We ordered the following items: Spicy Black Fungus: The black wood ear mushrooms were velvety crispy. The spicy and sour dressing really enhanced the taste and texture of the mushrooms. Shredded Tofu Skin: The tofu threads were fresh and firm, nicely seasoned with a savory taste and a tad of sweetness. Steamed Egg with Minced Pork: Wow, the sauce was richly umami, and the egg was silky smooth. Paired with a bowl of steamed rice, it was a marriage made in heaven! The arroz chaufa was so flavorful and well seasoned, and the chicha morada was perfectly refreshing on a hot day - the flavor is a bit like mulled apple juice, SO good. Very excited to come back and try their chicken soon.
