So there are 2 moving belts, robots, and servers. It's a lot! Fun, but be aware. It is cool that you can see things moving past and try different things. The plates on the belt are also less than a full order, which means you can try more things, if that's your style. Service is pretty quick since you're helping yourself from the belt. They do a good job making sure there is a variety of items on the belt and seemed to restock pretty quickly. You can mostly chose from rolls and nigiri. I do like American style rolls, and enjoyed the options. The guy prefers nigiri. We ordered some tempura and picked some nigiri from the menu as well. I really enjoyed the veggie tempura. They have good salmon - we tried the peppered salmon, which he thought was too much, but was smokey and peppery, and I enjoyed. Neither were that great and the dream roll was missing the tuna and salmon it was supposed to have and they used a crab stick instead of real crab which was disappointing as well. The 2 in 1 roll was ok but nothing special. I will say that the order was ready early and they were gracious enough to included eel sauce and spicy mayo on the side as I requested, because it was not available as an add on, so I am going to assume the service is solid.
