well, here we are almost a year later, after getting the courage up to try and take my vehicle back in for the exact same repairs that were not performed last time, I went back...and now it's "foolish me". I set my expectations very low this time and they managed to fall short of that. They have now had the vehicle for 3 weeks after waiting 30 days for an appointment. I went to pick it up after being told by "Nacho" it was ready last week, (he is the only service advisor for Airstreams) and come to find out NONE of the work not even the simple state inspection has been completed........for 3 weeks it's just sat out in the elements (I pay to store it enclosed). I highly recommend Steve, not because of the type of work that he does but because of his character. I'd like you to all understand and come with me on the journey that was the purchase of our holiday rambler...from the moment we walked into the building, we were greeted, not just with a sweet treat, but by some outstanding individuals from the one that greeted us at the door on arrival to that one that escorted us out of the door when we completed our transaction. After a disappointing attempt to purchase a fifth wheel I contacted Holiday World in Willis, TX. A young man, Daryl Gallion, happened to take my call. He immediately went to the unit I was interested in and made a video which he sent me. I was impressed that he sent a walk through video and worked with me both professionally and personably to make arrangements for our purchase. The business office young lady, Leela, was also very professional and courteous and handled every detail well. The service department was very good at showing us and walking through the rv with us taking note of everything we wanted fixed which was actually very little. When we arrived home one of the slides wouldn't move out. It was simply not getting power. At this juncture we contacted the service department and were less than pleased with the response and initial solutions offered. We had a learning curve regarding how to approach service as well. The problem was resolved and was very simple. The few replacement items arrived and we used the dealership nearest us in Alvarado and again found the service and professional atmosphere to be very good. We had a very positive experience with Holiday World and I recommend them. read more

In May of 2021 I purchased a Springdale 32Th toy hauler from Holiday World with expected delivery in July. We signed an agreement with a $3500.00 deposit with balance due by cashiers check on delivery. I received a phone call about two weeks later by a different salesperson than my original stating that they probably would not be able to make the delivery date while trying to sell me a used trailer that did not meet my requirements. I advised that I would wait and that I didn't have to have the RV until October. In August and numerous times afterwards my original sales person contacted me with status reports on the delivery. My RV arrived the first week of October and a date was set for delivery the second week of October. The finance manager contacted me the day before delivery trying to sell me a $3500 warranty policy which I declined. At that point he told me that the cost of the trailer was higher than expected and that I would have to pay an additional $3400.00. I told him that I had an agreement and I would be at delivery with the specified amount. When I arrived with cashiers check in hand they breached the agreement and refused to sell me the RV. I deem this as being illegal, theft of equity and morally unacceptable. I left without the RV that I had waited 4 + months for and spent undetermined dollars and man hours preparing for its arrival. If I were dying of thirst I wouldn't trust these people to sell me a bottle of water. Check out other reviews and check with the Better Business Bureau which I should have done. read more

We have brought home our new camper this week and everyone at Holiday World of Katy was wonderful. Robert was very knowledgeable about the inventory and was able to assist us in finding the perfect camper. Sheldon in finance explained every step and worked had to get us a great rate. UB gave us a detailed and complete tour and training of our camper and was patient with all of our stupid questions. Dennis in part was also extremely helpful in assisting me in getting just the parts I needed for my camper. Great selection, great staff and a wonderful experience. read more

These people helped me out of a really bad spot. I hit a low bridge and knocked the air-conditioner off my RV. It was raining and the rain was coming in ! #holidayworldofleaguecity A great friend of mine had bought a 33 ft trailer there and was awaiting pickup and as the driver arrived to pick it up he noticed they had wrecked it and was doing repairs. they were going to fix it and not let my friends know.. a wrecked rvs value will drop by thousands as soon as they would have driven off the lot.. when they got to the #holidayworld and going to take pictures to get a 3rd party to verify conditionof trailer they met with a staff not willing to help by giving information , rude and mangement arueing with the customer as well as the maint supervisor become threatning. worst customer service ever. the customer whos 69yr old mother is dishing out all this money she just told by several managers if she took it they would compensate her by giving her a 1000 dollar gift card. well the value of the trailer already dropped by thosands because of the wreck and possible damage to shell of trailer. if it leaks its ruined. so she wanted a new one which they said they could do but wouldny compensate for all the loses of her having to hire a driver to pull the trailer and the setup costs.... First I must distinguish between the Sales Department and the Service Department. This rating is for the SALES DEPARTMENT ONLY. I recommend Tom Marino and will pass on his contact information to anyone I know looking for an RV. The transaction could not have gone any smoother. Tom's attention to detail is remarkable and we enjoyed talking to him. The extra time he took with us even after signing the dotted line and closing the deal was appreciated, there for us but never pushy. Each time we walk into the dealership Tom takes time to say hi and see how things are working out for us and our new camper. I now see how he earned the nick name "Midnight Marino", he should embrace his nickname, it shows his commitment to customer satisfaction and the willingness to go the extra mile to close the deal and make his customers feel comfortable and informed. Tom has a great knowledge of the products on his lot. Steve Sellers, took care of me online I had the camper price already negotiated down to what I was happy to pay for it. I did find while doing nationwide searches 2 campers for roughly $1000 to $1500 cheaper but Steve made a very valid observation and pointed out something that I hadn't given much thought to. I was on a quest for the cheapest price and was willing to drive several hundred miles to save a few bucks. It turns out that it is well worth the extra money to be able to drive to the dealership in my home town and get things repaired versus having to drive out of town to get small simple things covered. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with Holiday World, the Katy location in particular. I have had my Keystone Springdale for about 8 months. it is nothing but problems, especially the air conditioning. it has been in for service three times for the air conditioning and a variety of other leaks and defective parts. Every time it goes in for service, it takes several weeks to get the service completed. This time, I booked the service two months in advance. It has been at the location for four days and they have not even touch it yet! The last time it was in, they bent the tong jack and it had a huge nail in the tire when I picked it up. The long and short of it is the Keystone products are junk and the service after the sale is deplorable. read more

I should have listened to all the negative reviews. Buying our RV was not all too terrible an experience except for getting belittled for asking for our own RV inspection. They told us it would be a waste of our money since (a) they do a several hundred point inspection themselves and (b) they are not obligated to fix anything our inspector finds. Well, their several hundred point inspection did not find the leaky valve on the black tank that allowed several gallons of feces to to leak through and shower me when I tried to connect our stinky slinky for the first time (prior to anybody having used the toilets after our purchase) nor did it find the barely connected shower drain that leaked gallons of water into our lower compartment before I discovered where it was coming from. Two very loose connections. So much for their several hundred point inspection. We tried to give them the opportunity to make it right before posting this, but no return phone calls. My husband and I came in Saturday afternoon to look at travel trailers. Reed Houffpauir was our sales person. He showed us the 2019 Hideout in the back of the lot that was delivered to the dealership, but was not on inventory. It had been delivered by mistake, but they could sell. The VP of Sales, Kevin Houffpauir then met with us wrote us up a purchase agreement that day to bring to our credit union. He looked us in the eye and said if I tell the manufacturer not to come get this unit they will listen. Even showed us that he was texting them. He also stated that If we can get Reed an answer by Monday afternoon I can tell them hold off a day or two with no money down as we had our own financing. He lied right to our faces! We obtained financing and insurance today (first thing Monday morning as agreed upon) and when my husband called this afternoon the unit was gone!!!! This was after he spoke with Reed this morning, sent paperwork to him and nothing was mentioned! This is absolutely the most slimy and underhanded sales treatment I have ever received. My wife and I drove from the Austin area to Katy today (about 160 miles each way) to look at a new Newmar New Aire motorhome we had seen on their website. We erroneously assumed that they would be taking measures to protect their customers and staff from COVID-19. We went in and asked for a salesman and were told to wander around the showroom while they got someone to help us. Meanwhile, we were the only people in the showroom with face masks, including employees. There were quite a few customers in the showroom, and there was no apparent effort to encourage social distancing for the protection of everyone. One would think we are not in a pandemic after entering the business. After just a few minutes there, we told them we were not comfortable and left. If they have this little respect for the safety of their customers and employees, that is a poor reflection of how they do business, so I would not be comfortable purchasing from them. read more

I recently went to holiday world in Katy to pick up my mom's new travel trailer. They asked me for my keys so they could hook the trailer up to my truck. When they pulled it to the front I noticed a big dent in the side of my truck, so I asked an employee what happened and they told me to wait while they get a manager. About 10 min later a man named Andy Troxell (service manager) came out and he explained to me that I needed to get a quote and he would take care of it. I took off work the next day to get a quote and emailed him. Since then he has not returned my emails or returned several calls. If I could give this place less than one star I would. read more

We went in with our research at hand. Reed was a great sales person and very friendly he made sure to listen to exactly what we wanted. We found the Camper that fit our family. However, Reed went on vacation and that when things turned. We went in with a pre-appoval letter for financing from our own bank, put a deposit down and were told we would be able to come during the week and pick it up at 5:00 pm after work hours. Only to be told later that the last walk though time is at 4 pm. No big deal so we asked about Saturday, They said sure as long as you get here early. We were there at 9 am. Had to wait and wait then finance to sign papers, sign said we were good to go. Then we had to wait some more to do a walk though. Finally did the walk though with Josh who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is the one that spotted the propane gauges were not working and had to be changed. In the mean time of us doing this, Our SUV was to be in service getting the hitch installed. It was not when we got done. We had to wait yet some more for the hitch to be installed after we had to say something. Josh again took care of this for us. (Sales treated us like we didn't exist) Finally 4 hrs later we are ready Camper is hooked up. We get on the interstate to go home and the camper starts swaying all over the road. We get out on the side of the high way to tighten up the weight distribution hitch. Get back on the interstate only to still have the same problem. Turned around went back to the dealer only to find out that the hitch was set wrong. Another 30 min. Finally we made it home a little before 4 pm. Only for finance to call and say we forgot to leave our money for the down payment. (You got to be kidding would you really forget to ask for your money is what I was thinking.) He asked if we could bring it back up to Katy, I stated we just made it home and that was not happening. Now he is calling saying he can not complete the deal until he receives that. I don't think we will do business with them from now on. We will be going elsewhere. It's been a nightmare. read more

Our Airstream Interstate 2017 went in for warranty repair work on November 15th and today is December 21st. Also, I made this a scheduled appointment four weeks prior to taking the unit in for repairs. We had a complete inverter power failure, excessive generator noise, thermal blanket on water storage container became completely dislodged, failure of remote control unit for the blind and adjustment of windshield wiper blades. I was told today "after repeated phone calls" after 5 weeks at Holiday World Katy the repairs are still not finished. They never initiated communication with me...all contact with them has been initiated by me. My service advisor will take my call and then promised to call me back with an update on repairs in 15 to 30 minutes and I won't hear anything for days until I initiate the phone call again. If I had it all to do over again, I would never have purchased this recreational vehicle from Holiday World of Katy and I would never use their service department again! My experience with Holiday World has been very unpleasant and I kick my self for not looking at their reviews first before going their. We were flooded out of our home so it was a stressful moment and I probably wasn't thinking with a clear head. I am impressed with the camper that we got an Sundance XLT by Heartland but, needless to say the sink leaks and the refrigerator does not work. We do not have the means to bring back into the shop and had to resort to a mobile RV Service to come out and 2 weeks later still waiting on the part. Yes, shame on me we should have tested out the camper in there "pseudo" campground but, we were in a hotel with 2 dogs & our cat truly the last thing on my mind. When doing the walk through we noticed it wasn't cool but, the guy told us that it was because it had not been plugged in long. In short I just felt they didn't care and could careless that their "PRODUCT" didn't work proper and they didn't want to make it right. I don't want pitty because we were flooded I just want customer service to do the right thing. I will pay for the part and service but, at least go out on a limb and send someone out to look at it. read more

My husband and I went to see a trailer that Holiday World of Katy said they had on their lot. We called before coming out, and were told that it was still there but we were warned again (had been told previously) that it might be sold or have a deposit on it. That was fine because we were not ready to buy but wanted to see what the actual model felt like in person. We asked if the employees wore masks right now and were told that was up to us. (that set off a red flag to me, but not my husband as I think right now, it should be a resounding yes!) My husband said we do wear masks and expect the same courtesy since we are over age 65, and so were told by the salesman that he would then wear one. Over 80-90% of covid deaths are occurring in people over age 60. We arrived within a half hour to find that the trailer was no longer there (I am not really annoyed about that because we did not ask the salesman to check when we called that day) but he stood there with us and never attempted to put on a mask. Maybe he just forgot after 20 minutes but it is situations like this that will make it impossible to get the covid curve down so we can return to a normal life. This gentleman may have even been older than us! There was a sign on the door asking customers not to enter without a mask, so why can't we receive the same respect from their employees? If hospital workers can wear masks 12 hours a day, I think everyone who goes out in public places can do the same. When some of you lose a loved one to this disease, or have older relatives basically shut up in their homes despite the fact they are still productive citizens, or become permanently disabled after an infection, perhaps you will view it as serious and not listen to the misinformation circulating. read more

Sales department OK, but beware of add ons by the financial people. They overcharge for unneeded additional warranties and automatically include the price of the warranty in your sales contract. Read the contract carefully and ask questions. Be prepared to spend the entire day picking up your RV, they make you wait for everything. The service department continues to be the worst. They don't repair when promised, they don't repair correctly the first time, and they often "forget" to order parts and then have a million excuses why a part did not arrive on time. They don't always install the correct part. I am beginning to think the incorrect repairs the first time (and some times the second time) are on purpose to make you have to return to the dealership so they can try to sell you something else. read more

The only reason I rated this company a 1 star is because I could not give them a zero star rating. After purchasing my RV from Holiday World in Katy, I find myself with a yard armament. i have taken it in to get repaired several times and after 2 1/2 years we have been able to used it just a few times. We have had trouble with it every time and had to take it in to get fixed. The last time I took it to Holiday World in Katy, I was told that it would be fixed in 1 week. 2 MONTHS later i picked it up and it was still not fixed. In addition the inside had damage which was brought to the attention of the manager. He took pictures and said he would get back to me in 2 days. I have been calling them for the last 2 weeks and I still do not have a response. Now, like in the past it takes them weeks to get back to me. I am still waiting for a response. Their prices for their mechanics are ridiculous $200 + / hour and it is still not fixed. Extended warranty that was sold to us is useless everywhere else except for their dealership. Quality of of salesmanship and service is terrible.They have a sign in the front that says "we treat customers like family ". It is a shame they treat their family this bad. Buyer BEWARE!!!! Holiday World of Katy is quite possibly the absolute worst when it comes to Service/Customer Service! What is point of purchasing any type of RV when it is nearly impossible to have warrantied work completed!? Holiday World of Katy has had our trailer or has not completed repairs necessary nearly 10 MONTHS out of the 12 we have owned it!!! Please bear with me as I explain the hell we have been through, it is lengthy and my goal is to not leave anything out and warn people before they make the same mistake we have! My family of 6 purchased our 2nd trailer (a 2016 Keystone Avalanche) in May 0f 2016. We have 4 little girls who absolutely love to go camping and upgrading to the Avalanche was something we were looking forward to! We took our new purchase on a Memorial Weekend trip and quickly realized there were several issues a brand new trailer should not have, however, stuff happens and we were optimistic they would be repaired quickly and efficiently. Boy were we wrong. The main entry door was nearly impossible to open by anyone other than my husband, the rear toilet did not work, and upon waking up our first morning we were surrounded by nearly a foot of water due to pipes/water connection valves being placed in the wrong location (something that should have been checked before it was sold to a customer). We finished out our trip and at our earliest convenience dropped it off for repairs to be made. Our next trip was planned for Father's Day Weekend (about 3 weeks away). Aside from the above problems being repaired we were promised the trailer would be scotch guarded and detailed thoroughly inside and out. However, that was not the case. Out of SIX repairs/items promised to be made, only ONE was done- which was the water connections. Nothing else was done- NOTHING!!! We dropped it off again after Father's Day Weekend (June 2016) with the same promise to correct repairs. Our trailer was at Holiday World of Katy until SEPTEMBER! We were in constant contact with Sharryl in service because we had a major tripped planned to Disney World mid-September. We were told over and over again they would have all repairs/promised work completed in a timely manner so we could have sufficient time to pack and prepare for our big trip. However this was not the case! We had to fight to get our trailer by the time we needed to leave for Disney. And still- they had not completed the scotch guard or cleaned the inside as promised! They had nearly THREE MONTHS to complete repairs, clean the trailer and scotch guard it. And when we came to pick it up we were actually told ALL work was done, however it was blatantly obvious it was not. But we had to have the trailer, so we told them we would once again bring it back after our trip. We left for Disney mid-September, while driving; an outdoor panel cover flew off while on the highway. The latch for the closet doors in the bunk room malfunctioned and came loose during transit and upon opening the slides completely tore off the doors and the hydraulics completely went out making it impossible to open the slides. When we arrived in Florida with 4 small kids late at night we had broken closet doors that had been ripped to pieces, slides that would not open, and a huge piece missing off the side of our brand new trailer. And to touch base just in case anyone wants to blame us for not properly closing the closet doors before closing the slides- my husband and I have a very through checklist we complete BEFORE closing the slides. We touch every drawer/cabinet to make sure they are properly closed. This major trip was no exception. So spare me the blame that we somehow could be at fault for the destruction of our entire closet system in the bunk room. Moving on- after our 2 week trip to and from Disney (which was nearly ruined by our trailer) we dropped it off AGAIN in October and once again were promised repairs would be made. I am sure they were actually getting tired of seeing us at this point. We had owed our trailer for 5 months and Holiday world had had it for NEARLY FOUR MONTHS!!!! So from October to January our trailer sat at Holiday World. We were told over and over again they were unable to find a Hydraulic leak- "they looked and looked and looked, and were we sure there was a leak?"), but all other repairs (outdoor cover panel, scotch guard, inside detail were completed in full). During these 4 MONTHS, we had to get hotels 3 separate times for planned trips (which do the math- family of 6 is not cheap, all while paying for the trailer we cannot use)!!!. In January we had to pick up the trailer for a trip (hotel was not an option this time). Upon arrival it was blatantly obvious NOTHING was completed! Although we were promised everything was completed aside from the hydraulics because they were certain there was no leak. But once again- it wasn't! We purchased a gently used 5th wheel from Holiday World of Katy. I found the listing for the 5th wheel online and emailed questions. With in 15 minutes I was contacted by S. Sellers with the internet department. He emailed me pictures that described the rv listing all of the blemishes and features.(It was a used camper, it will have blemishes.) We drove 4 hours to see the camper and it was exactly what he described. We purchased the camper and agreed Holiday World would fix some of the blemishes and make sure it was in good working condition. I had several questions and request while the service department worked on the camper. S. Sellers was excellent at communicating and completing all of our request. He is an excellent salesman who went the extra mile for us. When we arrived to pick up the camper and the service was excellent. Josh did a great job of completing our walk-through and took care of all of the details. S. Sellers recommended we stayed the night at the dealership campground to make sure everything was working. We did have a problem with the refrigerator. Saturday morning we went and explained the refrigerator was not working. Within 10 minutes 2 service guys were at the camper and fixed the problem. I cannot say enough good about how friendly, detailed, and knowledgeable the service department was at Holiday World. This is not our first camper and we have dealt with other dealerships. Purchasing experience was great, financing was pleasant, lots of annoying add-ons, warranty only good at place of purchase. Sure why not, they appear to have their stuff together....our unit was bought used, only 2 years old. After holiday world got their hands on it, it's spent more time in the shop than being camped in. Picked it up from storage for some spring break camping and the bed is soaked from a leak that had been previously already been fixed by holiday world. My wife and I are new to the RV/Travel Trailer experience. Nonetheless, we are moving forward to learn about Travel Trailers... we elected to rent one and therefore needed to install a brake controller in our vehicle. I went to Holiday World to buy a brake controller and have it installed... and was told by the "gentleman" who is apparently one of their service managers... "unless you buy your travel trailer from us, we not install your brake controller" (direct quote, including the stilted English). I thought he might not have understood that we are renting a travel trailer (with the likelihood of buying a travel trailer afterward), and this individual repeated himself: "No. Unless you buy from us, we not install the brake controller." So... I walked out, drove down to Camping World, and had a FAR better experience. GO TO CAMPING WORLD!!!! THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!!! Holiday World has no concept of service, and no concept of salesmanship. Good for them... they just lost my business, and I'll tell others as well... read more

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Since the day we took delivery of our Keystone Bullet, it has been like living in a horror movie. Service Department is a JOKE. No one returns calls, you have to actually travel to the dealership to get anyone to talk to you. Back wall of our travel trailer had to be replaced TWICE. Bad enough that it had to be replaced at all, but the first time it was replaced, they did such an awful job, had to do it again. The service people acted like they were doing us a favor by agreeing to replace the wall. The paint on the front of the trailer faded within the first year. Had to get it repainted. I have to admit, this problem was the fault of the manufacturer, but trying to get our trailer scheduled for the work to be done by the dealership was ridiculous. Words simply cannot describe the frustration we had to endure. DO NOT BUY AN RV FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The problems are far too numerous to list. Our travel trailer sat on dealership lot for 5 months. No one would return calls. Worst customer experience ever. Happiest day of ownership was the day we sold the trailer and no longer have to deal with Holiday World. read more

DON'T BUY FROM HOLIDAY WORLD. Even though the sales process is pleasant - they DO NOT inspect their units thoroughly. Once you sign the contract you are stuck with a defective unit. I have bought 2 units from them. The 2017 catalina had all sorts of problems and even though they tried to fix them, I had a year of frustrations. I blamed it on the manufacturer. But now having traded it for a used 2018 IMPACT (4 mths old) - I have found it is because they do not take care of the problems before the customer buys it. I bought it Feb 2018, and have been in it once. It is now May 2018. It has been at the dealer for repairs all this time. It had a broken awning light, broken bunk bed motor, 4 leaks on the roof (which caused a lot of water in the unit), a refrigerator that did not work properly. read more

Service department is the worst for Airstreams! 3 months ours has been in there for routine maintenance and we must chase them for any update and when they respond it's half or little of the information that you have requested. For every 6th message left, one might be returned or you get lucky and you get someone on phone. They do not hold themselves to high standards nor appreciate their customers desire to have timely service completed. They take reservations but come to find out they don't work on it in that timeline but just when they get to it eventually. We even had a large gash in the side of the body from their own work crew that was completely undisclosed and we had to implore the manager to review security footage for the explanation of their carelessness. Second time we have gone to pick up finished work and there was damage done at the service shop. They do not communicate with each other or their customers, they do not follow through or follow up, they do not treat every guest as an honored guest as their company policy states. Would highly recommend not to use the service department, they are a dysfunctional and a big mess of an organization. read more

Holiday World and Keystone Montana quality are now terrible. Owned two previous Montana and thought I was getting the same quality in my new 2018 Montana Legacy premium priced 5th wheel. How wrong I was. Factory must not have any system to assure a quality product and Holiday World evidently checks nothing before they sale it to you. How else can you explain that we noticed that part of the tile on kitchen backsplash was missing on our walk thru after unit was brought from another lot - along with several other issues. When we went back to pick it up several weeks later - tile still missing. Picked up got ready for 1st trip -inverter would not work- called service said would have to order new one and needed to make and appointment ( may get it in in 3or 4 weeks.) Left on trip anyway because refrigerator would work on shore power. Trip from hell. Power winch for power cord broke 1st stop ( had to manually push in- not easy) Water to kitchen sink barely trickled. Next stop water line to icemaker leaked and wet floor- closet doors that were on original list would not slide. Our final stop before we gave up I hooked up water to flush tanks - assumed dump valves had opened when I pulled both handles- they had not- wife screamed when lower bathroom flooded floor. Had to buy wet vac to suck sewer out thru commode. Kitchen sink would not dump either. Took unit to Holiday World spent 8 wks while they waited for Keystone to approve WARRANTY items. You can't reach service and if you leave a message they don't return calls. Went to pick up- inverter still not working- another week in shop. Now back in shop because water line leak was not fixed and water heather won't work on electric- waiting on Keystone to approve WARRANTY request again. If this This unit obviously left factory and was never checked by anyone at Keystone our Holiday World for quality. These are not WARRANTY items just poor quality work. Stay clear of Holiday Word and Montana. read more

Why would a finance employee deposit a down payment for an RV BEFORE the customer is even approved for a loan??????? That's what your employee, Joe, in financing did!!! I just logged into my checking account and saw that the check was processed. That means he had to have deposited our down payment check of $6,500 on Tuesday of this week - we gave it to him on Saturday, 8/31. A down payment check is part of the loan!! We had the option to make the RV deal only if the loan terms were acceptable to us. He called us today to tell us what the terms were and they weren't what we asked for and HE HAD ALREADY DEPOSITED OUR CHECK AND DIDN"T EVEN TELL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's an AWFUL employee!!!!!!! We bought a Fleetwood Bounder 2013 in March. They couldn't be more accommodating for the sale. THEN, the minor warranty issues. We have been in there 3 times in the past 9 months and it has been 4 months altogether they had the motorhome. Now, that is absolutely absurd. Nearly half the time we had the RV, it has been at Holiday World for repairs. They keep repairing the same things over as they do sloppy work or don't do it at all when we bring it in. I would NOT recommend them. We have called Fleetwood and have gained permission not to ever have to use them, again. For the kind of money we spent, you would think they would treat you much better. Car dealers who sell a vehicle for a 3rd of the money we spent on this give better service. Buyer beware!! read more

They have totally stolen the joy from the purchase of a used Coach, it has been 10 months of trying to get them to do what they said they would do and now i have started to just fix the items myself. Bought a 2013 Cougar fifth wheel and the trouble began on delivery. They delivered the RV that had been on the floor at the Reliant Center, which was not what we were promised! The slides remote was missing and one recliner was mechanically impaired. They refused to replace the chair. We were on our first outing when the control panel failed. The bigger issue was finding that many of these trailers had been having this problem and they did not take care of it up front! More than once we have left our trailer for warranty work (weeks at a time) and not gotten everything done. Before picking it up last time, I paid $1,000 for an air conditioner install over the bedroom. That was six weeks ago. Last night we had the first real rain and woke up to water cascading into the bed through their expertly installed unit. Can't wait for the hell I know awaits me trying to solve this one! read more

Do you not go here if you don't have to. My husband and I have been looking for RVs for several months now decided to stop here even though the reviews weren't so positive and give them a chance. We met with Steve Lankford who was the most rudest sales person and degrading on women. We were looking for a particular set up of an RV and we wanted to see if these RVs had that and he was very rude to myself and then my husband confronted him about him being rude and degrading and he was very rude to my husband as well. It was like he just wanted to sell us an RV and didn't care what we wanted he just wanted to get one off his lot and make a commission. What's my husband told him we're already preapproved and we could buy any RV on that lot and kind of gave him a piece of his own medicine he tone down his attitude but by that point we were disgusted at how rude he was and he wasn't listening to what we wanted in an RV we decided to leave. We went to quarter-mile down the road to camping world had the best experience bought an RV that day never pressured very happy with the service we got would recommend camping world which is only a quarter mile or so down the road very helpful and very nice non-pressuring. read more

You know when you try to spend $200,000 on a MH you would think a dealership would fall over backwards to make the sale. The price deal/trade-in price we made were good but they just couldn't get the unit ready for delievery - promise, oh yes - but never make it happen. The big reason, other then the unit not being ready, is they are serious about the 30 day no deposit return - I tried to get them to extend the 30 days but they wouldn't do it - so we walked away - w/ our deposit. We have visited a few RV factory's and they're all well run and produce a pretty good product - after 2 years of full-timing - the weak link in the industry is the dealerships and service. We have actually gotten to where we just schedule a once a year appointment at the factory to handle any issues - they actually know what they're doing and even out of warranty are willing to do free things to make thier customers happy - what a concept. Anyway, the sales guy was ok, the deal was acceptable the managers (we talked w/ 2) were useless - one actually told us they have the worst detail people - really? I have 2 take aways for you to consider from our experience at HW: 1. check the unit over really well, they do a lot of damage to them on the lots (we will take delievery at the factory next time) 2. DO NOT let the 30 days expire on your deposit cause they will keep it!!! read more

Wow just left this place. It is terrible. Called a week in advance to schedule a state inspection on my fiver. Got the voicemail and received a call back from Dean, who is supposedly the only person who can schedule anything. I indicated I needed some possible warranty work done but most of all I needed a state inspection. Dean indicated I could bring it in any time M-F between 9-4 for a state inspection and they would take a look at my warranty problem then. I let him know I would be bringing it in on Friday morning. He confirmed twice that I did not need an appointment for this. I reiterated twice to confirm. Of course I get here and they cannot do a state inspection. For some odd reason the one person that does them is out due to a funeral. On top of it all every single person I talked to in service felt like they were doing me a favor.
