Until today, I have never had any issues. When I arrived to drop off my dog, River, for his grooming appointment, I was told I needed to provide updated rabies vaccination records, which I would have to obtain from my vet. Unfortunately, the vet's office was closed. My groomer, Kayla, explained that she was legally unable to groom him without that information, which I completely understand. I went back to my car, searched my phone for any record, and returned to let them know I did not have it. I also explained that I had not been informed beforehand that his updated rabies information was missing from your records. At that point, another staff member chimed in from the back and very rudely stated that this information had been included in a text. The way she spoke was unprofessional and dismissive. If important information like rabies records is required, it should be clearly communicated in a separate, direct message--not hidden at the bottom of a general confirmation text. Instead of showing understanding or kindness, this employee was disrespectful and showed no sense of customer service. The entire encounter was unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated. When I spoke with the manager, all I was told was that she would "speak to the employee." That is not enough to address the situation. This experience has completely changed my view of your company, and I will no longer be bringing my business here. It's disappointing to see a place I trusted for years show such a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer care. I will never return here to any location and I advise nobody else does either. At first, the staff seemed welcoming while my application was still pending. However, over time the experience has completely changed. Recently, I've felt treated differently each time I come in -- as if I'm being judged or assumed I'm not a serious customer. Staff members have limited which puppies we can see, imposed inconsistent rules, and communicated with an unnecessary attitude. Instead of feeling like a family-friendly environment, it feels like you are only treated well if you are ready to purchase immediately. Customer service should be consistent and respectful regardless of where someone is in the buying process. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location based on how we've been treated.

Mind you, this puppy was adopted less than a week ago. I am certain that all of the puppies they have there right now will be sick... if not already. This client came to me with medical records for the puppy that stated it was fully vaccinated prior to adoption. I don't know what this "puppy boutique" is doing, but they are most definitely NOT "committed to placing happy healthy puppies into loving homes." This place needs to SHUT DOWN.
