place. read more
