We retained them as they act as a "Public Adjuster" which is legal in Illinois. Their goal is to get the money and then do the job as cheaply as possible. If you do not use them to do the job they charge 25% of the money collected. Well not only did they do it cheap :( they did not follow the specifications of what we had and paid for. Something just did not feel right and we were concerned. We hired our own roofing inspector that got up there and looked and also used a drone. Liberty used the WRONG MATERIALS charging us for copper and using some cheap aluminum or steel not the expensive copper we paid for. They also messed up the area around the chimney, I think called flashing also with the wrong material. In short due to the inspections they had to remove 1/3 the roof and redo it. We had what we thought was a final inspection and they found more issues! In the end the roof is installed and has been ok for 2 or 3 years. We would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They are at best highly questionable. I attest this review is true and accurate.

I would believe that someone who operates a biz in Lombard would be more mindful of this. Apparently not today.

The workers were so very knowledgeable and skilled. The head worker spent considerable time explaining what he was working on and how long each part would take. The job was made more complicated by our mansard roof and some rotted wood. He had the experience and expertise to know how to handle these obstacles. He took pride in his work and it showed. He was excellent to deal with, with a friendly disposition and positive attitude. He kept his workspace clean and was very considerate of our cars coming and going while he worked. We've used Andy Nyberg's company 3 times over the past 20 years. The first two times were on our…read more"old" house. The first job was a complete tear off and replacement of our roof shingles. As we were first-time home owners at the time and confronted with a severely aged roof, I appreciated the fact that Andy and his crew took the time to assess the condition of the plywood sheathing and the quality of the attic ventilation rather than simply rushing to slap some more shingles on the roof. Several rotted pieces of plywood were replaced, an ice dam membrane was installed, a ridge vent system was implemented, and the soffit venting was dramatically improved. When we went to sell the house 15 years later, the roof still looked pristine. The second job a couple of years later on the same house consisted of aluminum wrapped soffits and fascia along with new gutters and downspouts. Andy and his crew were able to modify the original gutter and downspout sizing and configuration so that the runoff from the roof was far better managed and the water discharge was positioned to ensure much better drainage away from the house. This work, just as with the roofing project, performed well for many years and also looked pristine when we went to sell the house. With our "new" house, I was confronted once again with a gutter situation that was not properly managing the flow of water and wooden soffits and fascia that had been exhibited a few spots of rot and numerous patch / repaint jobs by the prior owners ... so I contacted Andy. As it has now been about 2 years since the installation of new gutters and the aluminum wrapping of our soffits and fascia, I can report that everything is still functioning very well and looking great. Should we ever get to the point of needing new shingles on this house, I won't be going to anyone other than Andy.

The 1st Adjustor from Pacc Solutions - gave our claim to another adjuster there due to the fact he refused - Text Messages. The 2nd Adjustor - gave us a very hard time returning calls and texts from Husband and Myself. I personally Contacted my Insurance Company Adjustor and told me that Pacc Solutions Adjustor was sent an invoice 2 weeks ago, I contacted Adjustor from Pacc -He said will get to it.... took total of 3 weeks before he contacted my insurance with an Invoice. I was so upset that it took 4 months before Closure of our Claim. Tried Calling Brookfield Office, Got Answer Machine.. Connected me to another Answer Machine. Getting a hold of any one there you must know there cell number, to reach out to them.
