Came at ~10 on a Sunday morning; a line out the door but line moves pretty fast! Small inside but good amount of seating and lots of outdoor seating too! Good vibes overall. Got 'Ceci's Fave' aka iced cinnamon brown sugar vanilla oat latte -- 10/10 perfect amount of flavor and sweetness while still tasting like coffee . Didn't get a chance to try the food, but definitely will next time. I get why it's so popular!!

The burritos and drinks were decent, nothing that totally wowed me, but still enjoyable overall. The real highlight for me was the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. It's a pretty chill spot to hang out and grab a casual bite.

Breakfast burrito Florentine (added chorizo) the best!

Always in search of an amazing breakfast burrito and found another gem! It seems like I was slow learning about this considering the line however it goes pretty quick. After waiting in line for 5 min I decided on the Flat brown and added cinnamon. This was one of the suggestions so I went with it. It was great and based with mocha and the cinnamon added a little extra which was pretty tasty and didn't disappoint. The drink came out first in like 10 min. I ordered the Florentine breakfast burrito and added chorizo! It seemed like a lighter burrito than a typical one so I thought the chorizo might balance out the flavor profile a little. It was fire in such an amazing way. Inside the burrito is spinach, avo, scrambled eggs and cheese. It came together nicely making it stand out from the typical burrito that fills heavy after eating. The chorizo added flavor and enhanced the burrito even more than I expected and was just the right amount not over powering the other flavors. It was different in a sense that it was filling, yet not in a way I felt like I needed to curl up and sleep it off :) in fact, after eating it, I realized I wasn't having to pour salsa all over it to add flavor. Although, that also makes it great too!! This place is a vibe for sure, not super big inside but there is a decent amount of seating inside and out. Parking is on the street and I found a spot close and there were many other spots around me even though the place was packed. The food came out in around 20 min but I also think I will order ahead online next time and then order my drinks there as they come out faster. Everyone here was nice and helpful! Definitely check it out and add to your list of must try's if you haven't been.

Great coffee and interesting atmosphere but what really sealed it was the wonderful attitude of the barista. She was obviously under a lot of pressure with all of the holiday business, but she still had a great attitude and beautiful smile. Well done!

Came here recently for the first time and definitely want to come back! I'm currently on a dairy free gluten free diet so got the bacon and friends tacos minus the sauce and cheese. They were still great but I definitely want to try their breakfast burritos in the future.

Holy smokes what a SPOT!! We wanted to go to a coffee shop in Costa Mesa that wasn't the place that shall not be named, a quick google search and found we could walk to this place! We will go every week multiple times a week until we've tried this whole menu. Let's start with the shop, it's awesome, such a cool vibe inside tons of fun, the coffee is excellent the baristas are very knowledgeable on their coffee the coffee is fun and delicious! The FOOD the food is INSANE! We split a carnitas burrito and my one year old son wanted it all. It was so simple and pure this burrito was perfection and allowed the tons of meat to be the star, no overpowering cheese or potato's meat and perfectly diced onion and cilantro blend. The rest of the menu also looked insane, they have a whole lunch menu that looks INSANE! I also asked where they get the pastries from... ALL IN HOUSE! We got a biscuit and it was the size of a softball! Light fluffy dense buttery PERFECT!! We will take down this whole menu and come here every weekend AWESOME CERTIFIED!

There are a fair share of coffee spots in Orange County but this one is special. They are a coffee shop in the morning but at night they turned into a dinner/dessert concept and the food quality, especially their award-winning chili and beef tallow fries are really really incredible. Their new beef breakfast burrito is to die for. This place is also work friendly and I'm always here with my laptop sitting here for hours eating drinking and working. It's great Wi-Fi great ambience and just a great place overall to come when you wanna get out of the house.

Hola Adios Coffeeshop is the neighborhood coffeeshop located in Costa Mesa with another new location in Tustin. Apparently each location has a unique menu - breakfast burritos and pacos (pancake tacos) @ the Costa Mesa location and biscuit sandwiches and toasts @ the Tustin location. The coffee shop runs a diner service called Diner Noche at night from 5 PM to 9 PM (Wednesday to Saturday). [Parking]: The coffee shop has a small parking lot behind the building, but the lot only has 6 spots and very difficult to get in and out. [Atmosphere]: Very cute interior vibe with house plants. There's a separate window for take-out orders and the shop has a small outdoor patio area. The cafe was mostly packed with young & hip customers when I came here and the shop also has bar seats. The coffee shop has a great first date vibe, but most customers just come here to sit & work on laptops. [Menu]: Breakfast burrito is the item to get here. As for drinks the Yelp top highlights are Cold Brew, Hot Vanilla Latte, and Matcha Latte. They also offer Fermensch Kombucha and other hot teas. *** Hot Latte $5.50 (vanilla Syrup $0.50): A really good cup of latte - not overly sweet with a smooth finish. Bacon and Friends Burrito (bacon, scrambled eggs, crispy home fries, charred green onion, cheddar cheese, house-made ancho sauce, creme fraiche - $15.00 - extra $0.50 for an extra HA salsa): Bacon was slightly salty and GK (green) sauce was actually surprisingly spicy. *** S-tier coffee and a-tier breakfast burrito - bump up to 5-star on the s-tier interior vibe.

Stopped by over the weekend the morning after a night out and was not disappointed. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was more than enough food and hit the spot for me! Also got a cold brew- I will say it seems like the cold brew here is sweeter than most others, still smooth and great. I just prefer a more bitter cold brew I think. The couple of friends I was with got the vegetarian burrito and tacos. I tried a taco and the cojita cheese really took it up a notch. Next time I come here, I'm getting the same chorizo burrito with a lil side of cojita! We also shared a banana muffin and it was good, I wish we asked them to heat it up, but now we know for next time!

    Matcha Dreamsicle is a MUST-
    Dani B.

Stopped in after a beach day with my daughter & friends to grab a drink to go & had a very pleasant experience with Milla. This was my first visit to this particular location & have frequented the Tustin location previously. From what I could see there only seems to be street parking & I parked in front of the shop. Not sure if there is a back lot, I just got lucky enough that I was able to grab a spot super close! The interior is cute, they have an additional beverage refrigerator & merch for sale. Seating inside as well as outside. I ordered the Dreamsicle Matcha & the presentation was just gorgggg. The drink itself was so yummy & definitely gives other coffee shops nearby a run for their money ;) IYKYK I will be coming here more often for my after beach pick me up in the future!

Hands down the best coffee shop in Orange County. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming! The food and coffee are so good, and the indoor + outdoor seating are nice and relaxing. The vibes are always right. Today was my last day here since I'm moving out of state, and the staff surprised me with the notes of safe travels on my cup . Just a reminder of how special this place really is. Great shop. Great people. Great vibes. Thank you all for everything

    Barbocoa biscuit. Phenomenal!
    Sarah C.

The food and drink are the main attractions, but the ambiance is a close second. This cute, bustling, lively neighborhood coffee shop is amazing! I got the slow and low Barbacoa biscuit. It was the perfectly flaky biscuit that was filled with a tender meat, pickled onions, and guacamole. Oh my goodness was it good and filling! Get it! My friend got a chorizo burrito. She said it was just as good! The ladies and gentlemen at the counter were friendly, engaging, and willing to give advice! They sold super cute T-shirt and sweatshirts. I decided to shop local and get a sweatshirt. I love everything about this place and wished that I had one in my neighborhood. This is a model coffee shop with hearty food.

(Does anyone work anymore!? ) The longest I waited was an hour but that was 3 weeks after opening. And I can tell you, as long as you have the time it will be worth it. The overall aesthetic is coastal cowboy meets rustic modern. There is a ton of seating with a great outdoor patio. Parking in the back is pretty slim, so your best bet is street parking. You can either get lucky or park around the block, depending on the day / time. My absolute favorite coffee is the Hawaiian Cowboy. It flavor profile is a nutty tasting honey that's refreshing yet not overly sweet. You can actually taste the espresso without it being too powerful. This coffee is worth the wait. Their other drinks are also good, but this one takes the cake. They have a pretty expansive food menu as well, so it's much more than "just a coffee shop". And you can't forget about their baked goods. O M G. It's from a local bakery (sift bakery) who makes the best non basic treats around. Salty horse found its place at the top of my list in a very saturated coffee market.

At the Costa Mesa location, parking was a little tricky at first, but after circling we got lucky with a corner spot. The location itself is SO cute! The line was pretty long and you are standing in direct sun, so just keep that in mind, but the service was quick and efficient once you order. Inside, it's small but really charming, with Sunny Angels hidden around and a very open, friendly vibe. My sister (who is basically a professional coffee drinker at this point ) got the matcha and said it was her favorite, which says a lot. My husband got the cold brew "Nook way" and finished it in like 10 minutes. He said it tasted like Golden Grahams cereal. Highly recommend both locations and especially the Spanish latte.
