Until today, I have never had any issues. When I arrived to drop off my dog, River, for his grooming appointment, I was told I needed to provide updated rabies vaccination records, which I would have to obtain from my vet. Unfortunately, the vet's office was closed. My groomer, Kayla, explained that she was legally unable to groom him without that information, which I completely understand. I went back to my car, searched my phone for any record, and returned to let them know I did not have it. I also explained that I had not been informed beforehand that his updated rabies information was missing from your records. At that point, another staff member chimed in from the back and very rudely stated that this information had been included in a text. The way she spoke was unprofessional and dismissive. If important information like rabies records is required, it should be clearly communicated in a separate, direct message--not hidden at the bottom of a general confirmation text. Instead of showing understanding or kindness, this employee was disrespectful and showed no sense of customer service. The entire encounter was unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated. When I spoke with the manager, all I was told was that she would "speak to the employee." That is not enough to address the situation. This experience has completely changed my view of your company, and I will no longer be bringing my business here. It's disappointing to see a place I trusted for years show such a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer care. I will never return here to any location and I advise nobody else does either. I said I'd not be waiting because I was already over it and her attitude was less than welcoming. My wife decided to go back in and take him and the groomer told her this time that "because my dog was in the system as a Boxer mix" that he'd have to be picked up immediately following his appointment 45 minutes after we dropped him off. Again, we had tickets to an event for my sons birthday which is why we asked to drop our dog off early in the first place. Anyway, she told us that because he was a "Boxer mix" that they had breathing issues and they weren't allowed to be crated in the back. 1) That is the furthest thing from the truth as I've seen Boxer mixed dogs there before. 2) Our dog had been going to that location for the last 3 years. We ended up having to go back home with our dog because they refused to take our dog and provide the service we had scheduled and have had done for THREE YEARS. Don't waste your time with this location. They are always rude and never accommodating.

I shop at this store regularly and spend a significant amount of money here, which makes the way I was treated today even more disappointing. As a loyal customer, I absolutely did not expect to be treated this way. I came in to return a fish that died, I tested my water at home and it was perfect so the fish came sick. The the cashier said you're supposed to bring the water separately and refused to assist us and called Natalia. Natalia then came over and also refused to help. I asked her to at least check the water I had in the cup, and she seemed upset that I even asked. She eventually came back and said she checked and it didn't pass, but the entire interaction was rude and unprofessional. She came back super quick so I know she didn't check. A water testing takes at least 5 minutes. Another employee that heard the conversation asked what was wrong. I explained exactly what happened and also explained that I live 30 minutes away and could not simply come back with the water. Her only response was "Oh." No apology. No attempt to resolve the situation. No acknowledgment that the way I was treated was unacceptable. To make matters worse, they kept my fish and I did not receive my refund as they refused. So I left without my merchandise, without my money, and feeling completely dismissed. I spend a lot of money at this store and have continued to support this business, so I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I understand that there may be policies regarding returns, but there is absolutely no excuse for being rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help a customer. They insisted that he only needed to do a partial grooming and not a full trim. I took my doodle back today and when I picked him up, he looked like a different dog. They said he was very matted and shaved him fully from head to toe. It took them 3 hours (!!) to shave him. They didn't even show me my dog before I paid (and added a 20% tip) because they knew I'd be upset. I honestly didn't even recognize my dog. No bandana, no fluff, no sign of my happy, bouncy Goldendoodle, just a scared, traumatized dog with severe razor burns and cuts. We will NEVER go here again and Rebekah should NEVER be allowed to touch a Goldendoodle or any dog. Worst grooming ever if you can even call it grooming. Rebekah even had the audacity to tell me that they recommend grooming every 6-8 weeks to avoid this from happening ... my dog saw you 5 weeks ago.
