Based on sales only. Purchased a small travel trailer from Corey. Very accommodating and friendly. Process was easy and location took care of me. I'll have to review the service department in the future.

$259 per hour service rate.

Watch these scumbags closely. They are by far the most expensive service center I have ever seen. For example, a part that can be purchased "everywhere" for $300 is $600 at this dealer. A hitch that can be purchased "everywhere" for $900 is $1500 at Holiday World. Their hourly rate is an incredible $259 per hour. The service they preformed on my RV was not properly done. They will have to fix what they already "fixed." Just stay clear of these folks.

Only giving one star because it made me. Do not buy from this company. They made my senior age…read moreparents sign a contract for an RV that wasn't ready so they could line their pockets. Huge electrical issues. Went to pick up and they said it was good to go. However you could smell the electrical burn. It has shorted out a microwave and an air conditioner. This is not safe and shows they have no concern for people's safety. Shady business.

Let me start by saying that if you ever find yourself in need of an RV and want to have a blast…read moredoing it, look no further than Blue Compass RV! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a wild ride--quite literally. Picture this: it's 6:55 PM, and I burst through the dealership doors like a lottery winner on a mission (because I *was* a lottery winner!). I had just cashed my big check six weeks prior and was ready to hit the open road to Las Vegas for a poker tournament. I declared, "I need an RV, *NOW*!" Debra, the incredibly knowledgeable salesperson with a serious side and an alarming frequency of saying "Holy Schnikes!" jumped into action. She quickly introduced me to the majestic Jayco fifth wheel that dreamers like me only see in RV fantasies. Her enthusiasm for RVs was infectious, especially when she started telling me about her recent trip to the Jayco factory. I was sold faster than you can say "Holy Schnikes!" But when I mentioned I needed the RV that night, Debra informed me that I had to chat with Chris, the General Manager with silver hair that sparkled, broad shoulders that could almost lift the whole dealership, and a smile that could light up Christmas. He was nothing short of awesome! Chris called in his partner-in-RV adventures, Joseph, the service manager with the most delightful romantic Spanish accent. Honestly, with that voice, he could probably convince the RVs to clean themselves! Together, they did a thorough inspection and made my future rolling palace shine like a new pin. Meanwhile, the Finance Manager RJ, with his porcupine-esque hairstyle and knack for musical interruptions, broke out a ukulele and started a spontaneous sing-along. I found myself dancing around the showroom to some catchy tune while they handled the paperwork. It was like buying an RV in a musical! And the best part? They stayed three hours past closing to ensure I was all set for my Las Vegas adventure. Talk about dedication! I drove off with my fabulous Jayco in tow and zoomed straight to Vegas. Now, I'll be honest--once I got to the poker tournament, I made the rookie mistake of betting everything I had on black, and let's just say luck was not on my side that night. But hey, at least I had the coolest RV on the block! So, here's the takeaway: if you want a fun, memorable, and utterly entertaining experience buying an RV, head to Blue Compass RV. With a fantastic team of characters like Chris, Debra, Joseph, and RJ, you'll be singing your way to RV ownership and perhaps even laughing all the way to Las Vegas (even if you lose a little). Holy Schnikes, what a ride!

Very happy with the service I've received from Marcus of Mad RV Repair in Sealy TX. Two years ago…read more I was thinking of replacing my travel trailer's lead acid battery with two Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries. Marcus was recommended to me by a satisfied customer. He replaced the battery with two Lion Energy lithium batteries, moved the batteries location from the trailer tongue to inside the trailer's storage compartment as well as the associated wiring. He also rotated the head of the powered tongue jack 90° so the tow vehicle's tailgate could be lowered when the trailer was attached. Two years later and everything is still working well. Recently I was back in Texas during the 2025 January winter storm. My furnace stopped working one evening so I reached out to Marcus after normal business hours. He gave me some suggested areas to check out and within a 1/2 hour it was back up and running. I appreciate Marcus' friendly attitude, his knowledge and the quality of his work. I recommend Mad RV Repair for any repair work you may require.

Extremely disappointing experience. I attended the Houston RV show where this dealership's finance…read moredepartment collected my personal information for a supposed financing inquiry. Shortly afterward, I began dealing with issues that made me feel like my information had been mishandled or misused, which caused a lot of stress and concern. The whole experience with Ron Hoover has led to the following: * Distrust and Scammed * Dealt with many different associates * Reviews and RV show prices the same as website Distrust and scammed Providing personal and financial information to a dealership requires trust, and in this case that trust was not respected. The lack of accountability and professionalism when I reached out made the experience even more frustrating. I strongly urge others to be very cautious when sharing their personal information here. Dealt with many different associates What made the situation even more frustrating was being bounced between multiple associates with no clear accountability. I initially worked with a salesman named Hunter, then was transferred to Robert Pridgett Jr. in finance, who repeatedly changed or "tweaked" the numbers during the process. I even drove all the way from Louisiana to Katy, TX then to go to my credit union back home in hopes of helping the approval process, but nothing was actually done to assist with that. Instead, after additional credit inquiries were made, Robert suddenly told me I had been "pushed through," which only added to the confusion. After damaging my credit, he magically brought the numbers down when he said he couldn't. The guy just wanted money he didn't no actually have any concern about his customers. I also spoke with Taylor K., the manager, who said he would follow up with me but never did. Reviews and RV shows prices the same as company website Looking back, I wish I had taken more time to read through the dealership's reviews beforehand. Many of them mention that the dealership stops caring about customers after the sale, and unfortunately that seems to be accurate based on my experience. I also noticed that the so-called "special" pricing offered at the RV show appears to be the exact same pricing already listed on their website. Overall, this experience left me feeling stressed, dismissed, and disappointed. I strongly encourage others to be cautious and thoroughly research reviews before sharing personal or financial information with this dealership.
